About: I bring a mix of experience, availability, and genuine love for dogs that helps pets feel at home right away. I work part of the work week from home, which means I’m around often to give dogs attention, supervision, and companionship throughout the day. I also have friendly resident dogs who love having new playmates, so visiting pups get built‑in social time in a safe, positive environment. In addition to caring for my own dogs, I’ve fostered for the humane society, which has given me hands‑on experience with dogs of all personalities, backgrounds, and needs. I’m patient, attentive, and comfortable helping dogs settle in, whether they’re confident, shy, or somewhere in between. Overall, I treat every dog like part of the family, and I work hard to make sure their stay is fun, safe, and stress‑free. Pet care fits really naturally into my week. I work as an IT technician, part of my work is from home and part of it is in the field. I’m around a lot during the day for walks, playtime, and just hanging out with the dogs. When I’m home, they get plenty of attention and company. On the days I’m out in the field, I plan my schedule so dogs still get their normal routine and aren’t left waiting too long. I’m used to juggling a flexible work schedule, so making time for pets is something I do without even thinking about it. Dogs are already part of my everyday life, and caring for them just fits right in. At my home, I try to make things feel as relaxed and comfortable as possible. Dogs get plenty of attention, playtime with my own pups, and a safe space to settle in. I keep a pretty steady routine—walks, potty breaks, feeding times—so they know what to expect. I’m around a lot on the days I work from home, so they’re not left alone for long stretches. When I’m caring for pets in a client’s home, I do my best to stick to whatever routine their dog is already used to. I follow feeding instructions, walk schedules, and any house rules they have. I make sure the dog gets attention, exercise, and company, but I also respect the client’s space and keep everything clean and tidy. My goal is always to keep pets comfortable and stress‑free, whether they’re with me or I’m visiting them.

About: First off, i want to say that please give me several hours to respond to your requests.. due to the nature of living in the mountains and me sometimes having to drive, it often takes me a while to respond. There are times where the messages do not forward to my personal phone number until I’m back home on my personal Wi-Fi. I usually try to respond to all request within a few hours. I have over 25 years experience with all kinds of pets. We’ve been on Rover since the beginning of the app. I mean ALL KINDS! I have had iguanas to tarantulas and everything in between. We have no pets in the home and I usually only take one pet off of Rover at a time ...unless they are together. I have an 15 year old, animal lover daughter who loves to play and walk our Rover dogs with me..So, it like two professional dogs sitters for the price of one. We miss having a dog in our life and want to pamper yours. She also likes to take naps with them on the couch Our house is controlled by the pets. I work from home, in education, and am available for very flexible hours starting after my first morning meeting (8a.m). I can sometimes do earlier drop off times by request. Even when the weather is nasty, (like it often is in the mountains) we are in and out all day...I have many satisfied clients and many locals we work with year round. We have a fully fenced in yard and house but I never allow dogs in the yard without me accompanying them. I can try to do meet and greets for reservations requiring their pets to be here several nights or more. I can no longer fit in meet and greets for doggie daycare. It gets too hectic during season and I often have other pets we are watching during those times. It cuts into the time that others have paid for me to be with their pets. If you message me, it may take me a little while to get it from the app as a text and respond. My work schedule during the day (as well as the lousy phone service we have been having during season), delays things an hour or two at times. The messages get sent to my phone as a text from the app but it is not always instant. I respond back as soon as i can! Usually last minute request work fine with me as I am always home. I am always willing to negotiate price for reservations that are longer term for for multiple pets. I Work from home Monday through Friday and every other Saturday so I am always here with the pets staying with us I am available for drop offs anytime after 8:30 am on those days Weekends are more open with scheduling We walk throughout the work day as weather permits and on weekends can take dogs on more extensive walks if their health allows it. For those looking to just relax on the couch, we get that too!

About: Hey! I'm Tyler and I would love to help take care of your dog or cat 🙂 I've been wanting a dog for a while as I've had dogs most of my life, but unable to at the moment, so I'm using Rover to still get some quality dog time in and make a little extra cash. Over the last two years I've also been helping train and take care of my mom's dog when needed. She's a little aussie and full of energy, so I'm used to dogs that may be a little hyper. I love all animals, so whether you have a dog or cat I will gladly lend a helping hand to brighten up their days 🙂 I'm mostly self employed and work remotely so my schedule is very flexible and I'm often available on short notice. About: Hi! My mom and I have recently moved from North Carolina to lovely Buena Vista. I absolutely love the outdoors and love dogs and cats so I wanted to try and hop on rover and help out anyone that may need some care for their furry friends. I’ll be in Buena Vista frequently over the next few months! I am living in Buena Vista for the remainder of December, January and through early February as well as returning for late April and May! I will be juggling a few part time positions but I am very flexible so please reach out! About: I’ve taken care of all kinds of dogs for over 20 years. Neighbors and friends have trusted in me to care for their furry friends time and time again. I’m currently working part time cleaning vacation rentals and have a very flexible schedule. About: I’ve been lucky to be able to be around animals of all kinds big and small and also be able to call it part of my job. From dogs and cats to horses, donkeys, llamas, chickens, goats, etc I’ve had experience with them all. Administering medications, walks, food, water, potty breaks, exercise, companionship whatever your pets needs are I provide it. Along with waste removal and nail trims too. This is my full time job while I also help my husband run a tile and handyman business. I’m available for overnights boarding in my home, daycare, visits in your home, or daily walks or check ins. About: I'm available for dog walks and drop in visits in and near BV! I have a 65lb border collie/lab mix and we love to have other friendly dogs join us on our walks. I am also available for boarding, but it must be a good fit with a meet and greet first. I make sure to get my dog out for walks a few times per day and will do the same for yours! Sometimes I have to leave them at home for a couple hours so if they are unable to be left alone for a couple hours it won’t be a good fit. I have a fenced yard and I am available to take your dogs on walks during the day. If they can’t be left alone for a couple hours it won’t be a good fit.
