About: I've been walking and checking in on friends' and family's dogs for years. I never got to have my own growing up, so dogs have always had a special place in my heart. I'm reliable, easy to communicate with, and I genuinely enjoy spending time with every dog I meet. I live in a pet-friendly apartment complex with a dog park and paved sidewalks within a fenced community. About: I have house-sat and cared for both dogs and cats, as well growing up and having animals living with me almost my whole life (both my own and roomate’s pets). I have had to administer medicine to both dogs and cats in the past while taking care of them, and am comfortable with doing so. Drop-In Visits: Weekdays, I can typically provide these in the very early morning (630am) and evening (after 5pm). Weekends I will usually have more flexibility. House Sitting: I typically work full time during the week (Monday-Friday), so I am gone 10-11 hours total (up to 45 minute commute each way, and then an 9 hour shift). When you request a booking, I will make sure to give you more specific details on what my schedule looks like during your dates if it varies from my normal availability. sitters on Rover set their own , which you can find on their profile under their contact information. Sitters may set a same-day, one-, three-, or seven-day cancellation policy. Cancelling within your sitter’s cancellation policy qualifies you for a full refund.
Same-day cancellations for recurring services, which include walks, drop-ins, and day care, follow the full refund policy. Otherwise, for pet boarding and house sitting, if you cancel after 12 pm on the applicable cancellation deadline, you’ll receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for any remaining days.
If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means you will get a full refund and our support team will work with you to find a replacement sitter.
