“Deborah has been amazing with my dog! I’ve been using her for over two months now and she is always on time, keeps me updated, always takes pictures of my pup during the play! I’m so happy she is our walker. My pup always seems happy in the pictures and enjoying himself!”

About: My siblings would ask me to babysit their dogs while they were away, and I always made it a point to leave their homes as I found it. I’ve worked in childcare and taught karate for three years now (not saying is the same thing) so your pet will be receiving the attention and play they need. Karate lessons too if they’d like🙌! I work part time at a martial arts school. Tuesday and Thursday nights I am working for certain. Throughout the day I’m available to walk/babysit/etc. I have work on my laptop so I can take whatever I need to a home and house sit at the same time. I always want to keep an eye on them, making frequent checks to see how they’re doing. I’d like to be informed of any quirks or habits I should be aware of so the pet is comfortable and receives the best care possible. If they want to play, I’m so ready to play!
“Hannah did a great job with my girls. She sent me pictures and followed my care instructions very well. My girls loved her and we'll definitely be calling on Hannah again in the future.”

“Thank you so much, Aaliyah! We were very happy with your service and the way you took care of Soda. We felt completely at ease during our absence thanks to your presence with our daughter. We truly appreciate your kindness and professionalism. We highly recommend you!”

About: Hi, I’m Grace — a pet care professional who works at a dog facility, with hands-on experience in grooming, boarding, kenneling, and daycare. Rover is something I do on the side, because honestly, one job’s worth of animals just isn’t enough for me. Senior dogs and anxious pets hold a special place in my heart. I’ve cared for animals with complex daily routines, multiple medications, scheduled feedings, and extra TLC, and I treat every one like they’re my own. Finding someone your babies can truly relax with matters, and that’s something I take to heart with every visit. As a cat mom myself, patience and attentiveness just come naturally to me. I’d love to meet your fur baby and learn what makes them feel at home — don’t hesitate to reach out! I currently work part time at a pet care facility, and my schedule is flexible! I’m available for overnight or drop in visits- whichever works best for your pets! I care for each and every pet as if they were my own babies! Being away from your pet is hard for you and them, so I do my very best to keep you up to date and make sure they’re happy and healthy while you’re gone :)
About: I’ve grown up taking care of cats, dogs, turtles, and hamsters of my own. I have done pet sitting for about two years mostly with dogs and cats. I am an unemployed post-college grad currently job searching so I have plenty of free time to take care of your lovely pets. Available pretty much all the time every day With taking care of pets in other’s homes I first and foremost follow every instruction explicitly, whether it be feeding, medicine, bathroom needs, etc. Then depending on the sociability of the pet I am always open to spending some quality time playing, sitting with, petting, or whatever other form of human interaction your pet wants and needs. And if they want no attention I will not overstep their boundaries.

About: Caring for animals has been a part of my life since I was a kiddo. This is a new venture for me with Rover specifically, but I’m excited to get started. My goal is to be sure your pup(s) feel happy and at ease, comfortable, protected, spoiled, fun and playful, having a day that mirrors the day as if they were with you. It’s important for them to be excited to see you as if nothing was different for them. I have extensive experience with all ages, sizes and breeds of dogs, as well as other animals. I’m able to give medications, work with special needs, basic training, seniors and babies, I will be present and attentive to their needs, following your guidelines. I’m excited about this new adventure and appreciate the opportunity. My availability is wide open and I’m looking to establish a continuous opportunity for folks and their pets. I’m available for daily/weekly sitting, drop-in’s, walking, and extended or scheduled times. It’s important to me for your fur baby to feel comfortable with me, trusting and at ease. I will always follow your guidelines, suggestions and instructions with handling, walking, playing, crating, treats, food, medications, whatever is needed and expected. I will reach out if there’s questions on any issue. I am committed and ‘present’ while caring for your special pet. I appreciate the opportunity.
About: I've grown up with cats, and have been a personal pet sitter for the past couple of years in my local neighborhood. I previously worked at a dog daycare/boarding business and have learned many different skills with dogs. I also used to have a foster dog whom I was able to train and care for continuously for 6 months. I am currently a full-time student at UNF, but have pretty open availability. I am mostly looking to help out within clients' homes, whether it's walking your dog and/or letting them out to play, or just stopping in to check on your cat! I am fully dedicated to caring for all your pets! I love animals and will do whatever it takes to give them the love and attention they need!

“This was my first time using rover and Iva did an amazing job of reassuring me and making me feel comfortable having her be in my home and around my precious guy hank. I will 100% be booking with her in the future!”

About: Ever since I was little, I have a huge heart for dogs. It wasn’t until I was 10 that I finally had a family dog, and from then on dogs have always been a part of my life. I’ve done personal dog-sitting on and off for a few years for some friends and family and I’ve always really enjoyed it. I did Rover a few years ago and loved it, but life got a bit crazy so I had to pause it. I was still able to consistently dogsit for some repeat customers these last few years, and now my wife Linsey joins me in that! Your dog can expect walks at the park or in our neighborhood and for my home to be their home. If your dog likes play dates, my Rover friends would certainly be about it! My normal job is pretty flexible on where I can work, so if your dog needs extra attention, working from home is totally doable. Between me and Linsey, at least one of us is always home. I’ve done Rover on and off for the last 8 years, and have really enjoyed it! My job is super flexible, with set hours only 2 nights a week and once during the day. I’m mostly working from home or at coffee shops, so it’s super easy to stay home with a dog. Between me and my wife, someone can pretty much always be with your pet. Our home is your dog’s home. If they want to go on the couch or follow us around, by all mean. If they like their space, I’ll give them space. Many dogs have taken a snooze on our couch, legs in the air.
About: I’ve spent years caring for dogs of all sizes, personalities, and energy levels, from playful puppies to senior dogs. I currently have a 2 year old cockapoo and a 1 year old cavalier king charles spaniel fully trained and full of love. Working from home allows me to naturally build pet care into my daily routine, giving dogs consistent attention, structure, and companionship throughout the day. With two dogs of my own, I’m already on a steady schedule of morning and evening walks, regular feeding times, and plenty of play time in between. Due to me being home primarily, I can provide frequent potty breaks, supervision, and quick responses to any needs, which helps dogs feel comfortable and secure. I take time to learn pets routines, preferences, and personalities so they feel safe and comfortable while in my care. I’m dependable, communicative, and treat every dog like my own, with plenty of love, structured walks, playtime, and calm companionship. I’m also attentive to details like feeding schedules, medication needs, and behavioral cues, ensuring your pet receives consistent, thoughtful care.

“Paige did great! We had to book someone last minute and she really came through. She was open to all the details regarding walking our puppy and provided pictures and descriptions! Highly recommend!”
“Haleigh provided lots of pictures throughout their walks and playtime which we appreciated! She was very easy to work with and our pup enjoyed being able to stretch her legs while we were at work. Thanks!!”

About: I have been around dogs almost all of my life. I had a chihuahua mix growing up. I also know the basics of senior care, since I had to go through that with my dog. I like working with smaller dogs. Taking them on walks and giving them all my attention to play. My schedule is all over the place as a nursing student who works and I own my own small business. But mostly my weekdays are free at some point in the day. While my weekends are more busy. Dogs are so great to walk, play with, watch, and give all of your attention to. I would care for dogs in a clients home by making sure the dog has the appropriate water and food. And is getting any medication or care if they are a senior dog. As well as taking walks and play time.
About: Having three dogs of my own, trust me i get it! I've been helping friends and neighbors since i was thirteen. I am currently out of college for the summer and have already started dog sitting for some friends, I would love to add more pets to my schedule. Thanks to my open schedule, I will have plenty of time to get to know your cuddly companions! I like to walk my dogs in a familiar area so they feel comfortable as well as everyone else. I'm always equip with a water bowl, doggy bags and a few treats to reward good behavior. If I'm doing drop-ins, I like to stay and do some activity with the pets to make sure their staying active and happy.

About: I have worked and volunteered with dogs for the past two years. I am happy to love and care for your dog! I am looking to gain even more experience. I work for my family’s construction business and am flexible with my hours. I also take care of their chickens and dogs. I also have my own dog who lives with me so I prefer to dog sit in the clients own home. I have a reliable car and can travel to drop in on clients pets. I specialize in drop in’s for cats and dogs. Dog parents share their Rover experiences - Deerwood
Deborah is a true lifesaver. I had a day trip planned and my Rover backed out. Not only did she take on a last minute job, but she provided such detailed rover cards and incredible photos, that it felt like I truly knew what was going on back at home. I cannot wait to book more dog walking and drop in care services with her!

Savannah is so nice! She came and met me and Chesney before the days she was scheduled to walk him. She made sure she knew all the important information! Savannah sent great pictures and updates! Will definitely request her again and recommend her to other people!
