“Sandra has taken care of AJ several times and always does such a great job. She is great at communication and sharing how he is doing. AJ seems happy whenever we pick him up. Thank you.”

“Meagan and her family were so great to our Blu! She was very responsive, great at giving updates, and took him on walks. Blu struggles with allergies and she was so nice keeping us updated and was great about giving him Benadryl. Would definitely recommend her!”
“I can't say enough good things about Harriet. She is AMAZING!! we left our fur baby with her and her family for 10 days. Even though I missed him I NEVER worried about him knowing he was in good hands and well taken care of. She sent pics and videos everyday. Please use Harriet for your fur baby. She is absolutely wondfeful!”

“Our dog seemed to love it there. I was a little worried how she would do with their dogs, but she did great. I received just the right amount of communication and pictures (for me). I will be using Elizabeth again.”

“Jocelyn and her family were wonderful with my sweet boy Hamilton. Pictures and updates were much appreciated and they treated him like he was one of their own sweet dogs. We loved them so much we’ve booked our next stay:) Thank you for spoiling my baby:)”

“Marissa did a great job taking care of my dog, and was very easy to communicate with. She provided updates and went above and beyond to make my very nervous dog feel more comfortable. Her dogs are also very friendly and tried their hardest to be friends with my shy puppy. Maybe next time my dog will play with them.”

“We love leaving our baby with Layne, because we know he will have a great time! When we pick him up, I think he's more sad to leave her than happy to come home to us! :) It's such a great feeling to know that he's safe and comfortable while we are away. Thank God for Layne and her Family!”

“Tre was a perfect doggy sitter. I got updates. Pictures. She answered my texts right away. And the best part was when we got home with Dallas you could tell she was relax. Not thirsty, all calm. I know she was loved and well taken care off. I will be boarding Dallas again in the future at Tre’s Thanks so much! Mike & Rebeca”

“Max was a FANTASTIC rover. Cowboy is weary around dogs yet Max took the time introducing Cowboy to other dogs and by the end of the weekend he was fine with all of them! He was tired but so so happy when we went to pick him up, which means max gave him plenty of exercise and love. Max talked us through cowboy’s behavior and sent updates throughout the weekend. Max is a very knowledgeable dog trainer and took the time to get to know cowboy and help with some of his reactivity in just a weekend. We will only be using Max for future rovering. He is truly the best!!”

“Janet is a wonderful person and a great sitter. She responded instantly to our messages. Very responsible and reliable sitter. Will recommend booking her. Will definitely book her again.”

I would highly recommend Barbara and she is very caring and very knowledgeable about our fur family . She also has her own 2 sweet dogs that were good company to Luna . Thank you Barbara .”

Dog parents share their Rover experiences - Rogers
While we've had great sitters from Rover, we are so glad to have found Sandra! The house was very clean, and each of our dogs had their own spot they made themselves at home in. We got regular updates, pictures, and had few worries about their welfare (mostly how well ours were behaving! 🙂). There was no doubt they were well cared for. We will definitely be booking with her again!! 💚

Chanel took wonderful care of Mila! She kept me updated throughout the entire stay with lots of photos and messages, which gave me so much peace of mind. It was clear that Mila was well cared for, comfortable, and happy. I really appreciated her communication and the love and attention she gave my dog. I would absolutely book with Chanel again and highly recommend her to anyone looking for a trustworthy and caring pet sitter. Thank you so much!

I had never left my pug with anyone and Hannah and her family were nothing short of amazing! She sent me pics and videos which reassured me throughout his stay. He hung out with the family all week and it was so nice knowing he wasn’t locked in a little concrete jail like most boarding places. He was happy to come home but would’ve been 100% content hanging out with them as he did for 9 days. Highly recommend!!

While each sitter sets their own vaccine requirements, staying up-to-date on your dog’s vaccines is the best way to be "boarding ready". Vaccinations help create a safe environment for all pets under a sitter’s care.
Many sitters in AR ask that dogs be up to date on core vaccines like the Canine Parvovirus, Canine Distemper, Canine Adenovirus, Bordetella, and Rabies.
By discussing your pet's health history early, you’re adding a layer of confidence for you and your sitter before the booking begins.
If a health concern arises during a stay, your sitter is instructed to contact you and our Trust & Safety team immediately and, if needed, take your dog to the closest veterinarian. Through our Trust & Safety support team, sitters can ask for diagnostic advice from a qualified veterinary professional if your dog is showing signs of possible illness.
For extra peace of mind, you can also prepare an authorization form for your regular vet. An authorization form outlines your preferred method of care and allows your sitter to bring your pet into their regular clinic.
Every qualified booking made on Rover is backed by the Rover Guarantee, which includes reimbursement for eligible emergency vet care.
