About: Hiya! I’m Perla and hopefully your next sitter. I have many years of experience with large and small breeds of canine only. Unfortunately, haven’t been much of a cat person. But I do enjoy the memes about them and their company. I’ve trained and taken care of others pets in my family and friends. I am located by downtown San Antonio. My yard is completely fenced and no fur baby can get out. I have a daughter that loves pets as well and would love to play with them as well. Lots of love in this home to give. If you have any questions please feel free to ask. 😊 I work full time from home 8am-5pm and can take care of potty breaks every 2 hours. I would do feedings once in the morning and once in the evening. Or as directed by the owner. I would care for your pet in and out of my home. I have a big yard for your fur baby to play and also have a Poodle mix puppy that is very playful. If need be she can visit my grandmother to not aggravate any dogs she does not get along with. Inside my home I have everything set up for success, so nothing here gets ingested or possibly hurt your fur baby. I won’t shower your pet to avoid any discomfort to the puppy.

About: I have always loved animals and taking care of them. I was a cat owner and dog lover my entire life and then 5 years ago, my Bentley came into my life, and I became a dog owner and have never looked back. She is a 66-pound retriever mix and has yet to find a dog (or puppy) that she hasn't made her friend and looks forward to making many more friends while I care for your furry loved ones. I have a client that has three dogs that we go to their house to care for, or sometimes their old lady (as we call her) comes to my house for a break from the puppies. I am very easy to work with, and scheduling shouldn't be a problem! I can come to you, or you can come to me! I do live in a house without a backyard but have a front yard and do enjoy walks and car rides to parks! I do not mind taking our fur friends in my car as long as they don't! I work from home, so I am able to watch your furry friends all day to ensure that they have the attention and love that they need. I will also make sure they are comfortable and well taken care of. I love to play and spoil and give attention! I have toys a plenty also! I can’t help it, I don’t have human kiddos so I spoil my fur kiddo!! I will follow any instructions provided so that you can trust that your pet is safe with me. Please feel free to ask me any questions!

About: My house is less than half a mile from the Riverwalk/Roosevelt Park and it's a great place to walk dogs. My backyard is large and dogs love running around back there and playing fetch. I can take dogs out and walk them multiple times a day (including the summer) and have a nice property that is fully fenced in the front and backyard in a safe neighborhood. I've helped take care of 2 cocker spaniels the past 7 years and have them every couple weeks as I share them with my ex-wfe. My ex-wife had the Rover profile until now so I only have a couple reviews but I have a lot of experience taking care of many different types of dogs as we hosted over 75 dogs in the past 2 years. Worked with many different breeds, energy levels, ages and sizes and I can easily walk 2 dogs at time under 80 lbs. each. I am very active and usually walk at least 2-5 miles a day even in the summer. Your dog will be taken extremely well taken care of. Self-employed, financially independent, own my home, work remotely and with a very flexible work schedule. Recently moved to San Antonio after living in Austin for many years. I'm physically active and make sure all dogs get regular attention, walks, taken out many times a day to go to the bathroom and relax outside. Since I work from home I can let dogs out many times a day (4-5) to go to the bathroom and easily walk all dogs twice a day. I'm focusing a lot on physical health right now and exercise and that goes hand and hand with dog walking. I love playing fetch too with dogs that like to play fetch. Fully fenced property in front and back. Safety is very important, happy to crate your dog if needed. My house is very clean and I feed dogs in the morning and evening.

About: I treat dogs like family in my cozy, fenced home. With experience in both vet clinics and doggy daycares, I provide loving, skilled care in a safe and fun environment. I work from home, so I’m available for daycare and overnight stays any day of the week. Caring for dogs is a natural part of my routine — I love walks, playtime, and giving them attention throughout the day. I have two small dogs, Crisco and Brisket, so I'm used to a consistent routine of feeding, outdoor time, and walks — just like what I’d do for your dog! Whether it’s for daycare or overnight stays, I focus on keeping them happy, safe, and engaged.

About: Having recently nurtured my grandmother's cat for three months while they journeyed through Europe, I understand the profound bond between pets and their caregivers. This experience deepened my commitment to providing exceptional care, ensuring every pet entrusted to me receives the same love and attention I gave to my grandmother's cat. Furthermore, I have a proven track record of watching over my friends' dogs with the same level of dedication, ensuring their happiness and well-being while in my care. Your furry companions are in caring hands with me. Given my remote work schedule, your pet will have constant company and attention, ensuring they never feel lonely or neglected. Their well-being and happiness will be my top priority throughout the day. In my approach to pet care, safety, trust, and creating a nurturing environment are fundamental principles. I prioritize the physical and emotional well-being of each pet by ensuring they have a secure and hazard-free space to roam and play. Additionally, I establish a bond of trust through consistent care and attention, tailored to their individual needs. Whether it's regular walks, playtime, or simply cuddles on the couch, I create a comfortable and loving atmosphere where pets feel cherished and secure.

“Marina take great care of Ollie. It was my first time using Rover and first time little Ollie stays at a day care. But she seems to be very settled and happy when I picked her up. Marina is very sweet and easy to communicate. The price is also very reasonable. I will definitely book her next time when we come to San Antonio”

About: I've had a huge passion for animals since I was a child and now find such a passion in helping others with their sweet pets. I just recently lost my childhood dog soul mate this past year and am finding dog sitting to be so healing for me. Animals are a huge part of my life, with currently owning a horse and growing up with dogs. I know how stressful it can be leaving your furbabies behind when going away. Let me take that stress off of you today! I work from home often and work part-time, so I have plenty of time to tend to your pets and give them all the love and attention they need while they're away from you. I do offer some in home care when I'm not already housing other dogs for other owners. Though, I am always available to provide service in your home, by traveling to your home daily (or a few time a day if needed). I'm happy to come visit your pup in your home daily and provide exercise, love and attention.

“Perla gave great service and treated my pups like family. They truly seemed happy upon pickup and had no health issues to this date, despite the separation anxiety my Lola stayed comfortable. Perla kept me up-to-date on everything. Provided potty breaks and food per my request.”

Cathy H.Star Sitter
“Cathy is awesome! She loves animals and they love her. She’s very reliable and trustworthy. Whether it’s making sure the dogs are fed, get their potty breaks, need some snuggles or need their meds, she’s on it. She takes excellent care of her own dog so I know mine are in good hands with her. She’s also great with cats - I’ve never known anyone else who can get a cat to like belly rubs but she did!”

Ryan D.
“I entrusted Ryan(and his wife Amy) to watch Ro while I was out of the country for 6 weeks. Obviously, I felt comfortable leaving my best friend, Ro, with them for that long. I knew they had a safe & dog-friendly yard; that they were/are long-time dog owners(to two awesome older cocker spaniels); that Ryan & Amy are active - take multiple walks with dogs daily...but mostly their attention to detail in meeting Ro's needs or any dog I've observed in their care. Good genuine, communicative people...in Ryan & Amy. Ro loves them and Charlie Brown & Marco Polo - their dogs. Highly recommend.”

She treats him with care and attention, and is able to expertly deal with his anxious tendencies by being compassionate and loving. I recommend anyone who wants the best for their pup to have Lexi pet-sit for them. She goes above and beyond, and my dog looks forward to spending time with her! She's the best!”
