Compassionate, active,animal lover!
My family and I ran a nature preserve and organic farm for 15 years. We have cared for a myriad of animals and are experienced pet owners. Housesitting, pet sitting, dog walking have been part of our lives for years! We recently moved back to Salida and we miss caring for animals. I work from home and have a really flexible schedule. I am very active and love an excuse for an extra walk or run! We have hired pet sitters before and I would love to reciprocate the loving attention our animals have received. I'm happy to give individualized care to each pet! They're all so different and have varied personalities and needs. I'm happy to adapt to what each family and situation requires. We have trails and huge fields for running, playing ball, right outside our home and an amazing dog park just down the block!

I have a fenced yard and a secure home. My house is pet safe and accessible. We have abundant outdoor space…dog park, walking and hiking trails nearby.

Shawna and her daughter are great! They cared for Bandit while we were out of town and really put me at ease since this was our first time leaving him. Bandit had a great time with them and he was so well cared for that he was barely excited when we got home 😂
