Rover is something I do on the side, because honestly, one job’s worth of animals just isn’t enough for me. Senior dogs and anxious pets hold a special place in my heart. I’ve cared for animals with complex daily routines, multiple medications, scheduled feedings, and extra TLC, and I treat every one like they’re my own. Finding someone your babies can truly relax with matters, and that’s something I take to heart with every visit. As a cat mom myself, patience and attentiveness just come naturally to me. About: Ever since I was little, I have a huge heart for dogs. It wasn’t until I was 10 that I finally had a family dog, and from then on dogs have always been a part of my life. I’ve done personal dog-sitting on and off for a few years for some friends and family and I’ve always really enjoyed it. I did Rover a few years ago and loved it, but life got a bit crazy so I had to pause it. I was still able to consistently dogsit for some repeat customers these last few years, and now my wife Linsey joins me in that! Your dog can expect walks at the park or in our neighborhood and for my home to be their home. If your dog likes play dates, my Rover friends would certainly be about it! My normal job is pretty flexible on where I can work, so if your dog needs extra attention, working from home is totally doable. Between me and Linsey, at least one of us is always home. I’ve done Rover on and off for the last 8 years, and have really enjoyed it! My job is super flexible, with set hours only 2 nights a week and once during the day. I’m mostly working from home or at coffee shops, so it’s super easy to stay home with a dog. Between me and my wife, someone can pretty much always be with your pet. Our home is your dog’s home. If they want to go on the couch or follow us around, by all mean. If they like their space, I’ll give them space. Many dogs have taken a snooze on our couch, legs in the air.

About: I’ve taken care of a few dogs in the past few months, I’ve also help master some of the basics training. I keep the pet entertained and read body language to respect boundaries! I have also volunteered at Jax humane society. My schedule is pretty flexible. I work from home so it’s not much of a hassle for me to make time for your fur baby! I have a long side walk to take long walks. I have a nice sided yard so they can run around and play. There will be other dogs around the area when we go on walks so they will have some type of interaction.

About: I’ve taken care of dogs and cats since I was 12 years old. We’ve always had pets growing up, so I took part in walking, feeding, bathing, and loving many dogs. I even raised puppies when our dog had her own, bottle fed them, and trained them. We also have a golden retriever who I spend a lot of time loving on! I’m a nurse so I have several days off a week, but the days I am free vary! I know the days I’m scheduled to work months in advance, and it is pretty much set. We live in an apartment that is safe and pet friendly. It’s on the first floor. I’m very mindful of your space and taking care of your pup by your rules and what works best for him/her!

About: Hi! Im Danielle,! I grew up around a variety of animals- horses, bunnies, parrots dogs and cats! My dream is to open up a rescue/shelter because no animal deserves to go without a loving home. My boyfriend and I have 3 boy cats which we rescued who are our heart and soul and they truly saved us. I have had multiple dogs as well which were my pride and joy. We both grew up on/around a farm and the love we have for all walks of life is what drives me to give your pets the best care possible ! What sets me apart from others is the genuine love and kindness I have for animals because each and everyone has a back story and they all deserved to be loved the same. Dogs aren’t just friends, they are family and that’s why I take pride in helping other owners like myself find someone who they trust to help them one belly rub at a time I am available 5/6 days a week! I left my full time job and I am now pursuing the chance to provide owners with comfort and stress free care because your fur babies mean just as much to me as they do to you! When caring for your pets in your home, I treat your space how I would expect mine to be treated and that’s with respect. By ensuring that I keep same routine that your fur baby is used to will make sure that they feel comfortable because meeting someone new can be nerve wracking. I make sure pets get plenty of love, attention, and are loved as if they were my own — and I keep you updated with messages and plenty of photos so you know your pet is happy and safe. I stick to your pet’s usual schedule for walks, feedings, playtime, and potty breaks to keep things familiar and stress-free. I follow all instructions provided and always double-check things like food portions, medication (if needed), and security (locked doors, gates, etc. Clean-up and tidiness are a priority too; I leave your space just as I found it, or better.

About: I love dogs and cats and any animals! I’m the one at a party who sneaks off to play with the pets rather than make small talk. I have had animals my whole adult life and I frequently watch friends & family’s animals for them. I am very patient and can also play and entertain any age animal. I recently watched my parents dogs for 2 months while they went on a trip to Australia. I’m good at getting animals to take medicine and am not phased taking care of messes or getting a shy animal to feel safe. I genuinely love spending time with pets. I will treat them like my own and make sure to give consistency with food and training so you can work or travel and be assured your family is cared for :) I have a very flexible schedule. I work as a substitute teacher and would have early days to get back to take care of the animals. I also work on concerts and doing arts workshops and have plenty of days when I’m home during the day and can spend more time with the animals before working at night I don’t have a yard, but I have a large condo and a nice neighborhood to walk through. I make up for the lack of yard by taking them to park, walking trails near my house, etc. if I’m at your house, I’ll make sure they have access to their toys, plenty of interaction, walks, time around someone, and whatever else you would like.
