We unfortunately were not able to do a greet and meet first before I left but she called me and was extremely thorough in going over what my needs and expectations were and asking detailed questions. My dog is a big girl, very strong, and bossy. I had a lot of anxiety since my dog is not "easy" but Anna took all the steps to ease my anxiety and allowed this to be an overall good experience where I was able to enjoy my trip away without having constant worry.
