“Heather rocks!!! Definitely one of the best walkers. I am so honored to have come across her profile. Her kind personality and friendly attitude towards our fur babies made us realize that they were in good hands. Looking forward to working more with her in the future!”

About: Hi! I’m Amanda, and I’ve been caring for animals most of my life—from chickens and horses to gerbils and rabbits. After moving away from “farm” life, I began fostering dogs while they waited for their forever homes (including a Great Dane!). Now I’m happily settled with a senior chihuahua rescue of my own. I’m located in the Beach Haven area near Mayo Clinic and am happy to travel within the Jacksonville area to provide great care for your pups. I work as an EMT, so I’m calm under pressure, highly attentive, and confident administering medications and noticing changes in behavior. I’m comfortable with dogs of all sizes, ages, and personalities, and I bring patience, reliability, and lots of love to every visit. I’ll care for your pup just like you would, so you can relax knowing they’re in great hands. Use promo code AMANDN11 to get $20 off your first booking after you sign up! I work a shift-based schedule, so I usually have extra daytime availability for walks and drop-ins. On days I’m not working, most of the time my availability is wide open! I like to stick closely to each pet’s routine so they feel safe and comfy 😊 During drop-ins, I handle potty breaks, water, meals or medications if needed, and of course lots of attention. I treat your home with care, double-check doors and gates, and always make sure your pet is happy before I leave.
“Everything was great! She was very kind, took great photos for the rover card, and nothing was disturbed when I came home. Trust is a big thing to me so I’ll definitely be using Heather when I go out of town.”

“Elaine is amazing with our Coco! We are so thrilled to have found her. She goes above and beyond on rainy days with our girl making sure her paws are clean when she comes inside. And that she has her rain coat on.”

About: We are a family of 3 people who really want to add a dog as a family member but unable to take on the financial responsibility at this time so this might be the next best thing, just genuine love for your pets, no special skills at this time. Currently work from home and have the ability to be very present with your dog. My 2 children have been reminding me that I promised them a dog by the time my son turns 10 and my daughter is 8. I'm just not ready to find my forever dog yet- My son is now 11 and daughter is ready to turn 9 right after Christmas and we have loved having your dogs as a part of our family while you're away! In my home, treating them like our own part of the family. We are a playful family and we like getting out of the house on walks and do things like Riverside Arts Market and the beach. In your home, will follow your guidelines and be just as loving and attentive
About: I have been looking after dogs since I was 11. I have helped train puppies and make sure that they had the proper care. I have taken care of senior dogs as well as many puppies. I am in my freshman year of college so I will be able do walk and drop ins before and after classes and anytime during the weekends. I have two dogs at home that I take to dog parks so if your dogs like to play with others I can make that happen.
About: I worked at a doggy daycare for 3 years, pet-sat for friends and family, and have been walking/sitting dogs on Wag! and Rover since February 2024. I’m comfortable with dogs of all ages and energy levels. What sets me apart is that I’m reliable, attentive, and love making sure every pet gets safe, fun, and personalized care! I’m a junior in nursing at UNF, but I’m available most weekday afternoons, Thursday mornings, and weekends — including overnights depending on dates and distance! I prioritize safety, reliability, and your pet’s comfort in every visit. I take time to learn each pet’s routine, needs, and any health concerns. During walks and drop-ins, I use secure leashes, double-check doors and gates, and provide constant supervision. I’m attentive to body language, hydration, and overall well-being, and I always leave your home clean and as I found it. I also provide regular updates and photos so you can feel confident your pet is safe and happy.
Sans Pareil dog parents share their Rover experiences
Rachel is wonderful and incredibly friendly. She’s been flexible with scheduling, and my dogs absolutely love her. I’m so grateful to have someone I trust to come take my dogs out while I’m at work during the day. I look forward to using Rachel more in the future and highly recommend her!

Nate is very professional, and very pleasant to work with. From the video and photos that he sent me I could see he and my pup got along well. It was very cold outside, but Nate was still ready and willing to take my pup out. I had a wonderful experience with him in. He will be my number one walker.

Deborah is a true lifesaver. I had a day trip planned and my Rover backed out. Not only did she take on a last minute job, but she provided such detailed rover cards and incredible photos, that it felt like I truly knew what was going on back at home. I cannot wait to book more dog walking and drop in care services with her!

Ryan and Maria were amazing! They took such great care of my little one and kept me updated the whole time with pictures from the walk. They’re so kind, accommodating, and it’s a huge bonus that they live nearby. I can’t wait to book with them again. It’s such a big help with my work schedule!! Thanks guys!
