As a school bus driver, I work 6-10 AM, then have few hours break and go back to my afternoon drive 2-6 PM. To ensure proper care for your animals, I like to book clients no further than a 30 min drive from Sedro Woolley. Please take this into consideration when considering me as your sitter for your pets! :) I have owned cats, large dogs (100 + lbs), and horses over the years, so I'm well-versed in handling a variety of pet needs. I am comfortable around animals and can stand my ground with them. I enjoy large breeds and, having two 150Lbs + dogs before I know how hard it is to find someone to take care of them! I am available for short and long term stays in Whatcom and Skagit counties. Dogs, cats, horses, turtles and fish - all welcomed and loved! I work as a school bus driver, so I leave the house early in the morning for few hours, then have 2-4 hrs off and then drive the kids home in the afternoon, usually 2-6 pm. If this is something that will work for you and your pet family, please reach out! I usually do a greet & meet before to make sure that everyone is comfortable! I will follow the directions you give me, be it giving medication to your pets, putting it in the crate at night or when away and any other rules that you may have.

Scarlett seemed to have a great time. Playing and dogging with her new friends. She also formed quite the bond with Leslie! She was ecstatic to see her when we ran into each other at the dog parl! Leslie sent daily pictures. I couldn't be more pleased with Leslie's care for Scarlett.”

“Wow! This was my first Rover.com experience and it couldn't have gone any better! Virginia and family treated my elderly pup, Kipper, like one of their own. He came back worn out, needing a nap and lolling his tongue, as if he'd just returned from a highly satisfying trip to Disneyland. I strongly recommend Virginia for your boarding needs. She paid attention when we explained Kipper's idiosyncrasies, was flexible on pickup and drop-off timing, and obviously played Dog Mom as well as Kipper's own could!”
“Holly was amazing with our Dozer, a bernedoodle. We got many pictures while on our overnight trip. Dozer is a cuddler and she provided lots of cuddle time. I would highly recommend Holly. I especially appreciated her safely fenced back yard. Looking forward to Dozer spending time with Holly again.”
“Jael and her family made our dog feel right at home! Drop-off and pick-up were quick and easy, and when we returned, our dog was happy, healthy, and clearly well cared for. We’ve tried kennels before and our pup came back stressed and underweight — but with Jael, it was the complete opposite. Stella ate well, played, and looked so content when we picked her up. It’s rare to find someone who treats your pet like family, but Jael truly does. We couldn’t recommend her more — 10/10 experience!”
“My honey and I have been using Ms. Dollys services to watch our two naughty 75 pound plus babies for a few months now. I think we have boarded our dogs a total 4 times with her. She’s always super accommodating and willing for emergency stay overs if your 4 hour drive from Oregon turns into 8 hours (life saver). Ms. Dolly handles my helicopter dog mom ways and assures me “ I got this” ( she really does) Our babies LOVE Ms. Dolly and even know her by name. They get some serious zooms when we leash up by the door and mention dolly town. Upon first arriving a few months ago I was so happy to see she has a full on kennel set up, rubber washable mats, large and heated areas to run and play on icky days. Toys, leashes you name it. We even forgot our food one time, no worries dolly had a back up that matched the very specific sweet potato and salmon diet we had going. It’s like having a family member watch your dogs but the family member is also super professional and also operates a full puppy bizniz. Upon arrival you will be asked to fill out a secondary form, shots, vet, food routine, emergency contact ect. Ms. dolly is seriously a pro. Drop off is always super emotional for us but Ms. Dolly always sends pics and videos. It seems like she hangs out with our dogs all day by how much play time they actually get. They even did a bonfire and hung out with our pups the way we would do in our backyard. Your dogs are family and it shows. Ms. Dolly has a full backyard where your dogs can run and play and party all night if they wanted. This is a serious plus for our very energetic pitbull and spaz German Sheppard. I would never choose another boarder. Thank you Ms. Dolly, we love you! - Brandon, Katy, Ghost and Ranger.”
“Kendra was so awesome! She was able to be flexible when I had a last minute change to my travel plans and took excellent care of my dog. He got to go to yoga and a hike around the bay! I would absolutely recommend her to anyone looking for dog sitting.”
