About: I started dog sitting when I was in high school and have continued to do so as a part time job off and on over the years. I absolutely love all animals, but dogs and cats have a special place in my heart. I've had the privilege of watching dogs and cats over the years of all ages and sizes. I also have a dog of my own. Kramer is an 8-year-old, long haired dachshund, who is extremely spoiled and fully thinks he's a human! I feel comfortable with puppies as well as senior pets. I also feel comfortable giving any medications the pets might need during my time with them. I look forward to meeting your fur babies! I work full time in hospitality, Monday through Friday, 8am to 5pm. I do have the flexibility to leave work during the day to check on your pet during their time with me. About: I’ve had pets my whole life, and caring for animals has always come naturally to me. I’ve owned both cats and dogs over the years, and I currently have three sweet dogs of my own, two Golden Retrievers and a Great Pyrenees mix. They are all very friendly and love meeting new furry friends. I also have experience fostering dogs from shelters, where I’ve worked on potty training, crate training, and helping dogs overcome challenges like reactivity with people or other pets. I’m comfortable with dogs of all sizes, from small breeds to dogs over 100 pounds. I have experience with all life stages, from very young puppies, even bottle feeding age, to senior dogs up to 14 to 16 years old. No matter the pet, I treat every animal in my care with patience, love, and lots of attention so they feel safe and right at home. I work full time Monday through Friday from 8am to 5pm, but caring for pets is naturally part of my daily routine. My mornings start early, around 6 to 7am, with potty breaks followed by breakfast around 7am. Throughout the day, I provide additional potty breaks based on each pet’s needs, typically late morning from 10 to 11am, mid afternoon from 3 to 4pm, and again in the evening from 7 to 8pm, followed by dinner around 8pm. We always end the day with one last potty break before bedtime. On weekends, I am home more often, which allows for extra attention, walks, and playtime. I am very flexible and adapt to each pet’s individual needs, treating every visiting pet as if they were my own. I prioritize consistency, comfort, and making sure every pet feels cared for and at ease. In my home, pets are cared for just like my own three dogs, with lots of love, attention, and a consistent routine. I make sure they are fed on time, always have fresh water, get regular potty breaks, and have plenty of playtime, walks, or cuddle time depending on their personality. I pay close attention to each pet’s routine, comfort level, and any special needs so they feel safe and at home. When I care for pets in a client’s home, I stick as closely as possible to their normal routine to keep things familiar and stress free. This includes feeding, walks or potty breaks, playtime, crate routines, and giving any medications if needed. I also send regular updates and photos so you can feel comfortable knowing your pet is happy and well cared for while you are away.

I don't mind house sitting and letting them out multiple times a day and walking them so they don't get to bored or lonely. About: I'm a colon cancer survivor which fur babies have helped me through a lot I'm all about them and taking care of them because they have been all about me throughout my sickness.... Now that I'm a little better I want to give back to the unconditional creatures that gave to me in a time of need...I've had Weimaraners in my household for over 15 years and have had other fur babies and animals before that throughout my life, this chance that I could have to provide the love and care for the parents of those fur babies that need it. My spouse and I are also frequent flyers at the local dog parks in the area I would love to be able to take your fur baby for a walk or more! When we picked Lucy up, she happily wiggled around Jocelyn's legs to say goodbye several times. We just got her home and she's already passed out next to me. “Kay is an amazing dog sitter! My pup was free to roam the backyard with the help of her built in doggie door and large yard. My pup experiences separation anxiety and Kay provides loving care while I was away...she even let him nap on the bed next to her pups! Her three sweet dogs and her cats are extremely loving and played with my pup during his stay. Rex even made a best friend with Kay's cat Butterbean too! I highly recommend Kay for your furry best friend! Drop off and pick up are a snap with Kay. And she sends pictures to give a daily check up of your pup! ”
