“Thank you, Shawna! We always feel good about leaving Oakley home alone for longer than usual when we know you’re going to spend some time with her and give her love!”

“Lynnette is a lifesaver to me. I urgently needed a sitter for Vika. When we first met, Lynnette looked very calm, kind and loving. It seems she has so much experience with dogs and can do her job easily! She took great care of Vika. I am definitely coming back to Lynnette whenever I need a sitter for my dog!”

“I’m so glad the host of the vacation rental were staying at recommended Rover. We had plans to go out for part of the day and I wasn’t comfortable leaving my 1 and 11 year old dogs unsupervised in a rental home where they’re not totally familiar - and I wanted to be sure the house was kept in order while we were gone. Though it took me some time to understand the workings of the rover app, I did ultimately connect with a lovely and very conscientious dog sitter, Katie R. She provided helpful communication ahead of the visit, was right on time and very friendly. Katie kept us apprised of how our pets were doing, even sent some pictures, so we could also see how well they took to her. Our only regret is that we live too far away to use Katie for our dog sitting needs on a regular basis!”

About: I’ve always been a lover of dogs and had dogs growing up in the family (two beagles). I care deeply about their wellbeing and that they are getting enough exercise and mental stimulation. I currently have a labradoodle Shepard and walk her at least once a day. I love to create new memories that are guaranteed to be fun and exciting for your fur baby :) I’m working part-time for a marketing agency where I have days off and a more flexible schedule. The jobs vary and I always know when I’m working ahead of time so that I can mark availability with ease. I have a fenced backyard with lots of space to run around and play. I live up in the mountain with lots of trees and beautiful, scenic areas for walks. I live on a 9,000 sq ft lot and have a labradoodle Shepard who loves to play with other dogs and can offer lots of playtime with your pet!
“Carly was phenomenal. She was an enormous help to my wife and I when we needed to get out of the house. Both of my dogs, large and small, had a great time with Carly and we will definitely be using her again in future.”

Woohoo there’s nothing more liberating and fulfilling than doing what you love! My care depends on each clients preference. I personally don’t have any strict rules at all, but I will do my best to follow any specific instructions that you give me!

“Kenzie was phenomenal. She was always on time, communicative and very gentle taking care of Josie. Kenzie provided great updates per visit as well as photos each time. Would absolutely book her again and recommend to anyone else in the Lake Arrowhead area.”

About: I have been a pet owner on and off most of my life. I have had all ages of cats and dogs from puppies and kittens to seniors and love them all the same. I currently have 1 puppy and a 1 yr old dog and 3 kitties I am currently working p/t and can make my own schedule so I am flexible. Most of my schedule for the p/t job is mid day and is very close to home I never let my dogs out alone since we don't have a fenced in yard and I don't want them escaping or getting into any trouble with other dogs plus our 5 month old is still potty training so I really like to keep tabs on when she's doing her "business". They get lots of attention play time and love whether indoors or out. We enjoy lots of walks and hikes together as well
“Elma is such a dream! Our dog Stevie just adores her and she is so communicative and lovely. I am sure Stevie will be disappointed to see us walk through the door instead of her 😉”

“Karina did so amazing! I was really anxious to leave my pup alone for the first time so I was a bit everywhere with our meeting but she made me feel very assured and asked questions. She took on my instructions perfectly and even sent me pictures of him doing great.”
