“Mike was a fantastic dog sitter and walker for our dog, Faith! He followed special care instructions, sent photos throughout his time spent with her and it was clear they had a lot of fun! Faith went on multiple walks, played with her toys with Mike, and he made sure she was fed, had water, etc. I highly recommend booking Mike to care for your pet as it's clear that he loves animals and will treat your pet like family. Thanks, Mike!”

“Mason did a fantastic job looking after our two large dogs! He sent us detailed updates of what they were up to during each visit and tons of pictures, which made it so much easier to trust our dogs were in great hands. We would love to work with him again whenever we need a sitter again!”

“I’ve booked Eric twice now to watch my cats, and I couldn’t be happier. He’s easy to work with, very communicative, and always reliable. I have total peace of mind while I’m away knowing my cats are in good hands. I especially love that he lets my cat Mickey enjoy some time outside on the balcony and sends me photos of him playing—it makes me feel so connected while I’m gone. When I come home, my cats are happy and well cared for. I highly recommend Eric to anyone looking for a trustworthy sitter!”

About: I have had dogs the vast majority of my life and have seen them from puppy to senior citizen. I am happy to meet a dog where they are at. I am happy to feed, water, administer medications, and walk your cute canine. I work full time with flexible hours. I usually feed in mornings and evenings and walk either then or midday. I am mostly free on weekends. Pets are family. I treat your pets the way I would want a sitter to treat mine. Animals need to be met on their level. If they are shy they need time to acclimate, if they are rambunctious I need to be ready for high energy.

“This is the second time I've booked Nicole to come out and visit my dog, Artemis, during my work days. Nicole has been fantastic to work with! She's very communicative and I really appreciate that because Artemis is a senior dog. Artemis can also be a bit of a handful as she's very dog reactive, but I completely trust Nicole with her. I'm really happy to have found someone I can trust to check in on Artemis while I'm at work.”

I work from home so I am available to care for the dogs and your dogs will love the good mix of attention and free time. I have a 4 year old golden to give company to your pet. She is great with other animals. Your Pet will get ample play time and rest time.

About: I’m a lifelong dog lover with 17 years of hands-on experience caring for pups of all ages. I’ve navigated everything from potty training and puppy zoomies to administering medications and comfort to aging dogs through their golden years. Every dog is unique and I’m here to meet them with patience and love. My home is dog friendly and clean and my heart is dog-devoted. Whether you need a sitter, walker or just someone to give your dog a little extra love when you’re away, I’ve got you covered! I work part-time, so can fit care for your dogs into my schedule. I work a few hours in the evening and weekends and always fit walks and feedings into my schedule. I have a fenced yard and I never leave the dogs alone outside if I’m not home. About: I'm Taylor, I crochet, I'm 28 and I'm originally from New Jersey! I absolutely love animals. I’ve been taking care of all types of pets since I was a child! Ive been dogsitting/petsitting professionally however for about 5 years both on and off Rover. I have grown and learned so much about all the different types of care unique to different species and breeds along the way. I’ve taken care of and owned senior dogs, puppies, cats, chinchillas, reptiles, fish, horses, chickens, parrots. All of the above! Sick, healthy, young or old. I'm willing to sit animals that are not cats or dogs! Farm animals included. Just message me and we'll discuss. I have all the free time! I'm doing dog sitting full time🌸 I work a few hours at a regular job but its very sparse. I love pet sitting inside the pets own house where they are so much more at ease. They can keep their same routine, environment and comforts without much interruption and this is great for both you and your pet. Less stress for everyone! I follow everyones instructions to the T, and make sure to write down everything after my initial meeting with you or that you have communicated to me via message or phone call. I have cared for sick pets of my own and of others, can administer most meds, clean minor wounds, and work around even the more “wild” pet temperaments. I have had special needs animals of my own and can work to the best of my ability to take care of yours as well.

“Raquel is my fav. I literally won’t go out of town with out booking her. She is so thorough and attentive to my two kitties. She truly is the only person I feel genuinely safe leaving them with. If you want your pets taken care of just as well as you would care for them, she is your girl.”

About: I have a 1 year old golden doodle. I adopted him when he was 9 weeks old. He grows fast and becomes an important member of our family. I’d love to help board other dogs while their owners are out of town. I’m currently staying at home, so I will have plenty of time to do the pet care work. Usually in the morning or early afternoon. On weekends it varies but you can contact me! I live in a very nice neighborhood and I walk my dog twice every day. I also have a backyard where dogs can go pee if the weather is not pleasant for a walk.

Erika E.
“I have known Erika for over 10 years. Her family has always had dogs that were not just pets, but members of the family. When Erika moved to Arizona she adopted her dog, Chunks. I have seen first hand Erika's compassion and commitment to being a dog mom. She is very aware of what Chunks needs in order to not just live, but thrive and love life. She takes her on walks, hikes and various adventures each week - even with her busy schedule. I have had my dog, Ally, for four years now. I was ecstatic to introduce Chunks and Ally. Erika is amazing with Ally as well, especially since Ally is an anxious dog. She knew to approach Ally slowly with positive body language and gentle words. Ally and Chunks have become best friends. I have let Erika babysit Ally countless times, knowing she was in loving hands. I highly recommend Erika to walk or care for your dog. All we can ask for as a dog moms/dads is someone who would treat our pet as one of their own and Erika excels at that.”

Cindy M.
“My rescue dogs are my kids and are spoiled, great animal companions! I trust 3 people on this earth to watch them; my mom, my husband and Cindy. Cindy is an avid dog lover. No pup crosses her path without getting a hello, some pets and a little treat (with owner consent, of course!). The dogs love her too - they're a good judge of character :) If you are apprehensive with care for your canine friends, you don't need to be any longer. Try a meet & greet. You and your furry pals will quickly understand why I fully trust her with our animal care.”

Sammamish dog parents share their Rover experiences
Nafisah is so sweet and caring and punctual. I booked her for a last minute checkin and she took the time to come meet me and my pup the day before. She communicated so well and took the cutest photos, walked, played and pottied my little pup! Highly recommend and thank you for taking care of little Lyle :)

Diana was very easy-going, she got along well with my dog as she took him on extended walks for the very necessary daily exercise. This is no small feat... no obedience issues, they developed a good working relationship; he trusted her, even for a bit of off-leash time. Basenjis can be difficult to work with; strong-willed, subborn, and not wanting to please their owner as much as other dogs, and she handled him very professionally. Highly recommended!

Liubov took care of our 65lb husky through a 11 day period where she’d come home twice a day to check on Oreo and take him out for a walk. She never missed a schedule, played with Oreo along with her 4 year old son, and sent lots of pictures and videos. Thank you 🙏🏽 so much.

Chloe has been wonderful with our puppy. She is caring, reliable, and always makes sure our puppy is happy, engaged, and cared for during her visits. We appreciate the regular updates and her thoughtful attention to Yuna's needs. Highly recommend her for anyone looking for a trustworthy and loving sitter!

Frances was fantastic with Hana and went above and beyond my expectations! She is incredibly detail-oriented, leaving a thoughtful memo after each visit so I could know exactly how Hana was doing. Her communication was top-notch—she kept me updated with texts and photos, which made me feel at ease while I was away. It’s clear that she genuinely loves animals and took such attentive care of Hana. I highly recommend Frances for anyone looking for a reliable, caring, and detail-focused pet sitter
