About: We've been taking care of dogs all our lives, they are family! We whelped 2 litters of puppies from my sweet golden retriever Daisy. We love playing and cuddling with dogs and long walks on our property! Let your dog get a vacation/retreat from city life and enjoy the fresh air on the mountain here! Someone is pretty much here all the time so your dogs get LOTS of attention & walks. If your dog would be more comfortable you can bring along something that smells like home. Also their leash, food, snacks are optional and anything else they prefer. **We prefer to board dogs more than one night, that way there is less traffic on our road.** **Once you drive to the top of the mountain by our homes, please drive super slow to avoid dusting out the neighbors and them being happy, so we can keep boarding dogs! 🐕 thank you SO much!** We are home full time so we are here to give your pets the full attention they need! We are excited to have your pet experience life on the mountain with fresh air and long walks! I have a fenced yard, a friendly golden retriever who loves having friends over, and country trails to take the dogs on long walks. Trust us to take care of your pets and allow them to have a retreat away from home.

“Our Family had a fairly long trip and did not want to put our dogs in a different location. Looking on Rover we found Phillip who responded right away. Our trip was through Thanksgiving and that was not a problem for him. He came over to meet our two dogs and they took to him right away. Received updates from him even though for us maybe a little more communication would have been nice but the over-all experience was really good. When we returned back from our trip and he dropped off our house key the dogs were so very excited to see him. Normally when we are gone and come back our dogs tend to not be themselves for a while. We got right back into things with them like we never left. Thanks for taking such good care of our girls.”

About: I've worked with many breeds of dogs. Mostly small to mid-size dogs with a variety of traits. Mostly working dogs namely Blue Heelers & Huskys. I tend to live an active lifestyle and that means hiking/walking/and lots of exercise. Rest assured both me and your pooch will be getting a good workout! In the past I've facilitated overnight lodging for dogs, and temporary stays of up to a few days. Be noted I do not currently have a large open or fenced in yard. I work with neighbors and friends pets on quite a regular basis! I regularly feed, train, walk & care for pets when away or on business! I work from home so this environment provides a perfect spot for pets to be nurtured & played with consistently! I always check prior to booking any special exercise and or dietary needs of your pet. Ensuring door remain locked when inside and timer's are set for when pets receive food upon client preference. Safety is of the upmost priority, so I will discuss a full plan and schedule so you know where you pup is and his progress while away. I will send regular check in photos to provide accountability for myself and the clients well being.

About: I’ve always loved animals of all sorts and have grown up taking care of my family’s pets and friend’s pets. I have 5+ years of experience working in the veterinary medicine field as an assistant and receptionist, continuing to gain knowledge and new skills. I have the knowledge to care for various types of pets, from dogs and cats to pocket pets to large animal. I’m proficient at handling various needs of your pets, such as medication administration and speciality care with different diets. I have experience caring for young and senior pets! I currently work full time at a local veterinary hospital but am flexible around my work day. I’m available for drop in visits and walks around my work day and overnight stays at your home. I stick to your pets routines as much as possible while caring for them in your home. Paying extra attention to them while we’re outside, such as checking the pavement if it’s too hot while on walks, or staying out with your pet while in your yard. Safety and the well being of your pet(s) is my priority.

About: I’ve taken care of all kinds of animals and I’ve done a lot of rescue and rehoming! I love animals, from cats to fish I’m crazy about them. I’ve cared for babies and elderly of a lot of different species and I pride myself in always doing my best in taking care of all their needs. Ive got quite a few of my own babies at the moment but they’re all very friendly and adjust easily to new animals. I don’t currently work so I’m home 24/7 to care for my own pets, I have two crate trained dogs, five cats two frogs, two birds, fish, and a hamster, so I’m basically always cleaning and playing or training one or the other! While I live in an apartment, we have multiple fenced dog parks and ample walking area away from the roads for walkies with the dogs, my apartment is pretty spacious especially in the living room and animals are allowed around the whole apartment. If I were to watch your babies at your residence I would stick strictly to the rules you set for me and never overstep your boundaries or rules.

I work from home with a flexible schedule, so caring for pets fits naturally into my daily routine. Your pup will have plenty of company, attention, potty breaks, walks, and playtime throughout the day. Pita and I already enjoy daily walks on the Centennial Trail, relaxing at home, and getting outside whenever we can, so your dog will be included like part of our normal day. I want every dog to feel safe, comfortable, and at home while they’re with me. I live in a clean, tidy apartment and always make sure pets are cared for in a calm and safe environment. I pay close attention to each dog’s personality, routine, and comfort level. Whether they want to play, go for walks, cuddle, or just relax, I’ll make sure they get the care and attention they need.
