About: Hi! My name is Audrey, and I’ve had a lifelong love for animals. I’ve grown up around both cats and dogs, and caring for them has always been second nature to me. In middle school, I started my own dog walking and pet sitting business for neighbors, raising over $1,000 through reliable care and hard work. Since then, I’ve continued to gain experience by volunteering at the Spartanburg Humane Society and currently at Wild Hearts Equine Therapy, where I help care for horses used in therapeutic sessions. I’m currently a psychology student at Tri-County Technical College, and I take pride in being responsible, compassionate, and attentive - especially when it comes to animals. You can trust that I’ll care for your pets as if they were my own! I will be out of school for the summer so my schedule will be pretty much free and I’m super flexible to help fit your schedule. In your home, I’ll follow your pet’s routine as closely as possible to keep them comfortable and stress-free. That includes feeding, walking, playtime, litter box or potty breaks, and any other care instructions you provide. I’ll make sure they get plenty of attention, love, and supervision while you’re away. I’ll also keep you updated with messages and photos, so you can relax knowing your pet is in good hands. I always treat every home with respect - clean, quiet, and dependable.

“Tara did a awesome job with me pup. She kept me updated with pictures every day. She also cleaned up after herself and kept the house in order. I would highly recommend.”

“Grey was fantastic with my older dog, Luna. I came home to a happy, relaxed dog. He was incredibly communicative and sent me wonderful updates and pictures throughout my trip. I will definitely rebook with him!!”

“Martin was wonderful! We arrived home to very happy dogs! He kept in touch throughout the day and sent pics and updates. Thank you so much! Highly recommend!”

About: I have a big yard that I can use to play and walk with dogs. I am responsive and very loving towards animals. I have a very open schedule with being a first time mom of a 6 month old! While I do have a sweet baby girl, I also have a bunch of time outside of that. I can easily drive to your house and check in or do walks with your dogs. I would absolutely love to be able and help you with your animals! Me and my baby love to get out so this will be an exciting experience for us! Thank you! I want to provide as much trust and safety for your sweet pet. I want them to get the best care possible, I will provide as much care as they need.

About: Welcome to my profile! I am an experienced and trusted sitter for all your critters. From cats and dogs to horses, goats and cattle I am committed to optimal care for all walks of life. They deserve the best! Communication is my top priority so you’ll never be left dark. I know how hard it is to leave the fur babies. :) I am new to the area and am looking for new opportunities. So I am free as a bird atm. Otherwise you can find me backpacking. I am pet free myself and would stay in your home for the duration of the the stay. I am happy to care for plants too.

About: I've fostered dogs of various breeds and sizes, providing them with a safe, loving environment and daily care. My personal experience as a dog owner, along with my fostering background, has equipped me to handle everything from playful puppies to senior dogs. As a college student with a flexible class schedule and a part-time job just three days a week, I have plenty of time and energy to dedicate to pet care. Whether it's daily walks, drop-in visits, or overnight stays, I’m able to fit pet care into my routine with ease. Caring for animals is something I genuinely enjoy, so it never feels like a chore; it’s a highlight of my day! When caring for pets in your home, I prioritize their comfort by sticking closely to their usual routines such as feeding, playtime, and any specific instructions you provide. I’m respectful of your space and always aim to leave your home just as I found it. On walks, I keep safety first by using secure leashes, avoiding hazards, and paying close attention to your pet’s behavior and surroundings. I always treat each pet as if they were my own, with patience, love, and lots of care, so you can feel confident they’re in good hands.

About: I got my dog when I was 13 and she was the best thing that happened to me. She was the most loving and caring dog I ever met but lost her to a serious illness and I just love to give out my heart to animals and would love to spend some time with your animals. I am a stay at home mom and the moment. Son is five and in kindergarten and he loves animals just as much as I do but because I’m not completely over losing my dog I haven’t been able to get him a dog for himself. I’m home and have a dog park right now the road from me so keeping dogs a breeze. I always have an eye on the animals. Never feed food other then the kind given. Nothing in the rooms that they would stay in that could hurt them.

“I am so grateful for Jessica. She was great with the dogs and did exactly what we asked of her!! We were traveling out of state for our daughter's wedding and we had confirmed a dog sitter weeks in advance for the big day. The original dog sitter never showed for the meet and greet two days before the wedding so we had to scramble. Luckily Jessica was available last minute and even came early so she could meet us and the dogs! If we ever need help in SC again, I would absolutely reach out to Jessica!”

About: Hey there!! I've been around pets my whole life and absolutely LOVE them. We had a dog (dachshund) growing up as well as other animals like Rabbits and Guinea Pigs! I've had cats and dogs throughout my life as well. My bestie dog was named Sadie (corgi/husky mix) who was 17 when I had to let her go to the rainbow bridge March 2021...it was the hardest thing I've ever had to do 💔 I had her since she was about 1 yr old. She had a pacemaker put in about 2 yrs prior to passing and had a great life but I miss her like crazy. I've been Petsitting a long time but over the passed couple of years it's really helped heal my heart and has truly been a blessing. Most of my clients are from word of mouth over the years but I have this to help others get in touch with me if they need some help! I live in Lake Toxaway but I have jobs anywhere from Highlands, Trillium, Cullowhee, Cashiers, Sapphire, Lake Toxaway to Brevard. I mostly stay at my client's homes but I do bring some dogs to my house if it ends up being a better option. I've done puppy care and senior care as well so that doesn't phase me. I also can do medication or treatments needed. If I'm booked up for in home pet care then I can do drop ins 2x a day for cats 🐱 I can possibly offer that for dogs too but they usually need it 3x a day. So that would all depend on my availability. I work part time caretaking properties/cleaning, and childcare so I'm mostly home! When I do need to leave I'm not gone more then 3-6 hrs, depending on the job. I can travel further if I can move jobs around in my area. I'm very flexible and try to make things work if I can! I currently don’t have a fenced in yard but I will walk around my neighborhood and have a decent sized backyard. I treat your babies like they're my own so they get lots of lovin. Sometimes we go to the State Park too! If they like car rides I'll take them to check my mail or little errands.

“Caroline did a wonderful job, pups looked very happy with video updates that were sent. Received plenty of updates. She even gave the house a sweep from all the dog fur. Could not recommend anyone else but Caroline. Thank you for looking after our pups!!!”

“Hannah is a great sitter for our cats. She keeps us up to date when we are out of town and sends lots of pictures. She is our go-to sitter!”

“Dixie was wonderful! We were able to rest easy while travelling, knowing that our dog was in such good hands. If you're looking for a sitter in the area, your search is now over because you have found the best!”

About: My first job was dog sitting when I was 13. I’ve had a dog(s) my entire life. I worked as a dog trainer and master groomer for over 20 years but have since retired from both. Now I have the pleasure of serving the animal community as an adoption counselor matching lost/lonely pets with their new “fur”ever families. It’s my absolute joy to love on every dog I have the pleasure of sitting with. I am currently working only three days a week part time and am hoping to be able to end that job and do Rover full time. When in my home, I live in a small neighborhood in a home with a large fenced in yard. I have an 11 year old dog named Tallulah who is friendly to all dogs. While at my home, we can take walks in the neighborhood and at the local wooded park. I’ve described a typical doggy day of possible activities below.
