“So great to work with, great communicator, nice location, and got Timber out for lots of adventures. Will use Julia again for dog sitting if possible!”

About: TBH: Your dog might have a better river day than you will! Our "pup camp" is 4 acres on the little Arkansas river. We play ball, swim and take long walks while you're out trying to keep up with your dogs adventurous lifestyle. We know leaving your pup is stressful and you want attentive SAFE care for them. Your dog will be my priority when they are here. Patience and snuggles abound! I work at home and try not to leave the house when your dog is here (If I leave, I notify you or take your dog with me). My little dog, Olive is a lovely hostess. She's calm for anxious dogs and shows them when it's time to play or nap. Please Note: Here are the dog personalities that DON'T fit for us: -I do not take aggressive or resource guarding dogs since I have a small "snack size" furbaby in my home and just can't take the chance at a bite. -FULLY housebroken dogs are welcome! If your dog marks territory we cannot host - If your dog is going to boast about what a great day they had and that wounds your ego, we're probably not the host for you.... ! I work from home and am semi retired. We go for daily 40 min walks and have play and nap time. If I go out during the day, I'll let you know ahead of time and it's typically 60 min or less. I have a 6 ft fenced yard with dog door. My home is at the end of a quiet cul de sac on 4 acres of riverfront so there is plenty of space to explore. We are close to Spartan trails just up the road. I offer flexible transfer times so you can enjoy your adventures without pick up anxiety!

“Vanessa and her family were so great with Ripley! Vanessa was very flexible with the pick up and drop off times (thank you!!) and sent photos and updates!”

“Tyler and Savanna were my dream dog sitters for my 2 pups! My dogs absolutely loved both of them as well as their 2 dogs. Their place was perfect for dogs with a large, fenced-in yard and dog door. They also would take one of my dogs on adventures hiking (my other one prefers to stay home). They were extremely communicative and gave me a ton of picture updates. I truly couldn't have picked better sitters for my dogs!”

“Stephanie is great! She is super responsive and kept me up to date on how my dog was doing. She also did a meet and greet before the stay to make sure that our dogs were friendly with each other which I really appreciated!”

About: Hi there! You can trust that your furry companions will be in great hands with me. I have extensive experience caring for cats and dogs of all sizes and temperaments, from small to large breeds, and playful to more independent individuals. As a cat and dog parent myself, I know just how important your pets' happiness is and will make their well-being my top priority! I am currently working part time (remotely) and have a flexible schedule for pet sitting and/or walking. Whether you are hitting the slopes for the day or taking an extended trip, I'd love to look after your pet! During overnight stays, I understand the importance of routines for many pets and will make every effort to maintain their regular schedule to keep them comfortable and stress-free.

“Lila and her daughter Sophia were the perfect match for our springer Zeke! They treated him like their own and kept us in the know for the entire week he stayed in their care. He loved the time he spent with them! The next time we are in the area, we hope they are available to rover Zeke again. I would give them a ten star rating if it was possible. Thank you again Lila and Sophia for taking such great care of our buddy Zeke.”

“Melissa is absolutely amazing. She took wonderful care of our little Annie, while we were in town for a wedding. We got daily pictures and updates. She got lots of snuggles and spoiling. I would definitely use again and highly recommend you choose her for your babies care.”

About: I am an avid animal lover, and have an especially soft spot in my heart for dogs. I have helped my family in training service and seeing eye dogs since I was young. I decided to join Rover after losing my parent's golden retriever, Fuzzy, who lives in Boulder. Fuzzy was trained to be a seeing eye dog, but she failed for being too lovable. She did well in her new career as a therapy dog, where we got to visit nursing homes and hospitals so she can be pet and meet people. I am a software developer and work from home, so I am around all day during the week and can stop frequently to walk or care for your dog. I am also glad to take your pup on runs if they need to get a little extra energy out. I have a large fenced yard and one other friendly beagle to keep you dog company. We make sure to walk at least twice a day around the neighborhood during the work day in addition to being able to romp in the back yard whenever they want.

“Peggy did an amazing job with my pup Arlo. She took him on walks around her beautiful ranch neighborhood, played frisbee around her house and sent updates on his acclimation. I would recommend Peggy to anyone and plan on using her services again if I'm back in Colorado.”

“Craig was great! Our dog Clyde had a great time and we’ll absolutely use him again.”

About: I’ve taken care of all kinds of dogs for over 20 years. Neighbors and friends have trusted in me to care for their furry friends time and time again. Right now I work seasonally, and would like to make dog sitting a full time gig. I am committed to making this happen, so plan to prioritize dog sitting. I love taking pups on walking/hiking adventures as well as car rides to the dog park to play with other pups. They will never be left alone for more than 2 hours at any time.

About: I’m a charismatic, passionate, hardworking career scientist. I am incredibly attentive to the needs of my pets, and have raised numerous cats and dogs over the years. My dogs have ranged in size from Chihuahuas to Golden Doodles. I have worked as a dog walker previously, and enjoy my time with my doggie friends immensely. I carefully follow routines and work hard to make any pets time away from their family as comfortable and enjoyable as possible. Any pet that I take on for walking or boarding will be treated with the same love, compassion, and level of care that I give to my own pets. I’m a very intuitive person who is good at reading your pets wants and needs, keeping your pet happy as a clam. I work mostly remote so your pet will have plenty of companionship and attention. I like to take multiple short walks in a day, ensuring your pet gets plenty of exercise. I have a fully fenced yard and lots of fun toys/beds for your pet to enjoy. I can administer medication and will work hard to make your pet as comfortable as possible.

“I'm so thankful Emmy was able to take care of Moxie last minute. I was able to enjoy my time away knowing Moxie was cared for.”

Sarah N.
“Sarah is one of the most compassionate and easy-to-work-with people I know! She has years of dog training experience and is an even better dog playmate :) She is incredibly active, so your pup will not be without its daily adventure(s), but she is also a master floor snuggler for younger or less active dogs. My dogs are often wary of people, or just aloof to love offered to them, but they LOVE Sarah and begin to cry and howl when they see her, something they usually only do for me (not even for the rest of our family). I feel like dogs are some of the most trustworthy beings when it comes to judging a person's character and I wholeheartedly trust Sarah, based on my girls' glowing reviews of the time they've spent with her.”

Courtney L.
“Courtney took care of my mini labradoodle during several extended trips I took over the last 3 years. She did a FABULOUS job, and my dog loves her. She took her camping, taught her to swim and paddleboard, hiked with her, and gave lots of cuddles. She was very conscientious of her health and safety. Courtney sent daily photos and updates. I can't recommend her more highly!”

Sophia P.
“Sophia is an incredibly caring and attentive dog sitter. She has watched my dog many times and I have always been pleased with her communication and updates. I always know my dog will be safe and well cared for when Sophia watches her. She is reliable, prompt, caring, and takes the best photos. Always easy to get ahold of.”

Perfect in-home pet sitter! Chelseà cared for our 3 fur babies like they were her own, including our 17 year old kitty who needed medication twice daily, as well as required being fed small meals several times a day. Chelseà made sure our Tripawd Shepherd/Husky got walks each day…even putting on his booties to protect one of his paws that had a cut on one of the pads. Hummingbirds were fed too. The house was immaculate upon our return. We will definitely ask Chelseà to care for our fur babies and our home again,

Our dogs were super well cared for and seemed very happy with Vanessa! It is so comforting to have them be happy while away from us.

Ellis and family are a caring, kind and attentive family stay for our sweet Labrador.. We’ve had multiple, very good stays with them. Highly recommend!

We have never left our 14 year old blind and becoming deaf blue healer with a stranger. We were desperate and hesitantly we turned to Rover. We found Julia and she just felt right and she was just perfect. She even got the downward dog and the tail twist and she rubbed his head. I would recommend Julia to anyone 🐶❤️

Stephanie and Red watched Ozzie for me while I had to travel out of town. Can't speak more highly of them and the amount of confidence they built over the week. They sent frequent updates and pictures and honestly I think Oz was a bit sad to leave. Will definitely use them in the future!
