About: I've been an animal person my whole life; from originally wanting to be a vet (decided to pivot due to the sadness that probably comes from being a vet) to caring for pets of my own. I've always felt I've been able to understand animals better than most people. I think it stems from my ability to innately understand their non-verbal communication. Hence, the Dolittle reference. A typical day in my home is calm, comfortable, and centered around the pet’s normal routine. I make sure they’re fed on schedule, have fresh water, a clean space, plenty of attention, and time to play or relax depending on their personality. I’m happy to follow any specific routines you have at home so your pet feels as comfortable and familiar as possible. I care for pets by following their normal routine as closely as possible, including feeding schedules, fresh water, litter box or potty breaks, playtime, and any special instructions from their owner. I also pay close attention to their behavior and comfort level, giving them plenty of affection when they want it and space when they need it.

About: I’ve been a dog owner for years and genuinely love being around animals. I understand how important it is to have someone you can trust with your pets, especially when you’re away. I’m comfortable with feeding, walks, playtime, potty breaks, following routines, and giving lots of attention. I’ll treat your pets with the same patience, care, and affection I give my own. I’m also happy to send pictures and updates so you can feel comfortable while your pet is in my care. 🐾 I have a rotating work schedule, but I know my availability in advance and will only accept bookings I can fully commit to. On my available days, I’m happy to provide walks, drop-in visits, playtime, feeding, and plenty of attention. I’ll always communicate clearly about my availability before accepting a booking. I understand that every pet has their own personality, routine, and needs. I’ll follow your instructions carefully for feeding, walks, medications or special routines, and I’ll respect your home while I’m there. I’ll keep you updated with messages and photos so you can feel comfortable knowing your pet is safe and cared for.

About: I have helped raised my family’s dogs and cats for years. I have helped raised puppies and kittens as well as old pets. I also know how to bathe both dogs and cats. I can also give pets any type of medicine if they need it. I am free from 8:30 am to 9:30 pm. I am freshly graduated from high school and have plenty of time to spare. I also am free during the week and weekends. I have a fenced home to ensure my pets safety. I will ensure my clients pet’s safety in their home and keep an eye on their pets. I will also keep the area clean.

About: My pet care experience began when I joined a humane society volunteer program where I worked for 6 years and became a shift lead. Later, I worked at a doggy daycare and overnight pet hotel. There I worked with specific dog’s needs and care as well as managed a group of up to 60 free-roaming dogs (yes, it was as amazing as it sounds) I have worked as a pet sitter and dog walker for most of my life, and I have experience with a variety of breeds, sizes, and temperaments. I have also worked with horses for most of my life and in the summers I care for horses on a large farm. They are pretty much a bunch of big, funny, puppies. I am formally trained in: -Dog first aide and CPR -Dog, cat, and small animal body language and care -Dog Bathing -Basic obedience training I am currently a recent WWU graduate working a part-time job. Being in my gap year after school, most of my time is flexible and social. I’m looking to fill some of my free time working with cute pets! While I do have a good foundation in general pet care, pet safety, and dog behavior, I prioritize the individual needs of the dog. I may have experience with many pets but no one knows your dog better than you. Care, to me, is about open communication and making sure your pup is happy!
