About: I've been dog sitting for friends for years, and watch my own pup full time of course. I've taken several dog training classes and done significant research so I am a well-equipped, responsible dog mom. I've been through raising dogs from puppy stage to senior care, so I am confident I can handle all ages and needs. I have many references I can share (I just made this profile so that is why there isn't much to see yet on my account!). I work full-time in Salida, so I am gone for most of the workday. However, I take breaks to go check on my dog and let him out/ take him for walks during the day so your pup would be checked on regularly. After work and on the weekends, we like to go for adventures or at least on a special walk. I am comfortable with dogs on or off-leash for walks, if the dog is voice command trained of course. However long they need is fine with me, my own dog needs a lot of exercise but if yours don't, we will adjust! In my home, it is me and my boyfriend, no kids. We do have one dog who is almost 2 years old and about 70 pounds of happy energy. If your dog does not like other dogs, we will not be a good fit. The dogs will stay separately when I am not home with them just for 100% safety for them both. My dog is crate trained and happy to be there. I will ask for very clear instructions on all details of your pup to ensure they get exactly what they need! I am happy to send photos and videos, I know I always like to get them.

About: I have been a petsitter for almost 20 yrs and will care for your furbabies as if they were my own. I have great references. I am currently working part time so I have plenty of petsitting availability. I can also walk your dogs and am happy to take care of senior pets. I do in-home visits up to 3 times a day. I don't do overnights currently. I am a former vet tech and am comfortable administering medications

Robert & Terra H.
“Rob and his wife are fantastic pet sitters! We've used them for walks as well as sitting for our week long vacations. We have an older cat and a 4 year old mix pup. They are very kind and caring and we trust our fur babes to them and we highly recommend for your pet sitting needs!”

Paige F.
About: I have owned every type of pet you could imagine! I enjoy going on adventures and being able to take the furry animals with me but I also enjoy chilling at home and cuddling with them too. I have a well behaved border collie myself, who I consider my best friend. I will treat your fur baby like it's my own, with the most amount of love and attention possible! I currently work at the hospital during the mornings and get breaks frequently. On the weekends I typically like to go hike, bike or run and I'm happy to bring the animal with me if they are able! I am happy to make sure that the fur babies schedule/routine stays consistent! I prefer watching at their own home so they feel more comfortable as well!

Makayla T.

“Makayla was easy to communicate and work with, and did a great job checking on, feeding, and playing with our kittens on a short drop-in visit, snapping a few beautiful photos in the process. We will definitely ask her to help us again.”

Shawna D.

“Second time using Shawna, and my dogs were well taken care of again! I appreciate the photos and updates letting me know my dogs are doing ok! Highly recommend!!”

“I’ve known Susie for 20+ years and known many of her dogs. I can attest to the level of care she provides for her animals. She is also one of the kindest, most generous, and sweetest people I have ever had the pleasure to meet.”

About: I’ve cared for dogs my whole life, always have had one in the family home. They love me, I think it’s the hair. Skilled at embracing the good boy/girl. I currently am waiting to start work at monarch mountain this season, so I’m available all of November and will be available all day in the earlier weekdays once the season starts, and later at night on other days. My pup lived in my school bus with me, but she is a thin haired pitlab and cannot handle the cold, she is in Illinois right now with an old coworker. While I do have her, she gets total bed and couch coverage and she did not require a leash so she had the entire front yard and backyard of where I was staying. We would go on hikes, car rides, and she would even come to work with me everyday. While caring for your pet, I would love to take them for a walk, have a play in the yard, or maybe relax with some scratches. Whatever your pups needs are, I’m here to meet!

About: I grew up with pets my whole life. I’ve had cats, dogs, chinchillas, hamsters, lizards, turtles, horses and goats. I was also a vet tech for over 3 years before taking a career change and pursuing healthcare for humans. I wake up every morning at 530 to take care of my 3 Pygmy goats and 2 dogs. We have a blue heeler and a lab-Pyrenees mix puppy. Then I tend to the fuzzy cat before heading off to work to help people. As soon as I get home I start the care all over again. I feel that pets are a part of the family and should be included in all activities in the home. At bed time the pets have their own beds to sleep in or they are welcome to cuddle up at the foot of the owners bed.

Michelle W.
“My animals LOVE Michelle more than they love me! My dog, Greta gets so excited when she sees her pull up! That says it all! ❤️ She pays attention to detail and truly loves your pet like her own. My favorite things she does when staying at our house, she sends pics of the dog walk and adventures they go on. It makes my day! 10/10 recommend!!! 😁”

Ashley L.
“Ashley is very reliable with our little pooch :) I could not be more grateful for her. She takes Monty out everyday and to the dog park whenever she has the free time to do so. She cares very much and also keeps in mind any training you are working on with your dog while taking them out. Monty loves her walks with Ashley and your dog surly will as well :-)”

Rebecca H.

“Our girls think that Becca should be given 10/10 stars on her review! :) In all seriousness even with the best sitters our girls are normally VERY stressed out when we get home, not because the quality of the sitter, but because they are just not use to being without at least one of home at all times. This time when we got home our girls were CALM, HAPPY and acting like we'd never even left. You could tell in all of the photos and videos that Becca sent that they just LOVED her and they were showing off their individual personalities to her like they'd known her forever. Being silly, playful and loving in ways they just usually aren't with strangers. You can TRULY tell that Becca has the love, intuition and spirit that animals find comforting and safe. We are BEYOND happy with the care she provided, her level of communication and updates and how normal and calm everything and everyone was when we got back home. THANKS BECCA! You made our trip to see our daughter at University SO relaxing! <3 <3”

Emily P.
“Emily has been watching my pup Lucy for over 2 years now. Lucy adores Emily and her sweet pup Indy. She has taken Lucy hiking, camping and around town with her. Emily is a sweet, generous and has a very kind heart. She loves animals and is one of the few people I trust with my dog.”

Emma C.
About: I can care for any size pet! I personally have 2 cats and 4 dogs. I always find the time to care for furry friends! I currently am enrolled in online college classes, which doesn’t take up much of my time so I’ll have plenty time to car for your pet! I have a fenced in back yard and has plenty of room to play! I have 2 small long haired dachshunds and a standard poodle and a golden retriever! They are always up to play with new friends! I am able to care for your pet in your house as well. I find that keeping animals in their own home won’t stress them out as much and keep them comfy!

Shealee C.
“Shealee watched our dog for a long weekend and took such great care of her! She was an excellent communicator and left our home nice and clean. Our pup requires some extra care with pills and eye drops and Shealee handled that no problem! We came home to a very happy pup and would happily have Shealee back to take care of our dog in the future!”
