About: I have been taking care of all types of animals since I was ten years old, I was always the one asked when neighbors went away on vacation. I have raised my own dog, Bailey, since she was eight weeks old, and I would love to spend time with other dogs! My dog is a reactive leash walker, so I have experience with distraction and redirection techniques, and feel confident handling dogs of all behaviors. My other dog, Bella, recently passed away, however I now have experience caring for senior dogs and taking care of their multitude of needs. I am working at a restaurant part time with a flexible schedule, so I am able to care for your pup when needed! I am a rower so I am often up very early, and I have my own transportation and a dog-friendly car if travel is needed. I am free most weekends, so I can easily accommodate care for weekend trips. I love taking pictures of dogs, and I will constantly update whenever I am with your fur baby. I believe it is important to follow a comfortable routine with dogs, and will strive to walk at consistent times and in familiar locations to avoid overwhelm. My own dog has bad separation anxiety, so I will do my best to make sure your pets feel safe and loved when their owners are away. I am familiar with medicating dogs, so I will be happy to provide any needed medical care as well.

I work remotely - have laptop, have car, can travel - so my schedule is flexible. I am available for periodic care or longer term. In my home - I have separate living quarters in a home with two small dogs. There is a fenced in yard and lots of accessible neighborhood walks. About: I grew up having pets, and I have 2 cats at home now! I am a grad student in healthcare currently traveling for my clinical rotations and missing my own pets dearly. I thought this might be a nice way to make being away from home a little easier! I am trustworthy, caring and very dependable. Please reach out if you have any questions! I typically am away at clinic from 8a-4pm M-F, but am available anytime before or after. Depending on the location I may be able to accommodate a quick stop around lunch time if needed. She was incredibly attentive, patient with our puppy, and thoughtful about making sure both dogs felt comfortable and cared for. We received regular updates and so many amazing photos, which made it clear our dogs were happy, relaxed, and getting plenty of attention. When we returned home, both dogs were calm, content, and clearly well cared for. It gave a lot of peace of mind knowing they were in such good hands. We would absolutely trust them again with Amanda. About: Ever since i was little we've always had animals at home, I have experience caring for animals with different needs and personalities. I'm very attentive to pet behavior and i understand how important routines, patience, and trust are when caring for someone's pet, my number 1 priority is to make them feel safe, happy, and cared for while their owners are away. I'm currently working part-time so Mondays-Fridays i am available to care for pets, i am able to do weekends if needed, but my schedule is pretty open! I have a Mini Austrailian Shepherd named Teagan who is my fur baby, she goes out about every two hours but if she really needs to go she will tell you, she gets along great with other dogs, and she is full of personality and loves to play!

About: I have yet to meet someone who can out-dog-person me! Dogs are the best part of life. I have a German Shepherd and an English Pointer who face the brunt of my dog voice, personalized jingles, etc., - but out of respect for their patience I'm offering my services to other dogs! I have experience ranging from potty training new puppies to distributing meds to senior dogs and caring for them post-operation. I love to bring my dogs (and yours) on outdoor adventures in our midcoast community - hiking, swimming, lounging in the sun, and breaking out the snowshoes for winter. We'll wear each other out! I work at a public school and I’m a grad student - so I have lots of time to care for pets during the summer and school vacation times! During the academic year, I’m available weekends and weekdays after 4pm. I live in a small house with two big dogs (one being a senior hound), which is why I don't offer care for your pets at my own home. I will utilize whatever safety plans you put in place when I care for your pet - whether you have a dog that's great in your fenced-in backyard or a flight-risk that needs to be harnessed and leashed.

Cancelling before a booking begins and before the sitter's cutoff time qualifies you for a full refund. Same-day cancellations for walks, day care, and drop-ins follow the full refund policy. Otherwise, for dog boarding and house sitting, you will receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for the remaining days when you cancel the same day a booking should begin.
If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means our support team works with you to find a replacement sitter.
