“Julie was awesome!!! Her care of my 3 pups and how they took to her gave us a great sense of peace. I loved seeing the daily pics of them and seeing them happy and cared for. I would highly recommend her and I'm sure we will use her again in the future.”

About: Ive taken care of many animals. Ive raised one of my dogs since a puppy and It was very easy, I dont think taking care of dogs is hard. I do my best to keep the animal happy! Ive had a lot of animals in my life that I would take care of. Me and my husband would watch his grandparents dog when they went on trips. We would make sure we did EVERYTHING they asked us to do and also keep the dog company such as play with her. Trust me the grandma was very strict on what she wanted us to do for her dog and we satisfied her needs. Anything you would ask me to do I will do everything you need me to do. Such as Feeding,Showering,Taking it out to potty, cleaning up the poop and the most important thing of all PLAY WITH THEM! I also, try to teach them to shake or sit, just the basics. Then i’ll give them a treat for their good listening/behaviors.Now I know its not “professional” work but I consider it as experience. I love animals so much! I want to become a veterinarian when I start going into college. Its my passion to keep pets safe and happy. I currently JUST moved to Washington in August 2024, and I had a job at Amazon but it was seasonal so I’m currently unemployed, so I have all the time in the world. I have a fenced backyard and it’s plenty of space for the doggy to exercise by running around and just having fun with my black Labrador. I take my girl on walks when it’s sunny so she can stretch her legs and get a mini exercise. I make sure she is on a potty schedule, so basically every 2-3 hours she goes outside.
“Angie came to motel twice a day to take my recently adopted rescue dog out to dog walk area. She provided photos and let me know how he was doing. My only concern was variation in afternoon visit but he seemed to not be negatively impacted. She kindly provided a pp pad on the day I couldn’t come at lunch time in between her morning and afternoon visits. Dog did not use the pad. Due to his health issues, he needs to have the opportunity to relieve himself more often than some dogs do. I will consider using her again if my dog and I find ourselves in the Norfolk area in the future.”

About: What sets me apart? I treat every dog like family—lots of love, playtime, and personalized care. Your pup isn’t just watched—they’re truly cared for. Hope to meet you soon! Pet care fits seamlessly into my daily routine because I’m home throughout the day, creating a calm, structured environment with plenty of time for walks, play, and cuddles. I plan my schedule around your pet’s needs, ensuring consistent feeding, bathroom breaks, and one-on-one attention. Whether it’s a morning stroll, midday check-in, or evening snuggles, your dog’s comfort and happiness are always a priority in my day. Your pet will enjoy a clean, calm, and secure home with plenty of space to play and relax. I provide a pet-friendly environment with no hazards, constant supervision, and cozy spots for rest. My home is smoke-free, fully fenced, and quiet—perfect for dogs of all ages. Safety gates, non-toxic products, and a peaceful atmosphere ensure your dog feels safe, loved, and stress-free at all times. For everyone’s comfort and safety, I provide a cozy crate/kennel for your pup to sleep in at night, just like a safe little den.
“Sara is by far the best day to day sitter we’ve ever had! I cannot put enough emphasis on the love and care she gave to my girls. She has always been super communicative and gives detailed accounts of her stay every single time. Plus she takes the cutest pictures of my pets ever. :) I can’t recommend her enough.”

“Great as always! My dog clearly loves Gianna which is saying a lot because she typically takes awhile to warm up to new people and she liked Gianna from the first visit!”

“Amanda went above and beyond for our dog! She treated him like her own and spoiled him! She is extremely reliable and provides detailed updates while we were away. We will use Amanda every time for our dog!”

About: Having my own 3 year old labrodoodle, I am well-versed in high energy dogs that need stimulating walks. I have done dog training courses with my own dog at the Happy Dog Institute in Tumwater and will work with your pup using positive reinforcement in our walks. I currently work from home and have availability to help walk your furry friend during the morning, afternoon or evening. I would love to be able to get your pup the daily exercise they need. I have been a dog owner for over 15 years and have experience walking dogs of all shapes and sizes. I’ve boarded friend’s dogs in my home and have been responsible for providing their daily care. I ensure owners are provided with GPS-tracked walks, a report of all activities in our walk and of course photos!
About: I am currently in the military and used to have a chocolate lab. I decided to use Rover as an opportunity to help others and to spend time with dogs since we don’t have one of our own yet. I will be sure to give your dog lots of care and attention. My husband and I live in a great neighborhood to walk or run and we have a fully fenced yard to play. We both love dogs and will try to make them comfortable and happy while in our care. I’m usually available during the evenings or early mornings for drop off during the weekdays and anytime over the weekend. We love being at home so when we are out it’s usually just for a couple hours. Your dogs will be able to roam the house and enjoy the AC. I have a couple dog beds for them to be comfortable and if they want to sit on the furniture we have blankets we can lay under them. Your pet will be comfortable in our home. We have no restrictions for pets besides peeing/marking/pooping inside the house. We will have to resort to kenneling if that happens. We will spend lots of time walking the neighborhood and playing out back in our yard. Your dog will have fun being active, and if your dog is a lounging kind of dog, we can do that too. My husband and I are home bodies, so your dog won’t be left alone for long periods of time.
