About: As a responsible young adult with 3 years pet sitting experience, I offer dependable, compassionate care for both cats and dogs of all ages. I have been a pet owner of both cats and dogs all my life. I love my animals, and love caring for the animals of other families. When I was young, I would dress up my dogs in play clothes and read them stories. With my whole heart, I understand that pets are our family. My family currently has 2 dogs and a cat. Now I care for their needs, including preparing and feeding a specialized raw diet for my two 11-year-old labs. From energetic puppies to senior pets, I tailor my care to meet each animal's needs - whether that means long walks, quiet cuddles, or administering medications with care and precision. When your dog or cat is in my care, I treat them like one of my own. What is most important to me is that I provide care as close as possible to what your animal is used to receiving from you. Familiar routine helps reduce stress and provide comfort. Below are some principals that I follow in caring for pets and homes of others. Safety First! I follow your pets established routines to minimize stress and maintain consistency. I look for signs of distress, illness, or discomfort and will act quickly if something seems off. I keep homes secure by following all instructions regarding doors, alarms, keys and I never invite guests or leave pets unattended for long periods. Trust: I provide regular updates, photos and messages according to your preference. I respect your home and privacy, leaving everything just as I found it. Comfort: I maintain a calm, clean and nurturing atmosphere. Whether its cuddles on the couch, playtime in the yard, or quiet companionship, I adapt to what makes your pet feel most at ease.

About: I work with children, so I’m used to having to be patient, kind, and caring. I really love animals and caring for them. I do have past experience with house sitting and taking care of animals. I am very comfortable around all types and sizes of animals. I am very trusting and capable with your furry family member. Your animal will be in good hands with me. If I have any questions or concerns on how to best take care of your animal, I will ask so that I can ensure that I will take the best care that I possibly can. You should be able to trust that your animal is going to get fed, walked, cleaned, played with, etc. while you’re having fun or just too busy

About: My pet care experience began when I joined a humane society volunteer program where I worked for 6 years and became a shift lead. Later, I worked at a doggy daycare and overnight pet hotel. There I worked with specific dog’s needs and care as well as managed a group of up to 60 free-roaming dogs (yes, it was as amazing as it sounds) I have worked as a pet sitter and dog walker for most of my life, and I have experience with a variety of breeds, sizes, and temperaments. I have also worked with horses for most of my life and in the summers I care for horses on a large farm. They are pretty much a bunch of big, funny, puppies. I am formally trained in: -Dog first aide and CPR -Dog, cat, and small animal body language and care -Dog Bathing -Basic obedience training I am currently a recent WWU graduate working a part-time job. Being in my gap year after school, most of my time is flexible and social. I’m looking to fill some of my free time working with cute pets! While I do have a good foundation in general pet care, pet safety, and dog behavior, I prioritize the individual needs of the dog. I may have experience with many pets but no one knows your dog better than you. Care, to me, is about open communication and making sure your pup is happy!

About: Since I was a young girl, I have loved to pet sit for dogs, cats, birds, chickens, and even cows! For dogs, I have administered medications, walked, fed, and played with them to their heart's content! I also have my very own cat that I adore so very much and I want all pets to feel that love. I am currently on a flexible work schedule, so I will be able to take care of your pets at your convenience. I do prefer dog-walking in the morning, but all other services throughout the day. I will not be able to bring your dogs over to my place, but I can make sure that they are safe in your home. I care for pets as if they are my own as a pet owner myself. I am an anxious and overly protective owner, so I can ensure proper safety and abide by the owners wishes.

About: I’ve cared for all sorts of pets from dogs to ball python snakes. I am a huge animal lover and had my own dog for the first 16 years of my life and have been caring for friends, family, and neighbors pets since. Regarding dogs, I have a lot of experience with all ages and all levels of training. While I am not certified, I am always happy to help train dogs and help teach new tricks. I’ve lived and cared for all sorts of reptiles as well, such as snakes, tortoises, geckos, etc. I will make sure to take great care of your animals and ensure that you are worry free while you’re gone! I’m currently a student at Western hanging out in Bellingham for the summer. I currently have no other obligations and will be able to spend all the time you need on your animals! I always make sure to get all the necessary details before the you leave regarding the pet and the property.
