About: First and foremost, I absolutely adore animals! Even as a kid, I would only accompany my mother to visit her friends, who had dogs or cats in their home. I appreciate, respect, and can relate to the bond humans have with their pets. They are very much family and there's nothing more satisfying than seeing your fur baby comfortable, relaxed, and content, in our home or yours, while you're away. We only board 2 dogs at a time, to ensure a quiet, calm, and more relaxing stay, and have a large fenced in backyard for playtime. Dogs staying with us must be house trained. We also have a cat, who loves to play with dogs, so to ensure his safety, any dogs boarding with us must be cat friendly. Some of my previous work experience includes 4 years as a veterinary assistant and I'm comfortable with administering medication, if needed. I have dog training experience and have even trained two of our own to become registered therapy dogs. Together, we serve our community by providing pet therapy in shelters for domestic violence victims, assisted living facilities, our local university, in elementary schools, and wherever she's needed. I currently work with German Shepherd Rescue organizations, assessing temperaments/behavior, conducting home visits, and fostering. We live near the airport, which makes it ideal for dropping off and picking up when traveling for work or going on vacation. Several of my clients leave their babies with us when leaving the country. In addition to dog sitting for many friends and family members over the years, I've also taken care of cats, horses, goats, and even iguanas! I can't wait to provide extra love, play time, and affection for your fur baby, too! I work from home and we have one dog and a cat. I closely supervise any dogs that are our guests here and can provide potty breaks as frequently as needed. Any pets staying with us are supervised inside and out. Our yard is large and fenced in, so it's a great place for play sessions. For drop in visits, I customize it to the owner's wishes and dog's needs.

“I hadn't left Chloe with anyone for over three years, so finding a dog sitter was a big event in our life. She and I spend every day, all day together, so I was like a mama dropping her child for their first day of kindergarten. But Chloe had such a positive meet and greet, she couldn't wait to return! During our initial meeting, Rayana let Chloe thoroughly explore her house, which thrilled her as she's part hound dog and her nose demands she smell every crack and crevice. When we returned for doggy daycare I was feeling emotional and worried I might start blubbering, but within a minute of arriving, Chloe was so excited to be there that I couldn't get her attention to tell her I was leaving! It made all the difference to know she was with someone who would love on her like I do. Chloe was a rescue who had a traumatic start in life, and I never imagined I would find someone who'd give her the kind of love and attention that has helped her heal and flourish. About: I grew up with feisty terriers, and now have a high energy Dalmatian. I’m up for the task! It’s a pleasure to play hard, and get them tuckered out for cuddle time. By spending time with our Dalmatian, high energy pups will meet their match and older dogs will tap into their youth. Looking forward to it! I work from home, and already have dog-care built into my routine. Our fenced in yard makes it easy for them to run-around. Daily walks around the block. We have a fenced in yard, great for them to run free. We’ve got dog beds, fun toys and lots of fresh water always available.

About: As a remote Registered Nurse (RN), I bring a clinical eye to pet care. I notice subtle changes in behavior or health that others might miss. I’m comfortable administering medications in any form, from pills to inhalers, and my own pets are on daily medication routines so it’s second nature. My background in farming gave me hands-on experience with animal health and handling, and I’ve worked with my own dogs on training from puppyhood. I’m home all day, every day, so your dog gets constant attention and care, not just a place to play and sleep. I work from home Monday through Friday, 9 to 5, with a flexible schedule that gives me plenty of time in the mornings, evenings, and throughout the day. I have lots of time for walks, potty breaks, and playtime, and my job allows me to step away whenever your pup needs attention. I can work from my office or the couch, wherever your dog is most comfortable. On my days off I tend to stay close to home, and if I do need to run an errand I won’t be gone long and can always accommodate you and your dog’s needs. I share my home with three animals who are very well loved. Haddie is my 7 year old spayed terrier mix, about 22 pounds, and my two cats are Zuzu, a spayed senior, and June, who is 4 years old and also spayed. Each of them has their own dietary and medical needs, so I’m already in the routine of specialized diets and medications. Your dog will fit right into that level of care. Haddie goes out every two to four hours and we walk together every day. There’s also plenty of backyard playtime. The backyard is not currently fenced, but a fence is going up soon. In the meantime I have a post with a long leash line in the yard and keep Haddie on a harness. I am always outside with her when using the leash line and never leave her unattended, and will do the same for your dog. My home is clean, open, and pet friendly. The furniture and beds are fair game for your dog. I do have a dedicated cat room with a gate that only the cats can fit through, so they always have their own safe space. All of my houseplants are pet safe as well. I also live at the end of a dead end street near the cul de sac, so it’s a quiet area with only local traffic and no busy roads nearby.

About: Been a caregiver for senior dogs, dogs with allergies, medical conditions and so forth. Had my own dog since childhood. My family has me watch their animals when out of town. Growing up we had 14 cats at one time! All had different and unique personalities. I am able to watch your dog from 8:30am to 7:30pm. I am unable to host cats. There are two dog parks on the property. Can take your dog to the dog park upon request. Boarding will be at my home. I use a runner or leash for outdoors. Please feel free to bring your animal's dog bed, treats, and their toys. Dogs can be fed separately, and given water in the same bowl or separately.
