About: I’ve always grown up with dogs. Small and large I’ve worked with them. I walked dogs for my neighbors when I was in high school. I truly believe There is no greater joy than the joy brought to you by a dog. I hope Ripley and I have the privilege of spending quality time with your best friend. I recently moved back to Maine and have used Rover for a few years now throughout multiple states. I love that Rover gives me the flexibility of scheduling work and opens up the possibility of new dog friends for my dog Ripley. I have a dog named Ripley. If you want me to bring my Fur baby as a friend for your dog I am more than happy to bring him along. He is a fully trained and certified SA. If your dog doesn’t like other dogs Ripley doesn’t have to join me for the stay. My goal is for you and your dog to be comfortable and feel safe while you’re away.

About: Ever since i was little we've always had animals at home, I have experience caring for animals with different needs and personalities. I'm very attentive to pet behavior and i understand how important routines, patience, and trust are when caring for someone's pet, my number 1 priority is to make them feel safe, happy, and cared for while their owners are away. I'm currently working part-time so Mondays-Fridays i am available to care for pets, i am able to do weekends if needed, but my schedule is pretty open! I have a Mini Austrailian Shepherd named Teagan who is my fur baby, she goes out about every two hours but if she really needs to go she will tell you, she gets along great with other dogs, and she is full of personality and loves to play!
About: I’ve taken care of dogs cats rabbits and horses ever since I was 10. I’ve cared for new born kittens as well as senior cats at the Humane Society for almost 10 years. And cared for my neighbors’ dogs. From volunteering I’ve learn much about behaviors for both dogs and cats and have discovered I have a talent for working with them. I decided at retiring that I would like to begin in home pet sitting earning a living. I also manage an Airbnb with pets and have had great experiences with both dogs and and cats. I’m available all times but desire at least a week in advance notice. Daily weekly and hourly with breaks when needed for managing my Airbnb. Usually to clean after check out. Also per your needs I will need to have a brief break in the day to drive home to make sure my cats are fed and happy with some play time if I am asked to do overnights. I have 4 cats now. They get fed on special foods on a schedule. When they are eating I clean their cat boxes and when they are finished, I clean their bowls. Before they begin their daily naps , I play with each of them. They range in age from 19 to 1 yr. I also check their water bowls throughout the day or night depending. I can give them treats anytime. I also have learned various medical skills and hope to go back to school for a third degree as a vet tech and if life allows veterinary practice.

During the Meet & Greet, you will have a chance to walk through your pet's routine, medical needs, and unique quirks. Take the time to ask your walker questions about their skills and expertise, and make sure the fit feels right for everyone. walkers on Rover set their own cancellation policy, which you can find on their profile under their contact information. Sitters may set a same-day, one-, three-, or seven-day cancellation policy. Cancelling within your sitter’s cancellation policy qualifies you for a full refund.
Same-day cancellations for recurring services, which include walks, drop-ins, and day care, follow the full refund policy. Otherwise, for pet boarding and house sitting, if you cancel after 12 pm on the applicable cancellation deadline, you’ll receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for any remaining days.
If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means you will get a full refund and our support team will work with you to find a replacement walker.
