“Our Family had a fairly long trip and did not want to put our dogs in a different location. Looking on Rover we found Phillip who responded right away. Our trip was through Thanksgiving and that was not a problem for him. He came over to meet our two dogs and they took to him right away. Received updates from him even though for us maybe a little more communication would have been nice but the over-all experience was really good. Otherwise, for pet boarding and house sitting, if you cancel after 12 pm on the applicable cancellation deadline, you’ll receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for any remaining days.
