“I’m so glad the host of the vacation rental were staying at recommended Rover. We had plans to go out for part of the day and I wasn’t comfortable leaving my 1 and 11 year old dogs unsupervised in a rental home where they’re not totally familiar - and I wanted to be sure the house was kept in order while we were gone. Though it took me some time to understand the workings of the rover app, I did ultimately connect with a lovely and very conscientious dog sitter, Katie R. She provided helpful communication ahead of the visit, was right on time and very friendly. Katie kept us apprised of how our pets were doing, even sent some pictures, so we could also see how well they took to her. Our only regret is that we live too far away to use Katie for our dog sitting needs on a regular basis!”

About: I have previous experience working at a veterinarian hospital and pet boarding. I am flexible to the individual needs of each pet and I will respect the training you have given them. For example, if you don't allow them on the furniture then I will not alter that training. I have one spoiled dog in my household that loves to socialize with all other pets. He is neutered and very playful. However, if required, I will separate him from guest pets. I can provide lots of time for walking, running, or playing catch. If you have any special requests for your pet, please let me know so that I can provide the best care possible. Your pet's safety and happiness will be my highest priority! All pickups/drop offs conducted in parking lot. I am at home to take care of them and provide care around the clock. Dogs have plenty of room and I try to make every dog feel at home. I have a fenced yard and double gate entry so there are so escapes. It is important to me that your dog is safe and comfortable during their stay.

About: We are both huge animal lovers. Both having animals in our care at a very young age. These animals included dogs, cats, birds, rabbits, lizards, horses, cattle, lambs, and goats. I have years of experience providing pet sitting and dog walking, comfortable with dogs of all sizes! Kristina has works at many Humane Societies where she got hand on experience working with w cats of all temperaments and sizes. We reside in the beautiful Lake Arrowhead so we can take your pup for a dip in the water or for a scenic hike! I have a huge fenced yard your fur baby would love to explore. I work from home so your pet with have 24hr supervision while in our care! We will either be cuddled up or playing with your pup, they will NEVER be left alone I have a huge fenced yards. I do have dogs but will keep them separated unless asked otherwise by pet parent. Pets are allowed inside and on the furniture!

About: I have taken care of pets since I was a child. I grew up with 5 dogs, 9 cats, and several small animals. I have experience taking care of pets of all ages, puppy to elder! Now at the age of 24, I have a dog and a snake that I look after. My family relies on me to feed, bathe, walk, and care for our pets. I have a strong love for animals, your pets will be in great hands! ~My Schedule~ It has become a daily thing for me. Having to walk my dog and take care of my snake is a weekly duty that has worked it's way in-between my morning yoga and breakfast. ~Creating a Safe Environment~ I walk my dog, clean up after her, share the love when I can, feed her, and bathe her. I clean my snake's cage, feed him, and tend to his needs. He has regular vet visits.

About: Your pup will always be in my company, since I’m always at home. Lots of outside time and walks through my neighborhood’s local forest trail. Your dog(s) will have their own space in my kitchen, separate from my dog’s personal space. I am a responsible homeschooling mother of an easy-going, 6 year old daughter ( she loves animals). I am a ‘Stay at Home’ Mom, currently homeschooling my 6 year old daughter through a fantastic charter school. I make my own schedule and can easily accommodate your pet’s schedule into my own. My daughter is very well-behaved, with an easy going disposition, which makes animals love her. My husband also loves all animals, but will not be care-taking for your animals, as he is works full time. I will be the full-time caretaker of your beloved fur-friends. I have 2 portions to my property . One side is fenced on a hillside with a small astro-turfed area for potty breaks. The other side is open with a small water fall and full Astro turf. This gives dogs lots of time outside. I will also keep your dog in the kitchen, where I spend the majority of my time cooking and teaching my daughter kindergarten + computer work at the kitchen table. Your pup will also enjoy the walks around the neighborhood, which includes a lot of trees and nature.

About: I am comfortable around most animals and have spent most of my life with all kinds of pets. In the past I have volunteered at Animal Haven Shelter in NYC and have volunteered at Humane Society in Delray Beach, FL. Most recently, in my volunteer position at animal haven I was responsible for walking dogs of all ages and sizes as well as feeding and socializing them. I have done homestays for friends as well as family and clients here on Rover. I’m used to being in new environments frequently and will adapt to whatever routine you have set for your fur babies. I have a fully fenced yard with one exterior entry/exit that is secured at all times. My Vehicle is equipped with a safety partition between the front and rear seats for safe and easy transport as needed.

I have contact information for the client's preferred veterinarian and am beyond qualified for basic pet first aid. About: I love hiking, running, walking with a companion, I don't mind staying home or walking while holding your elderly dog. Ive owned dogs, cats, rabbits, pigs, reptiles and amphibians my entire life, i am currently getting my BA in health science so i can become a Doctor of Veterinarian Medicine. Animals are my passion. I have certs in pet psychology and dog training. I have experience with young healthy dogs as well as older dogs with medical needs including diabetes. I have adopted elderly dogs to make sure they have a home for the time they have left as well as younger dogs one having allergies, seizures, blindness and diabetes. Being able to help you and your pets stay healthy and happy is my goal. If you have other animals besides cats and dogs I do watch them as well or I can go to your home to care for them.
