6. Bohni K.
About: I’ve taken care of dogs cats rabbits and horses ever since I was 10. I’ve cared for new born kittens as well as senior cats at the Humane Society for almost 10 years. And cared for my neighbors’ dogs. From volunteering I’ve learn much about behaviors for both dogs and cats and have discovered I have a talent for working with them. I decided at retiring that I would like to begin in home pet sitting earning a living. I also manage an Airbnb with pets and have had great experiences with both dogs and and cats. I’m available all times but desire at least a week in advance notice. Daily weekly and hourly with breaks when needed for managing my Airbnb. Usually to clean after check out. Also per your needs I will need to have a brief break in the day to drive home to make sure my cats are fed and happy with some play time if I am asked to do overnights. I have 4 cats now. They get fed on special foods on a schedule. When they are eating I clean their cat boxes and when they are finished, I clean their bowls. Before they begin their daily naps , I play with each of them. They range in age from 19 to 1 yr. I also check their water bowls throughout the day or night depending. I can give them treats anytime. I also have learned various medical skills and hope to go back to school for a third degree as a vet tech and if life allows veterinary practice.

7. Marlowe G.
About: I have 10+ years of experience taking care of my own dogs, and am just starting out working for a dog boarding facility. I am an animal lover and treat every one as if they were my own. I work part time at a kennel in the mornings M-F, 7:30am-12pm. I take care of dogs professionally at work, personally at home, and love it. I follow directions to the letter, making sure that your pet is provided for and safe. Their health and wellbeing is my utmost concern, I want them to be comfortable

I respect Geoffrey for all he does for his pets & others pets and animals in general. I highly recommend Geoffrey for any of your animals needs.”

9. Jordan M.
“You - or your pets! - could not ask for a better experience than having a walk, a feeding, or a visit from Jordan. She is considerate to your space, mindful of your four-legged friend(s), and communicative about any additional needs or issues that arise during her time. With years of experience caring for animals (those of her own + of others), Jordan is the caretaker you're looking for, may it be a one-time fill in or a long term part of you & your pet's routine!”

10. Julianna L.
About: I truly have loved an animals since I was a small girl. My family had a family dog and cat growing up who were both my partners in crime. My love for animals is huge and endless and I will instill the same care and support that I give my own pets to yours if you trust me enough to watch your precious furry friends. I’m currently home from traveling aboard trying to save up money to travel more! I’m free almost anytime of the day or week to be available for your pets! I own one tabby cat names pepper and one big German shepherd named Kai! Pepper receives lots of attention, treats, and cuddles when she wants it of course. Whole Kai gets numerous amounts of belly rubs, one lengthy walk and multiple times to play fetch through out the day. ( he also enjoys a good dance party ) I’ll respect all the wishes and request you have for your furry friends, like even having an afternoon dance party with your dog or cat. I can adjust my manner and behavior based off of what your pet needs at the time !

11. Jillian W.
About: I am a service dog handler for the past 7 years. I have been training and caring for dogs for over 10 years. I'm the go to person in my friends and family for training and care advice of animals big and small. I have owned and cared for everything from small snakes to rodents and horses. I have worked as a dog trainer, a horse trainer, a groom, and I have worked on dairy farms since I was 14. Every morning starts out with letting the dogs out and farm chores. Followed by breakfast for the dogs. After breakfast we do 30 minutes of rest in kennels while I feed the family. The rest of the day is spent with enrichment toys and puzzle games. Training is spaced out throughtout the day in 10-15 minute sessions. At 8pm the dogs are let out on last time then kennel and dinner time for the night. Our dogs are friendly and out going. We live in a very rural area on 81 acres of hiking trails and farm land to explore. The dogs are always watched when outside. We do have a wireless fence system for dogs that are trained on the e collar and long lines for dogs that are not off leash trained. We have experience crate and rotating dogs with aggression/reactivity problems. I have rehabilitated and socialized dogs with traumatic past.

14. Rose T.
“Rose is 100% responsible, caring, good with animals, gentle and kind. I would certainly trust her with any animal under my care. What a gem.”

15. Susan D.
“Susan has been taking care of my cat for a number of years whenever I go away for an extended period of time. He is a 14 year-old Maine Coon, and has come to love her. Whenever she visits me, he immediately asks her for attention which shows me that he is comfortable with her, even if I am here… I am very happy to recommend Sue to any pet owner.”

16. Melanie B.

“I think that my dog Elsa can sense Melanie's love for dogs. During our earlier meet and greet, Elsa, a fairly shy dog, seemed comfortable with Melanie, going back to her for treats and pets. For this visit, Melanie showed up right on time, followed the plan we talked about, gave updates with photos, and gave a great, informative summary of the visit. We've rarely had carers/sitters for my dog, so I was very happy to see that Elsa seemed relaxed and calm when I got home. I would highly recommend Melanie with the experience and sense of responsibility she brings to the work. Thanks Melanie!”

17. Theresa P.
“Theresa is such a caring and attentive dog owner and human. She's incredibly responsible and very knowledgable about dog behavior and training techniques. She is patient with more difficult dogs and always prioritizing her dogs to make sure their needs are met. Theresa is one of the only people I would trust with my dog and feel at ease knowing he is well taken care of, happy and all his needs are being met. You will be lucky to have Theresa take care of your dog!”

18. Nicole S.
“Nicole is one of only a few that I have been able to leave my reactive dog with. She was so patient and gracious about learning about my dog’s quirks and triggers, and was very responsive and available to do multiple greetings and walks before I left them together for 5 days. She clearly has experience and good intuition when it comes to dog behavior, and by the time I got back they were best friends (not an easy task with my reactive pup!). I would recommend Nicole with no reservations to pet sit again. She is responsible, easy-going, and caring.”

19. Colleen M.
“Colleen has watched my three cats many times, even as new kittens. She has always stuck to the routine I prefer for them, been very patient (hard with these girls to be honest), and become best friends with even the one who doesn’t like anybody. She’s always on time, plays with them, snuggles with them and is extremely reliable. She’s done day stop ins for when I’m working long, and long extended periods when I’ve been gone days to weeks, doing the overnights and day time care.”

20. Claudia P.
“Claudia is a wonderful caregiver. She is sweet and kind to all sorts of animals, and knows how to treat them well. She has her own pets, so she also has a great understanding of any behavior and body language that pets may give off. Claudia is very responsible and will make sure that your pet is loved and treated right!”
