I’m a lifelong animal lover with a deep passion for both dogs and cats. Over the years, I’ve rescued countless kittens and cats, finding them safe and loving forever homes. I’ve cared for pets with special medical needs, high-energy pups who thrive on long walks and runs, and elderly companions who require extra patience and tenderness. I’ve cherished every quirky personality—from the grumpy to the greedy - and find joy in each unique spirit. As a devoted pet advocate, I believe that while life is short, kindness to animals is one of the purest forms of love and if there’s a heaven, it surely welcomes those who care for creatures great and small.

No offense to all the other Rovers, but Ruth is the Rover GOAT (Greatest Of All Time)! Always amazing, but above and beyond even the great beyond this time. Seems my Keelie caught a bug, and Ruth arrived to find the WOAT of potty accidents. Cleaned it up without complaint and without a HazMat suit. No way that's in her Rover job description - she'll just do about whatever it takes to help her pups and her customers. Didn't make me feel guilty either, just expressed true concern and willingness to make us both feel better. And it happened twice more. Same response. The Rover GOAT!
This was my first time using Ruth for cat sitting and it was wonderful! Dry attentive and responsible going over and above with her communication and care. Highly recommend
Ruth did a fantastic job taking care of our cats while we were on vacation! She sent detailed notes and photos every day and took the time to try to get to know each of the cats, even the shy ones. We would absolutely book her again for care and highly recommend her.
Ruth was amazing with our high energy spaniel! She sent numerous updates and photos throughout the weekend, made sure he always had fresh water and treats and even took him to our neighborhood dog park to play! We highly recommended her services and plan to use her many more times in the future!

Schedule
I treat your pets as my sole responsibility. While you’re out and they are in my care, I’ll treat them as my own. I have a very flexible schedule, reliable transportation, and will provide top notch service with every visit. I also provide a clean environment. Let’s face it, your fur kids may be messy while you’re away, one of my added perks is to leave your home spruced up.

Safety, trust & environment
Your pet will always be supervised in an enclosure or placed on a leash! Safety is the standard! No cellphone distractions. Vigilant at all times! I not only want your trust, but your pets as well. They will feel happy & protected by me.

A typical day
I will always come in excited to see your dog’s wagging tail - pet your cat to earn a purr. Walking is a social outing for dogs so 1st thing is 1st, let’s get them leashed so that they can enjoy the outdoors.
