I will follow each pet’s normal routine, carefully secure doors and gates, respect the client’s home, and provide regular updates and photos. I have a friendly cat at home who gets along well with dogs but prefers not to be around other cats. Because of that, I would care for cats in their own homes but may welcome dogs into mine after a meet-and-greet. I’m flexible and always willing to discuss the safest arrangement for each pet.
About: I have house-sat and cared for both dogs and cats, as well growing up and having animals living with me almost my whole life (both my own and roomate’s pets). I have had to administer medicine to both dogs and cats in the past while taking care of them, and am comfortable with doing so. Drop-In Visits: Weekdays, I can typically provide these in the very early morning (630am) and evening (after 5pm). Weekends I will usually have more flexibility. House Sitting: I typically work full time during the week (Monday-Friday), so I am gone 10-11 hours total (up to 45 minute commute each way, and then an 9 hour shift). When you request a booking, I will make sure to give you more specific details on what my schedule looks like during your dates if it varies from my normal availability. About: I’ve taken care of dogs all of my life. I truly prefer them to people and can’t wait to love on yours! After a life time of pet care, very little surprises me. About: I got a puppy when I was 3 and I’ve been caring for dogs ever since! Friends and neighbors have always trusted their pets in my care and the pets all love me too!
