“Maria is great! My dog loves her, she is always happy to see her for her walks. Maria refills my dogs water and is prompt with her walks. You will be very happy with Maria!”

“Thank you, Heather! You made it much easier for my husband while I was away on an extended vacation. When another walker I had contacted failed to arrange a meet and greet as promised, Heather was very responsive and we were able to meet the day I contacted her! Heather is reliable and always arrived on time, which Mallory appreciated. Mallory enjoyed her daily walks and she is in tip top shape! We definitely will be booking walks with Heather in the future.”

About: I have always had animals growing up from dogs to cats and everything in between. I adopted three dogs and three cats in my early 20's during college and have raised them all on my own. I have been through the puppy stages all the way to the senior years and feel comfortable administering medication if needed. If I'm not volunteering with animals then I am taking my dog to the dog park and trails on the weekends. I have plenty of time during day or night of the week and on the weekends for scheduling time to take care of your pet's needs! I live in a pet friendly house with a big yard! I also live very close to other walking trails and dog parks if your dog likes going on adventures!
About: I’ve owned several dogs and cats over the last several years ranging from Chihuahuas to Pits, cats to birds, and even Horses! I’ve got plenty of experience in caring for them however I’m best with the pups. I’m not worried about size or breed as I can handle my own. The bigger the better! I care for my own Pit/Boxer mix every day and have recently found more time available to help others. Walks, runs, potty time, it’s all in a days work. I try to leave as little impact as possible in your home with the exception of a happy fur baby. I don’t mind doing any dirty work if your pet has an accident. I don’t currently offer services in my home due to apartment regulations.

About: I’ve grown up with dogs ever since I was young. I gravitate to them in any type of setting and they love me just as much as I love them. I currently have a deaf dog and I was able to work with her and teach her sign language, made up though - not actually ASL My job doesn’t start for 2 weeks so I am able to come any day or time to let your dog out or take them for a walk! I will gladly meet before hand to let the dog smell me and for us to meet in person as well. This is beneficial for both parties and I like to show the dog love and compassion with their owner around to show I’m not a threat and I’m there to help

“Alena is so patient and kind with my dog. He is really nervous during lightning and thunder, and we have had terrible weather all week. Alena took her time and calmed him down. So grateful she was there for him.”

About: I’ve spent years caring for dogs of all sizes, personalities, and energy levels, from playful puppies to senior dogs. I currently have a 2 year old cockapoo and a 1 year old cavalier king charles spaniel fully trained and full of love. Working from home allows me to naturally build pet care into my daily routine, giving dogs consistent attention, structure, and companionship throughout the day. With two dogs of my own, I’m already on a steady schedule of morning and evening walks, regular feeding times, and plenty of play time in between. Due to me being home primarily, I can provide frequent potty breaks, supervision, and quick responses to any needs, which helps dogs feel comfortable and secure. I take time to learn pets routines, preferences, and personalities so they feel safe and comfortable while in my care. I’m dependable, communicative, and treat every dog like my own, with plenty of love, structured walks, playtime, and calm companionship. I’m also attentive to details like feeding schedules, medication needs, and behavioral cues, ensuring your pet receives consistent, thoughtful care.
About: I've grown up with cats, and have been a personal pet sitter for the past couple of years in my local neighborhood. “Kimberly is great with my animals! She follows all care instructions. She is very responsive. She has sat for me when I needed a last minute care for my dog. My normally very shy cat likes her. She normally runs and hides whenever anybody comes in. Not with Kimberly. I highly recommend her! I would gladly use her again!”

Deercreek dog parents share their Rover experiences
I was nervous because this was the first time I used Rover in Jacksonville since I moved here a few months ago, but Erin‘s communication and her demeanor during the meet and greet with Auggie made me completely stop worrying. She let me know that she had arrived, that she was taking a walk with Augie and even provided pictures. I will definitely ask for her again.
Rivkah was great with my boy Remy! Very accommodating for his needs (reactive) and was willing to pivot when needed based on other dogs. Could tell he was always happy to see her and had a great time getting his energy out with her. She was a big help to me while away for work. Will use again!

Savannah is so nice! She came and met me and Chesney before the days she was scheduled to walk him. She made sure she knew all the important information! Savannah sent great pictures and updates! Will definitely request her again and recommend her to other people!
