I'm Coryne (pronounced "Kor-in" technically), and I'm starting a brand new career as a mental health therapist, which means I both don't have space for my own pets and need a little extra cash -- as a lifelong pet parent and animal lover who grew up around all sorts of animals; from cats and dogs, to horses and parrots, this is the first time, I'm not able to have pets of my own for awhile... so I have a big ol' hole in my heart to fill and I'm hoping you let me fill it with your friends while you're away! HIRING ME: - I'm happy sleeping on the couch, no need to make up a bed for me unless your pets prefer it. <3 - I will need some strong wi-fi for that remote work life, but that's about it. - Some pets are a bit wary of males, but are typically still comfortable with me even though I'm more male-presenting. - If you want pictures while you're away, I'm happy to blow up your phone with pictures and updates - my phone is full of 'em already and I love it! I work remotely, so pet care is easily something I can work into my routine in nearly any shape that takes for your own pets. I go above and beyond for my own pets, and I'd hope anyone watching them would do the same. So, I hope to provide that to your pets in any way you deem fit. I'm pretty good at learning and mimicking your routines with them so they feel as at ease as possible while you're away. About: My family has animals and I have spent 9 years helping take care of their dogs and two cats. I have two dogs of my own and I have trained them myself as well as knowing when they need space, fed, or walked. Currently i don't work so i am free any day and anytime to be able to watch your animal. Animals are my best friend and I know they are yours too! I feed my animals twice a day based on their needs. I walk my animals 4 times a day or 3 times day depending on the day. I also help my family with their animals and have been for 9 years

About: Ive taken care of dogs for a little over 6 years but have been around dogs and cats all my life. Family and friends have relied on me to care for their pets and I enjoy taking care of fur babies. I work from home and finish work around 3:30pm. I am free most weekends for walks and care. With enough time in advance I can dog/cat sit in your home. I ensure a welcoming environment for your pet. I do have a 3 year old chocolate labrador who loves to have guests. I stay as true to their normal routine as possible making it an easy transition for when the owner is gone. About: I’m a dog owner of a 4-year-old German Shepherd with epilepsy and an 8-year-old Beagle. Caring for my Shepherd has given me hands-on experience administering medication on a consistent schedule, monitoring for seizures and staying calm and responsive if one occurs. My dogs are also decently trained, so I’m comfortable reinforcing basic commands and maintaining structure. Having two completely different types of breeds also gives me experience with a different energy level and the attention to both of their different needs. Together they’ve taught me how to balance exercise, rest, mental stimulation, and individualized care for dogs of different sizes, ages, and temperaments. Being a military veteran I am also reliable, and consistent. I have lived with dogs all of my life and love meeting all kinds of different breeds. I’m happy to follow your routines closely, send regular updates and photos, and provide the calm, consistent care that helps dogs feel safe and comfortable while you’re away. I’m currently on terminal leave from the military and will be starting my graduate program soon, with classes only on Wednesdays and Thursdays. This gives me a flexible schedule with plenty of free time on the other weekdays, evenings, and weekends. About: I have many years of experience in the veterinary industry and animal health, and I've cared for animals my whole life, including senior pets, puppies and kittens, birds, and small mammals. I offer pet care on the side as my schedule allows, and my goal is always to accommodate what your pet is used to. For house sitting, my standard rate covers overnight care with normal daytime absences. I stay overnight and am out during the day, with potty breaks as indicated, plus meals and playtime. Some pets need more than that. Puppies, seniors, pets on medication, and dogs with separation anxiety often do best with someone home nearly full time. I'm happy to provide that level of care, but it's priced separately since it limits the other bookings I can take. If your pet can't be left alone for long, just mention it in your request and we'll sort out the right rate at the meet and greet. I also offer drop-in visits and dog walking, which are booked and priced separately. I offer pet care on the side as my schedule allows, with availability for drop-in visits, walks, and house sitting.
