“Ellie stayed to care of our pup when we had to travel out of town for a couple of days. She reached our place on time, and gave us regular updates about our pup and shared pictures. It was our first time leaving our pup overnight with a dog sitter and Ellie did an excellent job taking care of our pup. We highly recommend her as she is very good with dogs and dependable.”

About: My current crew: a sweet dog, two cats, and a 22-year-old ball python I’ve had since grade school. I’m experienced with traditional pets, rodents*, and reptiles*, and I provide gentle, attentive care for animals of all kinds. As a full-time remote worker, I’m home throughout the day and can offer a consistent, calm presence. Whether your pet is energetic, elderly, or a little shy, I’m happy to follow their routines and give them lots of love. I’m also comfortable with medications, special diets, and senior pet needs. I treat every home with respect, and every animal like family. ⸻ 🐶 Dogs * Hosting female dogs tends to be the best fit for our home and routines in this season, so for now, I’m only accepting female pups. Thanks for your understanding—I’m excited to meet your girl! I have an old-time Scotch Collie, age four. She’s a well-trained, responsive, dog-friendly pup—if your dog enjoys playtime, mine will be thrilled. If your dog is older or more reserved, I have an open-concept/split level house that I gate off to provide different spaces for dogs to decompress or have their own, dedicated area while still being a part of the family. I live just off a bike path and walk or run daily with my collie. I’m happy to meet whatever cadence of walks your dog prefers. I also have a fenced off area where I offer potty breaks or I will walk them around our 1 acre property. Your dog won’t scare my cats—in fact, they may become friends. My two long-haired cats are incredibly mellow. In past dog-sitting experiences, they’ve remained totally unbothered by barking, sniffing, or attention-seeking dogs. They’re actually so mellow and I don’t know why, they’re just weird. When a new animal arrives, they’ll investigate, decide whether it’s worth their attention, and then go take a nap. ⸻ 🐱 Cats If I’m sitting for your cat, I will provide a private room in the house, complete with their own litter box and space to climb, lounge, and settle in. I don’t believe in forcing intermingling with my resident pets—I want your cat to feel safe and relaxed. I will check in regularly for play, attention, and cuddles on their terms. —Unique Family Members— 🐭 Rodents I’ve had six pet rats in my life and think they’re some of the most wonderful animals—smart, affectionate, and full of personality (I even broke a toe playing tag with one when I was little!) I’m happy to care for any small critter and always consider them part of the family. I also have experience with hamsters, gerbils, and guinea pigs. ⸻ 🦎 Reptiles Although I only have Rex right now (my 22-year-old ball python), I’ve also cared for a variety of lizards and feeder animals. From bearded dragons to leopard and crested geckos, I’m familiar with preparing collard green salads, dusting crickets, maintaining humidity and temperature, and ensuring overall habitat health. I’ve even ordered crickets in bulk—so I know they require care too! While Rex is currently fed frozen rodents, I’m also comfortable managing live prey animals if your reptile/s require them. As a full-time remote worker, I’m home throughout the day and can easily build pet care into my routine. I take regular breaks to go for walks, give attention, or check in on animals staying with us. My mornings and evenings are flexible, so I can match your pet’s normal schedule—whether that’s medication timing, playtime, or feeding routines. Animals are a natural part of our daily rhythm here, and I love incorporating their care into my day. Your pet’s safety and comfort are my top priorities. In my home, animals are never left unsupervised with each other until we know everyone is comfortable. New pets are introduced slowly and calmly, with plenty of space to decompress. Sometimes personalities don’t click, in which case we easily keep them apart so that everyone is happy. I follow your pet’s routines as closely as possible—whether that’s feeding times, medication, or exercise—and I’m always happy to check in with updates. If I’m caring for your pet in your home, I’ll treat your space with respect and follow any specific instructions you leave. I’ll keep your pet’s world feeling familiar and low-stress until you’re home again.

About: Come one, come all, your pet’s second-best friend is on call! 🐕🐈🐈⬛ Whether small and furry or tall and scruffy, scaly or cuddly, I’m ready to care for pets of every shape and size; and give them all the love they deserve! I’ve house-sat for a wide variety of animals, from classic companions like cats and dogs to more exotic friends like bearded dragons. Need someone detail-oriented? I’ve cared for pets with specific medication schedules, strict diets, and set mealtimes, so I’m more than prepared to follow special routines with care and consistency. From playful puppies who get into everything, to sweet senior dogs who need a helping hand, I’m here for the cleanups, the cuddles, and everything in between! I’m working full-time throughout the summer, but my schedule includes a flexible lunch hour—so I’m happy to check in on your pet if extra care is needed! Your pet’s safety and comfort come first! I treat every animal like my own: gently, patiently, and with total attention to their unique needs and personalities.

About: I have had dogs my entire life. I have two of my very own, Stormy a petite bernedoodle and Stella our cockapoo who will be around during visits. We love to walk outside and can easily do solo walks or accompanied walks with your pet. Please let me know any specific details about your pet as we are happy to accommodate. I have a pretty flexible schedule, am usually home every day and can make sure I am home the days I have your pup! I never leave my own dogs alone for more than a couple of hours. Communicate with me your needs and I will be happy to help! We have two of our own small doodles. We love to go out for walks, play, and snuggle on the couch. Let me know anything specific you would like for your pet!

About: I’ve had dogs my entire life! I got my first dog - a golden retriever - on my golden birthday when I turned 3, and have owned a dog every year since. I truly believe they’re like family! I work from home and go on walks often throughout the day! We’re a huge dog family so it would be a treat to be able to walk with some dogs as well! My daughter also LOVES dogs. I really ensure that I’m thoroughly reading the care instructions. I know that every dog is different, and for safety (and their own comfort) it’s best to stay strict to the instructions.

“Gabby watched Winston (in-house) while my family was away for spring break. Winston is a high drive vizsla and can be quite a shock to people that aren't use to their relentlessness and lack of recognition of personal space. After meeting Gabby we knew Winston would be in good hands though. Gabby sent us updates (including pictures) and was quick to respond when we check-in. If you need someone to watch your pup, we definitely recommend Gabby!”

About: Hi! I’m a lifelong dog lover with years of hands-on experience caring for pups of all sizes and personalities. Dogs have been a part of my life since childhood, and I’ve always found joy and comfort in their company. In high school, I worked at a boutique dog resort and spa called Woofington, where I cared for dogs daily, from feeding and walking to giving them a little pampering. Most recently, I spent three years living abroad in Sweden, where I continued to walk and care for dogs for friends and local families. Whether it’s an energetic puppy who needs a good run or a senior dog who just wants some company and a gentle stroll, I’m here to make sure your pet feels loved, safe, and happy while you’re away. I know how important it is to trust someone with your pet, and I’ll treat your dog like one of my own—with lots of love, attention, and care. Let’s chat about how I can help you and your furry friend! I’m currently in between jobs after my recent return from living abroad! I’m very flexible in the immediate future to help however you may need! Being around dogs my whole life I’m very comfortable with dogs and reading their body language to determine their comfort levels. I’m only interested in coming into my clients’ homes to care for their pets to ensure they’re most comfortable!

“You’d be lucky to have her care for your dog. She is the best if your dog needs exercise not just a walk to “walk”. I’ve had her take care of my Lulu many many times and she is always so excited to see her wagging her tail and talking up a storm. She is so loving and very careful to give the best care and not over feed either. I recommend her 100%. My dog cannot bark enough about her.
