I currently work from home two days per week and in the office three days per week, so I am somewhat available for care during the day if needed; the days I work in the office I still can come home during lunch. My evenings are free for longer periods of exercise, and I'm open most week-ends as well. I only serve one client family at a time so that I can focus my attention on your dog(s) and ensure as close to an owner/home experience as possible! Note: If you are interested in booking with me, please send a message even if my calendar shows unavailable. Sometimes I have availability even when a day is grayed out!

I will stick to your routine as much as possible. At my home, I have a fenced-in yard for secure outside playtime, a puppy room for less supervised time, and have crates ranging from small to XL so that your pet can feel at home without you having to lug their homes across town!

Let me know what your dog's routine and rules are! That is one of the best ways to keep him/her/them comfortable while you're away. I also have two pet rabbits, so if your dog has a strong prey drive I would like to know ahead of time so I can keep everyone safe and happy!
A typical day
I can cater my activities to what your dog enjoys. I'm also happy to work on any obedience or tricks you have started to keep forward progress in the behavior department and exercise that brain! My own dog loves to play and is happy to entertain any pups willing to engage, so many visitors are worn out by her alone. :)

Pet care experience
I grew up with a dog but became involved with a rescue as a teenager and now serve on the board for that rescue and foster for a local rescue. I've fostered hundreds of dogs/puppies in the time since, owned three dogs of my own, and grown in my knowledge and love of dogs! My experience includes training puppies as well as older dogs, caring for senior dogs, and everything in between. I'm familiar with some special needs as well - fear/behavioral issues, medical treatments such as heartworms, and am comfortable working with dogs in those categories.
