“Karen did a wonderful job walking our dogs. We have one very high energy dog that can be difficult to walk until he releases energy and she handled him with such ease! Both of my dogs came back from each walk completely exhausted, it was perfect and exactly what we wanted! Karen was so lovely and we look forward to having her walk our dogs again!”

About: I’m a lifelong animal lover with a deep passion for both dogs and cats. Over the years, I’ve rescued countless kittens and cats, finding them safe and loving forever homes. I’ve cared for pets with special medical needs, high-energy pups who thrive on long walks and runs, and elderly companions who require extra patience and tenderness. I’ve cherished every quirky personality—from the grumpy to the greedy - and find joy in each unique spirit. As a devoted pet advocate, I believe that while life is short, kindness to animals is one of the purest forms of love and if there’s a heaven, it surely welcomes those who care for creatures great and small. I treat your pets as my sole responsibility. While you’re out and they are in my care, I’ll treat them as my own. I have a very flexible schedule, reliable transportation, and will provide top notch service with every visit. I also provide a clean environment. Let’s face it, your fur kids may be messy while you’re away, one of my added perks is to leave your home spruced up. Your pet will always be supervised in an enclosure or placed on a leash! Safety is the standard! No cellphone distractions. Vigilant at all times! I not only want your trust, but your pets as well. They will feel happy & protected by me.
“Cassie is awesome! My dog loves her, and she clearly enjoys being around animals. She is great at communicating and updating us. We will definitely be using her for a long time!”

“Juliana is a lifesaver. She was able to help us out with a last minute start to services and relieved so much stress from Nelson’s dad and I. Her walk updates are always very detailed and the pictures are so great. She is sweet, caring, observant and it’s obvious that Watson just adores her! I couldn’t recommend her any more highly.”

About: Hi! We’re Corbin and Tori! We have had a dog of our own, Lucy, for about 3 years now and she is our absolute child. We also both grew up around horses, cats, dogs, etc. Needless to say, we are huge animal people and would love for our patient, docile girl to make new friends! We also enjoy making new friends and are excited to meet you and your furry bestie! :) We both work in local ministry here in Jacksonville, so our schedules are extremely flexible. This allows us time to play board games with friends, take our dog, Lucy, on walks, and read books. We aim to never leave our girl alone for more than a few hours at a time, and strive to provide the same level of care for any other pet lover. We are home more than we are away, which made us decide to get involved with Rover! We have a very happy, chill lab mix named Lucy to keep your pup company! She gets along great with every dog she’s ever met. We spend a lot of time at home and are never gone for more than 4 hours. Our home is cozy and clean, making for a calming environment for pups getting used to a new space!
“Nicole was wonderful with Stella. We rented a long term AirBnB in her neighborhood which is how we found her. Then after one week we needed to move closer to Mayo Clinic for my husband. Nicole was willing to drive the extra trip to maintain care for our dog Stella. She was consistently on time and is a very dedicated and pleasant person. Highly recommend Nicole!”

About: I’ve taken care of dogs my whole life, I’ve grown up with 4 dogs in my house and I’ve always enjoyed spending time with them. I currently have an open schedule and am almost always able to fit time into my schedule so I will gladly be able to dog sit or walk. I have a fenced in yard that is good for dogs, and a big neighborhood that is good for walks. I am very active so I can go on plenty of walks.
“Amazing would be an understatement. Maria’s love for dogs shined through from day one. My pet adored her, probably a little too much! Maria went above and beyond to help sit/walk my dog. She followed my instructions to the tee and helped bring packages in while I was away which was an added bonus to her awesomeness. Will definitely book with her in the future and encourage others to as well.”

About: I have been working in the veterinary healthcare field professionally for the last 3.5 years, but I have cared for my own four-legged family members my whole life. I am familiar and comfortable with giving oral medications, nail trims, bathing and walking pets. I would love to care for your fur-babies as well! I currently work part time at an animal hospital, but have a very flexible schedule. I can accommodate weekday mornings and early afternoons and my weekend availability includes Saturday afternoons and all day Sunday availability. I will always care for your pets to your specifications. I will always make sure that they have clean water fresh food and adequate time to play.
About: If your pet is looking for a new friend look no further! I've been a pet parent for five years now. I raised my dog, Lola, from a puppy and have experience with housebreaking and training. I also fostered dogs for two years before moving to Jax and have plenty of experience with shy and nervous pups. I've been a cat mom for three years and have extensive experience with cats of all ages and medical conditions through the Jacksonville Humane Society. I'm more than willing to go above and beyond to treat your pets as family whether that's giving medications, going on outings, or grabbing a pup cup. I work a hybrid 9-5 job with lots of flexibility on when and where I actually need to work. With a week's notice I can arrange my schedule to accommodate your pet's schedule! Otherwise, I can stay or provide drop ins before and after work, and on my lunch break. I understand that every pet's needs are different. I believe communication is the most important part of this process to make sure you and your pets are comfortable with me. I follow any and all instructions provided to the best of my ability at all times and will ask any questions to make sure I can treat your pet as well as you do. If doing drop in visits or housesitting, I will keep up with any pet-related tidying that might need to be done. I will meet up prior to the booking if requested to make sure I'm the best fit for your pets needs. For those interested in boarding at my house, I live with my partner, dog, and cats in a 3 bed 2 bath house with a fenced backyard. Your loved one(s) will be hanging in our 600 square foot backroom which has a doggy door that leads directly to the fenced yard. The backroom has couches and dogs beds for your pups to relax on and a cat tree for any feline friends over. While your pets are over mine will not have access to this backroom so everyone will have their space.
“Katelyn was very responsive and accommodating to a last minute request for a couple of walks. I appreciate her flexibility with her schedule, and it’s nice to have someone I can trust to take Bo to let out some energy.”
