About: I’ve been caring for animals for more than 30 years, starting with pet sitting for neighbors when I was in elementary school. While attending college in Raleigh, I expanded my pet sitting work and cared for multiple families with a wide range of pets and personalities. Before moving back to this area, I worked at a dog daycare and boarding facility, where I provided daily exercise, supervised play, administered medications—including insulin injections—and made sure each dog felt safe, comfortable, and cared for. At this time, I’m not able to offer boarding in my home, but I take caring for pets in their own environment seriously. About: I’ve taken care of my neighbors labs, my relatives cats, and a friend’s german shepherd all since I was around 15! I’ve stayed overnight, but also have just visited to walk dogs. About: I have experience with all kinds of pet care. From cats and dogs to chinchillas and bearded dragons. I am experience with medication and well as behavioral I work PRN at 2 nursing homes and I am in school for 13.5 hours a week! I do make my own schedule for the most part so providing adequate care has never been an issue. I am CPR and first aid certified, I am also fire/flood trained. I have been told I am a perfectionist and I do hyperfocus but since I am watching your pets that is a good thing!
