About: I grew up on a small organic farm, where we raised everything from sheep and goats to rabbits and quail. We also had 5 cats and a dog, so caring for animals was a part of my everyday life from a young age. That experience has given me the confidence to care for pets with different personalities and needs. As I got older, my love for animals stayed with me. About: My pet care experience began when I joined a humane society volunteer program where I worked for 6 years and became a shift lead. Later, I worked at a doggy daycare and overnight pet hotel. There I worked with specific dog’s needs and care as well as managed a group of up to 60 free-roaming dogs (yes, it was as amazing as it sounds) I have worked as a pet sitter and dog walker for most of my life, and I have experience with a variety of breeds, sizes, and temperaments. About: Animals have always been a huge part of my life. As the daughter of two veterinarians, I grew up working in a veterinary clinic. More recently, I worked in a dog boarding facility, so I am comfortable caring for animals of all behavior types and physical conditions. As a school bus driver, I work 6-10 AM, then have few hours break and go back to my afternoon drive 2-6 PM. The school year ends June 12th and I am available until mid-July. Afterwards, I am taking time off for my own motorcycle travels (this time to Colorado) and then spend August in Europe :) I have owned cats, large dogs (100 + lbs), and horses over the years, so I'm well-versed in handling a variety of pet needs. I am comfortable around animals and can stand my ground with them. I enjoy large breeds and, having two 150Lbs + dogs before I know how hard it is to find someone to take care of them! I am available for short and long term stays in Whatcom and Skagit counties. Dogs, cats, horses, turtles and fish - all welcomed and loved! I work as a school bus driver, so I leave the house early in the morning for few hours, then have 2-4 hrs off and then drive the kids home in the afternoon, usually 2-6 pm. I will follow the directions you give me, be it giving medication to your pets, putting it in the crate at night or when away and any other rules that you may have.

About: Since I was very young I have loved and cared for our dogs and cats. For the pups, taking them for long walks and spoiling them with toys and cuddles are among my specialties! For my cats, they are the lucky recipients of lots and lots of petting, cat toys and of course their favorite meals. About: I grew up on a small organic farm, where we raised everything from sheep and goats to rabbits and quail. We also had 5 cats and a dog, so caring for animals was a part of my everyday life from a young age. That experience has given me the confidence to care for pets with different personalities and needs. As I got older, my love for animals stayed with me. Whether your pet loves long walks, play time or wants someone to keep them company i’ll make sure they feel safe and well cared for. I recently graduated college at WWU and I am currently working part time, so I can easily fit around your schedule and have plenty of time to spend with your pets! I work Tuesday and Thursday and I am off in the afternoon. I live close to a few parks that are dog friendly and make a great walk. Inside, pets are free to roam throughout the house.

It’s rare to find someone who treats your pet like family, but Jael truly does. We couldn’t recommend her more — 10/10 experience!”
