At Denney’s Den, dogs enjoy doggy Airbnb-style stays in my home- a calm, cozy, low-stress environment where they’re treated like family and given personalized attention while away from their hoomans. I also offer drop-in visits in your home, ensuring your pets receive consistent, compassionate care in the space they’re most comfortable. Since retiring from healthcare, caring for animals has become my full-time work. I am home most days, allowing me to provide hands-on attention, supervision, and a calm, structured routine for the pets in my care. My home offers a calm, safe environment with a large fenced yard and two friendly dogs. I intentionally limit the number of boarding dogs so each pet receives personalized attention. Crating is used only if preferred by the owner. For drop-in visits, I take great care to respect your home while ensuring your pet’s safety, comfort, and routine.

I think that my purpose as a human is to make their lives better! I am currently full time in school. My mornings Monday-Thursday are taken until 2pm. Other than that I am as free as you need me to be! About: Hi! I’ve been pet sitting for about 5 years, starting with walking neighborhood dogs and growing into house sitting and boarding. I’ve also had dogs my whole life, so caring for them comes naturally to me. About: When I was in college I went and got my dog on a whim. I didn’t need any training or help to take care of him I just immediately knew what needed to be done. He needed a safe home and that’s what I provide for him. I’m great with walking (especially large dogs) and love playing with them. I currently work real estate so I am usually on the go. When I am out of my house I don’t mind stopping by to check on animals even if it’s more than I need to check. I always think if I am out I might as well check on them. I will always be sure to get the animals out in a timely manner. I have 2 dogs of my own so I understand their need to get out on time and get fed on time.

About: I've taken care of dogs, cats, rabbits, and fish during middle school and high school as well as during breaks during college. Friends and family have relied on me to take care of their animals from as little as a weekend to as much as 2 weeks at a time. I am currently a student at Appalachian State University and have plenty of time in the morning, afternoon, and evening time frames to take care of animals. I do not currently have a pet-friendly residence, but I am capable of walking, feeding, and playing with animals at their homes and within their neighborhoods.

I have owned a variety of pets over the years, including snakes, cats, and dogs, which has given me experience with different temperaments, animal species, and care needs. I am also a lover of the outdoors and enjoy hiking, which makes me especially happy to provide dogs with needed exercise! I am a full-time student, and my time is fairly flexible. I'm willing to travel to dog sit and can stay in the pet’s home to help maintain their routine and provide stability while you are away. I am also available for daytime check-ins for pets while owners are at work, as well as dog walking to ensure pets get the exercise and attention they need. Because I am new, my level of clients on the app is currently low; however, I can provide client recommendations as needed! My schedule is fairly flexible, so please contact me for additional details. I like to keep my schedule based on how the owners daily routine is with their pet. I like to keep pets on their normal/consistent schedule and will work closely with the owners to prioritize the needs of their pets. Safety is key for me, so I require a meet and greets prior to finalizing the official reservation. This not only allows me to meet the owners and understand their needs, but it also allows me to get to know the pet and ensure we have a good connection.

About: I love all the fur babies and feel the all deserves the best of love. I have a clean and safe home for all the fur babies. I would love to spoil them! I work Monday -Saturday 7am - 7pm in hickory, nc I’m usually home every weekend. And in the evenings from 7pm to 6am. I have two daughters at home with me. I take them out as they need it and feed them your scheduled feedings. I also like to play with fur babies and give them the attention they deserve.

About: I have helped my step mom for the last five years as she walked dogs and did check-in’s while people travel. I also love reptiles and know how to care for them. I am currently looking into real estate so I have alot of free time! I currently have check ins every Monday and Wednesday’s walking dogs. I’m free most of the time! I offer all of my clients needs based on their needs for their animals as all animals/homes are different and have different needs. This varies on each house.
