About: I have one dog, she's an 8 year old pit bull named Cali, the sweetest girl! Former veterinary tech for 5 years and have been watching family and friends pets ever since. I work from home, which offers flexibility to provide exceptional care for your pet! Pet Care is my top priority, I have no children and am unmarried. I have a fenced in yard, carpet throughout my home, extra bedroom and dogs are allowed on furniture. I'm flexible to you and your loved ones needs!

About: Ever since i was a little kid i’ve been around all sorts of animals. Growing up i had multiple cats, dogs, reptiles, and other animals. i have always had a passion for caring for animals, and i have 4 years of experience working at a doggy daycare/boarding facility and dog sitting! i am very well versed in animal behavior and body language, and i am also very experienced in medication administration, including shots, as i have a three year old diabetic kitty who receives shots twice a day! i can guarantee your fur baby will be treated just like family with me :) I am a part time college student currently, so I can be super flexible with scheduling! During the summer I am generally completely open, and during the school year I am still totally open besides some morning classes! I am experienced in working with easy and difficult dogs with compassion and patience. i have studied animal behavior in my free time and enjoy working with animals to reinforce good habits and behavior, doing lots of exercise and enrichment time, and of course a lot of cuddles and love!

“I wish I could give her higher than 5 stars. At our first meeting to see if her and my Archer would get along and be friends she was wonderful. She asked questions from me to get an understanding of his care but more importantly she was letting Archer interact with her. I was a bit nervous because he’s still a baby and teething and I was worried about his biting. She was very professional about it. The other main reason why I wanted Kayla to look after him is she is a Vet Tech and I knew if there was any kind of an emergency she would be calm and know exactly what to do. She gave us wonderful picture updates of him playing and snuggling with her and I was so happy he was being a good boy. Kayla is absolutely amazing and I can say with 100% confidence that I will be using her again. About: I grew up surrounded by animals of different species, breeds, and temperaments! I love learning the personalities and quirks from our furry, scaled, and feathered friends! I also had the privilege of attending and graduating from an accredited Veterinary Technician program and am licensed as an RVT. About: I’m an active, outdoorsy animal lover with years of firsthand experience caring for dogs, including six years with two large dogs of my own. I’ve also lived with and helped care for my parents’ dogs and, more recently, two large dogs in a previous household. For drop-in visits and dog walks, my profile lists availability for up to two visits per day. On weekends, I can often accommodate more than two visits or walks per day. On weekdays, visits and walks are available after work, with evening appointments beginning by 6:00 PM. My weekends are especially flexible, giving me more availability for walks, drop-ins, and overnight stays without the weekday workday constraints. I’m also happy to consider last-minute bookings when my schedule allows. I’ll follow your pet’s normal routine and your instructions closely so they feel comfortable and secure while you’re away. I enjoy spending time with pets and making sure their needs are fully met, whether that means walks, meals, playtime, crate time, or letting your dog out in the yard as needed. I’ll spend time outside with them rather than simply opening the door and leaving them alone. If your pet is allowed on furniture or sleeps in a certain spot, I’m happy to follow the same household rules you use. My goal is to keep things familiar, safe, and low-stress while giving your pet plenty of attention and companionship. In addition to following your pet’s routine and safety instructions closely, I carry independent pet-care liability insurance and bonding for added peace of mind.
About: Growing up, I took care of almost all of my four pets' (two dogs, two cats) needs until I recently moved for college! I also cared for horses for the past two years! I have experience with puppies and senior dogs, through several years of paid dog-sitting and cat-sitting experience. About: I’ve had and taken care of many pets since i was about 14. I love animals and have a passion for them which is why I do it. I recently got a high energy boy dog so he is with me for boarding/walks but LOVES to play with other animals and is the sweetest boy. I can always drop in/take your baby on walk without him if needed. I have a boyfriend who lives with me so is at my home for boarding (he’s also a huge animal lover) but won’t be with me on walks, sitting, etc. I have a house with a large fenced in backyard for potty breaks! I hope you choose me to take care of your fur baby while you’re away! I take my dog on walks and play with him/throw the ball for him MULTIPLE times a day because he’s incredibly energetic. We’re always outside on some sort on adventure. I ensure that I have an eye on the animal at all times especially when outside. About: I have been around pets my whole life! I have taken care of each and every pet I’ve had. I have always had either a dog or cat in my house. And each of my family members have had pets that I have been around as well. I also use to volunteer at a wildlife rehabilitation center, where I cared for injured animals. I have my own mini farm, where I have pigs, goats, chickens, ducks and turkeys! So if you need any of those types of animals cared for I can do that too! I have a very flexible schedule so I basically have the whole day to come take care of any pets! I have plenty of time to come and hang out with your furry family! I have four loving dogs that get outside all day long because I have so much time during the day and a very large fenced in backyard. We go on walks all the time! We can have a pet play date if your pet likes other dogs. If you need your pet needs to crated, I can do that. If they need soothing music put on, I can do that too!

Meet & Greets can take place in person or virtually. If you are booking with a sitter for the first time, we recommend in-person Meet & Greets to get a clearer sense of how your sitter interacts with your pet or the new environment.
During the Meet & Greet, you will have a chance to walk through your pet's routine, medical needs, and unique quirks. Take the time to ask your sitter questions about their skills and expertise, and make sure the fit feels right for everyone. sitters on Rover set their own cancellation policy, which you can find on their profile under their contact information. Sitters may set a same-day, one-, three-, or seven-day cancellation policy. Cancelling within your sitter’s cancellation policy qualifies you for a full refund.
Same-day cancellations for recurring services, which include walks, drop-ins, and day care, follow the full refund policy. Otherwise, for pet boarding and house sitting, if you cancel after 12 pm on the applicable cancellation deadline, you’ll receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for any remaining days.
If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means you will get a full refund and our support team will work with you to find a replacement sitter.
