“This is the second time Wolfie stayed with Kim while we visited Great Wolf Lodge. Although he is nervous and doesn't like strangers, he had an easy time warming up to Kim. She sent us many updates of them going on walks, enjoying her outdoor area, and (his lap dog favorite) keeping close while she worked. When he wouldn't eat his usual dog food, she prepared him special food (with our blessing). We always knew he was in excellent hands and will be back for another visit if we head to Great Wolf Lodge or Great America!”

“Usually Lucy comes back from any type of boarding situation sad and emaciated. There always seems to be a readjustment period as she gradually “forgives” us. Not so after her stay with Angela. She must have gotten all the love she needs (and she is a very needy dog when it comes to affection) because she was not all skin and bones and hasn’t been showing us the usual resentment. I will definitely be contacting Angela the next time I need to board Lucy!”

About: ALWAYS AVAILABLE!!!! It may take me a day to get back to you, but if you want the best it is worth waiting for. Please, ONLY SERIOUS INQUIRES. If you are gonna hit up just anybody and put me on your list of 3 or 4 possible then just move along. Last minute is fine, but don't even ask me if you are asking more than one. This is not a game to me and I take it very seriously. I like to leave these few spots open for people who feel the same about their dogs. This is a professional business. Thanks I have been boarding dogs in MY home for over 20 years. I have 3 animal related degrees. Vet tech, groomer and obedience trainer. I have extensive training in nutrition as well. I have saved the life of many dogs over the decades. As a child I grew up on 10 acres with plenty of horses where we also bred Great Danes. I am double gated and double fenced inside and out for the safety of your pet. No children, also for the safety of your pet. All dogs are allowed on furniture and also have open cages with big comfy beds. I am here 24/7 as required by IL State law. Also required by law I have separate areas for various reasons if need be. I have always handled EVERY situation that has ever come about and believe me, you don't know what you don't know. So true. I want you to enjoy your vacation without a worry in the world. There is a separate dog refrigerator here so all your specialty foods are welcome. There are cameras all over outside and this place is locked up like Fort Knox, also for the safety of your pet!!! I am here 24/7 as required by law. Dogs go out approximately every 2 hours. Feedings are mostly twice a day. Some are 3. Any arrangements can be made for feeding. Feedings are mostly in separate cages and they all come out again after about 10 minutes. There is also a doggy treadmill. Double fenced double gated inside and out for the safety of your pet. Atomatic 911 service for emergency and 8 active cameras on the property with locked gate.

I am so happy I found John to care for my puppy, Shadow (a five month old lab/shepherd mix). After a couple of bad boarding experiences, I was a bit worried about leaving Shadow again but was so impressed with John's care that I cannot recommend him highly enough. John was very professional and kept in touch throughout Shadow's stay at his home by sending adorable pictures and daily updates. He was very accommodating to Shadow's needs and clearly took very good care of her. When I came to pick her up, she seemed almost sad to leave John and his partner because she had enjoyed her stay so much. She even learned a couple of new skills during my trip! John will henceforth be my absolute first choice when I need someone to care for my little darling.”
