About: I have experience training and caring for dogs and cats. I Specialize in dogs with hearing issues/ deafness. Both of my dogs are graduates of multiple behavioral and obedience classes resulting in our therapy certifications. We visit a multitude of schools, hospitals and other wellness centers. All volunteer work done by my companions and myself is strictly a passion and non profit. I was inspired by a visitation to my grandfather by a golden retriever, when my grandfather was in the hospital for open heart surgery. Seeing my grandfathers reaction to a dog visitation while he was in the hospital was a monumental moment for me that further inspired my passion and drive to work with dogs. I currently work early mornings for a government agency as an officer which gives me a lot of available free time at off times of the day and week. Making me readily available to care for your pets . A fenced yard is a must. My dogs are trained and raised to be curious and outgoing, thus a fence is needed. Although my dogs don’t need a leash, I find it’s necessary to generally have a leash attached. I allow my dogs to be curious, and put there noses where many wouldn’t generally allow. It’s important to always cover your stove switches/ burners with dog safety devices!. But ultimately I strongly believe in allowing your dogs and pets to be curious and open to learning. Dogs and cats alike are much smarter then most realize, and I believe this is there first time living as well.. and deserve the best experiences life has to offer!

About: Hello, my name is Reese. I’ve taken care of dogs and been a dog owner for most of my life. I have a passion for pets of all sizes and species and home that will make missing their owner not so bad! I would be more than excited to help take care of a local furry friend, whether it be a day or a few, I am a quality dog sitter and here to help. I am a local nursing student during the week for a few hours at a time. Therefore that schedule can be further discussed and worked around a dog visitor. Serving the local Two Rivers area and adjacent towns, I provide both dog walking and pet drop in visits that can be scheduled on a consistent or as needed basis. Walks are a happy and healthy way to give your pet a bit of exercise and social interaction! 30 minute walks (or longer) can be around your local neighborhood or a nearby park, wherever your dog is most comfortable. If a walk is not the right fit for your dog, a drop-in visit is a great option to provide your pet with some human companionship (potty break and some treats too!). All sizes and breeds are welcome! I recently moved to the area and am not currently working full-time, so I am available to provide 24 hour care for your pets with occasional brief periods out of the house. My home is a puppy paradise - there are dog beds scattered throughout the house along with several baskets filled to the brim with stuffed toys and balls, so your precious pup can lounge or play as much as they want. I allow dogs on the couch and they are always welcome in bed, but if your dog prefers a crate to feel safe, you can either bring your own or I can provide a large crate that they can use during their time at my home. My backyard is not fully fenced so I would not allow them outside off-leash, but there are two amazing parks nearby that are perfect for walks and a good sniff or two. If you are comfortable with it, I would also be happy to bring your dog to the Wolf Hill Off-Leash Dog Park for socialization.
