About: I’ve had pets all my life. From guinea pigs to chihuahuas to pitties. I’ve yet to meet an animal I didn’t like and I don’t plan to ever. I spend time volunteering at the local Humane Society to learn how to better care for animals like yours. I’m a full time student looking to make most of my income here on Rover. I also spend a few hours a week at the Humane Society. I've had animals as long as I've been self-aware. My family dogs include a senior chihuahua and a 7 year old pittie. At home, my family includes two kitties, Moomin (5) and Toro (1), who are both from the Jacksonville Humane Society! They are my pride and joy and I consider them my sons. I work well with all pets. Doesn’t matter if they’re skittish or energetic. Please do not hesitate to let me know the specifics of your pet’s care needs. It is my duty to cater to their personality! Additionally, I will be sure to send lots of pictures to update you while you’re away.

About: I have been around dogs all my life. Currently mom of Benji he is 4 years old lhasa apso/shitzu. He is the light of my life and he loves being around smaller dogs like himself. Im a dog mom so I know how important is to have someone we can trust, count on when we need to leave them for a few days. I will treat them like my own. I work full time but most of my weekends are off. Just reach out and we will figure something out. I am a dog mom so I know and understand the importance of having someone taking care of our fur babies when we are gone. We have a fully fenced yard and closed lanai. Our home is pet friendly and secure. Benji has plenty of toys to share and extra bed.

I’ll make sure your pet has fresh food and water, exercise, companionship, and plenty of love. I’m also happy to send regular updates and photos so you can relax knowing your pet is safe and well cared for. I also have experience with oral and dental care for dogs, as well as administering medications if your furry friend is prescribed!

About: I’ve cared for a few different types of animals, including cats (especially elderly), small dogs, hamsters, bunnies and reptiles. I’m very comfortable with taking care of these types of animals! I am currently a full time student with internship, and I have a part time job where I work morning and evenings. I’m available more towards midday and early evenings (12pm-5pm) I started pet sitting because I love taking care of pets! I will care for pets however the client prefers their pet to be cared for. Every pet is different and has different needs, I will do my best to make sure they are as comfortable and safe as possible.

About: Animals have always been an important part of my life, and I understand that every dog has their own personality, routine, and needs. As a dog owner, I know the importance of patience, trust-building, and creating a safe environment where pets feel comfortable and loved. My rescue dog, Orville, has taught me the value of meeting dogs where they are, whether they need extra reassurance, structure, playtime, or simply a calm companion. I take the time to learn each pet’s habits and preferences so I can provide care that feels familiar and stress-free while their family is away. I have always enjoyed helping friends, family, and neighbors by caring for their pets. While I have not provided pet care professionally before or through a platform like Rover, I have plenty of hands-on experience caring for animals and understanding their needs. My experience may not be formally documented, but it comes from years of genuine care, responsibility, and love for all animals. I pride myself on being dependable, attentive, and communicative. Your pet will be treated with the same care, respect, and affection I give my own. Thursday through Saturday, I have flexible availability and can provide care throughout the day. I currently work four days a week until 3 PM, so Sunday through Wednesday I'm available after 3 PM. I am happy to work with your pet’s schedule and routine! I love spending time in my own backyard, but I also enjoy exploring new places! My pup loves adventures, so we often visit on-leash parks for walks, fresh air, and new experiences. I enjoy giving dogs opportunities to safely explore, get exercise, and enjoy the world around them while always keeping their comfort and safety a priority. Play is a constant in our household! I believe playtime is about more than just fetch. I enjoy incorporating scent games, enrichment activities, and mentally stimulating games into a dog’s routine to help keep them happy and engaged (esp. if it's extremely hot or rainy)!

About: Hi! Im Danielle,! I grew up around a variety of animals- horses, bunnies, parrots dogs and cats! My dream is to open up a rescue/shelter because no animal deserves to go without a loving home. My boyfriend and I have 5 cats -3 boys and two girls as well as our pit mix which we rescued who are our heart and soul and they truly saved us. We both grew up around animals and the love we have for all walks of life is what drives me to give your pets the best care possible ! What sets me apart from others is the genuine love and kindness I have for animals because each and everyone has a back story and they all deserved to be loved the same. Our pets aren’t just friends, they are family and that’s why I take pride in helping other owners like myself find someone who they trust to help them one belly rub at a time! I am available during the week before 7 and after 5:30pm and on weekends ! I love giving the chance to provide owners with comfort and stress free care because your fur babies mean just as much to me as they do to you! When caring for your pets in your home, I treat your space how I would expect mine to be treated and that’s with respect. By ensuring that I keep same routine that your fur baby is used to will make sure that they feel comfortable because meeting someone new can be nerve wracking. I make sure pets get plenty of love, attention, and are loved as if they were my own — and I keep you updated with messages and plenty of photos so you know your pet is happy and safe. I stick to your pet’s usual schedule for walks, feedings, playtime, and potty breaks to keep things familiar and stress-free. I follow all instructions provided and always double-check things like food portions, medication (if needed), and security (locked doors, gates, etc. Clean-up and tidiness are a priority too; I leave your space just as I found it, or better.

About: I am a responsible individual who has taken care of animals from different types of dogs, cats, goats, hamsters, etc. I am 26 years old and when I was receiving my bachelor's degree in Health Science , I would go to the humane society in my free time to foster the dogs or kittens from there. This would be a great bonding for the both of us and I had gained knowledge from the variety of breeds I've watched over the years. For a few examples, I have watched golden doodles, border collies, lab, golden retrievers, domestic shorthairs, pit bulls, German shepherds, etc. One summer for a few months I routinely took care of a blind and deaf cat and the other cat that was there. I accommodated to the special requirements of this specific cat to ensure she knew where her food/ water bowl was as well as her litter box. In the area where I had lived for a while, I was fostering an Australian shepherd who was older age and had bowel issues. They had given me the medication to take care of him and I felt comfortable and responsible enough to do so. During my week, I have structured hours for my job currently that allow flexibility for availability to watch your loving furballs! I am available for every evening and weekends I am available at any time. I stay active so I would be able to make sure your pet gets a healthy amount of exercise. As well having a routine structure for myself already allows the discipline and knowing that your pets would be fed on time. I am in a safe neighborhood, I live at a duplex that has a fenced-in decent-sized backyard. This allows easy access to their bathroom breaks and playtime with them. The neighborhood stays at a quiet volume and has areas to go on safe walks with the pets. I will ensure to keep to the schedule of their typical day-to-day routine so they feel as comfortable as possible and can still have some fun! I am responsive and will always have my phone or apple watch on me to receive text/calls asap.
