“Tanya was awesome! She came to meet us before our scheduled drop in to make sure it was a good fit and she had all the details to take care of our dog. The visits were great- lots of photos and Stevie was very happy when I came home. I will definitely book her again next time we need a drop in.”

About: I’ve cared for pets since age 7. Experienced with seniors, puppies, and shy pets. I’m patient, reliable, and treat every animal like family. I pay close attention to each pet’s needs and make sure they feel safe, loved, and happy. Pet care is a natural part of my daily routine. I currently have 2 pets of my own, so I understand how to meet their needs with love and consistency. I’m flexible on weekdays and weekends and happy to adjust my schedule to fit your pet’s routine. I create a calm, pet-friendly environment where animals feel safe and at ease. Whether in my home or yours, I follow all routines, respect boundaries, and keep a close eye on safety—like secure leashes, gates, and feeding instructions. I treat every home and pet with care, trust, and respect. I understand that your pet may need time to adjust to a new environment and/or person, but I am patient and willing to make accommodations according to the pet's needs.

About: A former teacher and current husky owner providing loving, reliable care. Detail-oriented, active, and passionate about treating your pet like family—with structure, exercise, and affection. Pet care fits around my full-time job—I’m available after work on weekdays and fully open on weekends to give your pet the care they deserve. I take my husky on daily walks and make sure she gets plenty of outdoor time—whether we’re playing games, exploring, or just chillin in the fresh air. I’d love to provide the same service for you too.

“Emmerson did a great job with my big Belgian Malinois puppy who can be a lot to handle! He was very tidy and consistently sent updates and was always available to talk to.”

“Emily was so great for our kitties during our recent absence! One of our kitties had been sick and was still receiving oral medication, so I was very nervous about leaving her behind. Emily put my mind completely at ease. She is responsible, communicative, and very caring. We felt so lucky to have found her and will absolutely reach out for drop-in visits again.”

About: I'm a theatre teacher and dog lover and with school out for the summer, I have some extra time and energy to spend it keeping your furry family member happy, safe, and loved while you're away! As an educator, I bring patience, attentiveness, and a strong sense of responsibility to pet care. Whether it’s energetic walks, relaxing cuddle time, or sticking to special routines, I tailor each visit to your pet’s unique personality and needs. You can count on me for: 🎭 Daily walks, playtime, and enrichment 🐾 Drop-ins, house sitting, or overnight care 🦴 Feeding, meds, and updates with adorable photos 🏠 Respectful, tidy care of your home during visits I co-parent a sweet rescue Pitanese named Atlas, but he will not be present in my home when your dog(s) come to stay. I will only care for one dog family in my home at a time (up to 2 dogs.) As a devoted dog parent, I know how important it is to trust someone with your family member(s), and I’d be honored to provide a reliable, loving presence while you’re away. Let’s connect—I can’t wait to meet your furry family! I will be off from my teaching job throughout much of the summer, so will have a very flexible schedule to spend with your pet(s)! I live in the bottom unit of a duplex home and have full access to a fully fenced in yard. My upstairs neighbor has a dog, but doesn't use the yard with his dog and exits through a separate entrance. I'm a gardener, so your dog will always be supervised while playing in the yard. We live near trails and a park, so there is plenty of opportunity for enrichment on walks as well. I allow my dog on the sofa, but if this is not a habit you want your dog to pick up, I will follow those instructions. I have past experience giving oral medication, caring for senior dogs, puppies, and dogs in recovery from an injury.

“Tonia was great! She let us know when she arrived for the drop-in visit, what happened during the visit and when she completed the visit. Very reassuring! We will definitely use Tonia again.”

“Thank you so much Ned for your service in taking care of LucyLulu and London on Election day so I could be an Election Judge for 15 hours and not have to worry about the dogs with you coming three times. I appreciate your report stating they were both good. Take care and thanks again. Tip processed.”

“Ari and Nihita did a great job with my boys! They communicated well, helped me update my booking when plans changed, and were easy to reach the entire time I was gone. I received lots of cute photos of both of cats and felt less stressed knowing they were taken care of. I would recommend them to others!”

“Shawntil always does a wonderful job with our girls. She has been letting them out for daily walks for a while and we just love having her help. It is so appreciated to have someone who is a good communicator and very reliable to take care of them so often. They really enjoy her visits! Thank you so much for the amazing care you have for them ❤️”

About: I have experience with all kinds of dogs and cats. I understand sometimes cats take a bit to get used to a new person. I don’t rush them and want them to feel safe and that they can come out even when I’m there. I want all animals to feel like they have the same care as when their owner is home. Whether it’s a Shih Tzu to a mastiff. I feel like any dog deserves the same love and care needed. My dad has an elder dog that needs help on and off the couch and medications daily. I understand dogs are loving animals that get excited when they see people and playing doesn’t mean aggression. I love to see all their personalities come through. Pet care is daily for me. My cat loves to cuddle and play (when she wants to haha). I love being able to help others with their animals. I want animals to feel safe and loved. I have experience staying at my nanny’s house and taking care of their dog, even giving it medications. I want the animal to feel like you were never gone and just had a fun time. The animal being able to feel safe is number one. I want the family and animal to know I will help keep the place clean, play with the animal if they choose, send photos if they want, and what ever else they need.

“Angelica was the best! She was so kind, communicative, and flexible while watching my cat Kiki for over 2 weeks!! She provided amazing daily updates and photos, and took excellent care of my baby. Highly recommended booking her if you are looking for an amazing sitter :)”

About: I had a dog, Ace, for 12 years who passed away February 2020. He had a heart condition so I’m comfortable administering meds. He was a bully breed so I can also handle stubborn and slightly aggressive dogs. I give great scratches and cuddles! I am currently not working so I’m free all day. I will be moving in mid January so I won’t be in this area after that. I was a firm but loving dog owner so I will do the same for your pet. I love both dogs and cats and miss caring for one. I will give your pet all the love and care that I gave my dog Ace. I used to crate my dog during the day so I’m comfortable doing that for your pet if needed.

“Great communication and took good care of my girl.”

Abbott T.

“Abby is extremely mature, professional, and committed to doing a great job. She has watched "Dolly" several times, in fact is going to feed and watch her again tonight as we head out for an evening concert that includes a long drive. She is the first person we call as we know she will likely be available and highly dependable. It is also clear that "Dolly" knows Abby well and is genuinely excited when Abby arrives. Her tail starts wagging and the joy is obvious. Abby is willing to take "Dolly" for a walk, exactly follows our feeding instructions, and ensures she is let outside several times to go to the bathroom and keep her comfortable. Abby definitely loves dogs (and cats from what I know). She also has Guinea Pigs which I know that she cares for deeply. Abby is a sharp college student that will be a big success when she graduates. A huge thumbs up here. I highly recommend Abby for a Rover opportunity! Best, Pete”

Xong L.
“Xong is a wonderful and loving dog owner. I was fostering a pup who needed a dedicated, patient, and understanding person, and Xong checked all the boxes! In her care, Luna has thrived and has come such a long way these past several years. I know Xong will be the perfect dog walker or dog sitter as she occasionally watches my pups as well! I highly recommend her for Rover as many will love her and can trust her with their pets.”

Saint Anthony dog parents share their Rover experiences
Reyhan was exceptionally attentive to our dog and we couldn’t be happier with the level of care they provided. They went above and beyond with communication, were highly attentive to detail, and sent so many cute pictures! We felt very confident with Arthur in their hands, and would absolutely recommend them.

Anaiah saved the day. Literally. I was experiencing some issues after a major surgery and the Rover person I had scheduled didn't show up so I was desperate. Anaiah was here in twenty minutes to take them out and then came back a little later to take them for a walk. I'm sooooo impressed!

Daniel was great with my dog Pepper. He did a meet and greet with her prior to my trip to ensure they started out as fast friends. Pepper enjoyed her time with Daniel as easily scene in the many photos he provided. I had no concerns with him dropping in on Pepper my home and I appreciated his short-notice availability and flexibility. I hope to use Daniel again very soon.

Our baby boy boxer looks forward to seeing Carolina everyday. We know it because he sits and waits at the back door for her on the weekends and pouts when she doesn't come. Could not recommend her more highly and so appreciate her and the care and attention she gives to our little guy.

Ximena a did a great job with our two dogs while we were away helping us with drop ins. She was attentive- asking pertinent questions regarding their needs, routines, cares and responsive with any questions we had. She provided updates with each drop in as well as lots of pictures so we knew our pups were thriving and well taken care of in our absence. We have a husky that can be an escape artist and were nervous to use an outside person and her attention to detail made us feel a lot better. We appreciated having her & would use her in the future.

Holly was so great with our dog Laney! Laney is an old lady and Holly was able to get her on walks, eating her food (she doesn't always when we go out of town), and even playing with toys! Holly also helped with Laney's medicine while we were away. So helpful, we will definitely contact Holly again in the future!

My dog Pepper enjoyed the visits Nicholas made to my home while I was away. As a result of my short notice to schedule we didn't have an opportunity for a "meet & greet" before I left. His summaries always included a picture of them having fun together. I felt totally comfortable with Nicholas in my home and taking care of Pepper. I would recommend him to all.

This was our first time hiring an in-home dog sitter through Rover, and Eleanor was perfect! The process of booking was super easy, and she went above and beyond for our senior dog who recently lost her hearing. She sent us lots of photos while we were away, it was so comforting to know our dog could be in her own familiar environment. We highly recommend Eleanor!
