“Our Family had a fairly long trip and did not want to put our dogs in a different location. Looking on Rover we found Phillip who responded right away. Our trip was through Thanksgiving and that was not a problem for him. He came over to meet our two dogs and they took to him right away. Received updates from him even though for us maybe a little more communication would have been nice but the over-all experience was really good. When we returned back from our trip and he dropped off our house key the dogs were so very excited to see him. Normally when we are gone and come back our dogs tend to not be themselves for a while. We got right back into things with them like we never left. Thanks for taking such good care of our girls.”

About: I have a deep love and appreciation for my fuzzy little friends and all that they have taught me. I have learned everything I can to support my own pets and maybe even yours! I know how to perform CPR on both cats and dogs. I am comfortable following care plans for senior pets. Trained to provide subcutaneous fluids to kitties. I am currently available Monday - Thursday, barring the occasional appointments. I work long hours over the weekends so I am unfortunately not available at all Friday - Sunday I am a big believer in routine, as I know my fur babies definitely have and prefer theirs. About: My partner and I have taken care of dogs for many years. We have experience in training stubborn puppies. We know they are still learning manners and house etiquette, and have the patience to love them anyways. We love large dogs who love to cuddle, we love high energy dogs who love to run, and we love the tiny little ones who think they’re the biggest of all. All dogs from birth are called itty bitty little babies and will be loved unconditionally. No pup will be left without mandatory hugs and kisses. Since we have 2 Labradors of our own, we know that it’s important to keep them active. We have long walks every day, and we live within a mile of multiple parks where we can take them. We offer many toys and treats for quiet times, and we have minimum of 30 minute training sessions at least once a day. We believe in taking them outside many, many times a day. And nothing is better than outside play time.
About: I won't just treat them as a "pet" I treat all animals as family. I have taken care of various dog and cats from family members and friends since I was a child. This included staying over, walking, feeding, training and playing. At the moment I am pursuing schooling for dog training so I have open availability I usually ask for a days notice but it never hurts to ask. I have had experience with larger dogs (German shepherds, Great Pyerenese, Pitbulls and Saint Bernards) as well as small dogs (Chihuahua's, Shih Tzu and Dachshunds). If your pets coming to my house they must be crate trained (for when I sleep) and friendly with other dogs.

About: I’ve taken care of animals, specifically dogs and cats since I was younger. I own a cat but have really loved and trained my own dogs in the past. Can spoil and can also train if wanted. I do work at a retirement home as a home care aide so my hours can somewhat vary but if I can make it work I will 100%. If my partner could be a “testimonial” he’d say I geek out and have to pet every dog (if the owner looks tolerant of that of course haha) that we pass by. sitters on Rover set their own cancellation policy, which you can find on their profile under their contact information. Sitters may set a same-day, one-, three-, or seven-day cancellation policy. Cancelling within your sitter’s cancellation policy qualifies you for a full refund.
Same-day cancellations for recurring services, which include walks, drop-ins, and day care, follow the full refund policy. Otherwise, for pet boarding and house sitting, if you cancel after 12 pm on the applicable cancellation deadline, you’ll receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for any remaining days.
If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means you will get a full refund and our support team will work with you to find a replacement sitter.
