About: Hello and thank you for visiting my profile! You clicked on THE absolute best pet-sitter you will ever find. My name is Amy, and I LOVE ANIMALS. I've had pets since childhood; dogs, cats, gerbils, hamsters, lizards, bunnies, fish, ferrets, and turtles. Most of my pets are rescued. I'm a great dog walker- I will take your dog for a lengthy walk, (or a slow stroll for my older clients) and I will provide him/her with attention, love, and affection. According to their needs, I can sit with your pet to offer comfort and companionship, or romp around on the floor or in the yard for exercise and stimulation. My visits can be tailored to your requests. I'm reliable, trustworthy, and committed. Your pet's health and safety come first. I will take pictures during my visits (or videos, if you'd like) so you know your pet is being cared for. If you have a cat, I will bring toys for stimulating activity, or simply sit with him/her and offer a comforting presence. I also care for gerbils, hamsters, bunnies, birds, and turtles. If you have fish, I will feed them, and give them attention. (Yes, I connect with fish.) I understand animals. I relate to them. I'm intuitive to their needs. And of course, I have great references. There is no better pet-sitter on the planet than me. I look forward to meeting you and your precious family member! I'm currently available on Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Thursdays and Fridays. I can be flexible in the morning, afternoon, or early evening hours. If you need more than one visit per day, that can be arranged as well. I will show up with great energy, a calming presence, and toys to play with (according to your pet's needs.) I'm not like other pet sitters- I really spend TIME with your pets. I'm intuitive and understand their needs. For younger pets, I offer lots of play and exercise- stimulation is important! I'm physically fit and would be happy to walk your dog if requested. After the walk, I will sit with him/her and offer my affection and attention. I will refresh their water bowl, feed them, (if requested) offer a treat, (if requested) brush them, play with them, or simply sit with them and be a calming presence in their day. It all depends on your pet's needs. I cater to their behavior and energy. If you have other pets in your home (gerbils, fish, turtles, bunnies, birds, etc) I would consider caring for them during your vacations. All to be discussed and negotiated, of course. As you can see from my profile, I'm very accommodating and flexible, and I offer a wide range of services. For overnight visits, my rate reflects a time frame from 8pm-7am. About: I have always had a love for dogs (and all animals really!). I have been training and caring for my own dogs for over 15 years of my life. I have experience with special needs dogs (my own dog is deaf and I have had a deaf/blind dog in the past), I love to offer basic puppy and obedience training, multi dog walks and hiking adventures! I have experience with dogs of all ages, sizes and temperaments. I use positive only methods and believe that all dogs deserve quality enrichment that lets them just be themselves. I currently work from home but my schedule is very open and flexible. I spend a good amount of my day training my own dogs, providing enrichment and play with them on a daily basis and would love the opportunity to provide the same for your pup! When walking dogs, I do prefer that connectors are used for everyone’s safety and comfort and can provide them if needed! Any instructions left will be followed and I am willing to work with any training you are already doing with your pups to ensure smooth situations for all.

About: I grew up with two small dogs and have had dogs in my family my entire life. I sit my friends dog days at a time and care for her as I would my own. I also have a new puppy who keeps my very busy! My schedule is very scattered and never the same. If I can make it work I will! Sitting dogs does not only prove my love for dogs but also keeps me busy. I enjoy the walks just as much as the dogs :) I live a big quiet neighborhood that is perfect for walks. I have a big yard that can be used for playing and running around. I will make sure your pet is walked, fed, played with, loved, and brought out to use the bathroom. I believe crates are important and could be used. Also bathing could be completed, as needed.

About: Animals have always been a huge part of my life. Along with years of pet sitting for friends and family, I worked as a veterinary assistant for 2 years and am now in veterinary school. I’m comfortable caring for pets with different personalities and needs, from energetic puppies to senior dogs who need a gentler pace. I have experience with medication administration, animal handling, and recognizing signs of stress or discomfort, but my biggest priority is making pets feel safe, loved, and comfortable while you’re away. I will be completing an internship, but I will be available on weekends for pet sitting. I also have availability in the evenings and on weekends for dog walks and drop-in visits, making it easy to provide consistent care around my schedule. For cat care, I am able to provide boarding in my home where I ensure a safe, calm, and comfortable environment. For dogs, I provide care in the client’s home, where I follow all instructions closely and respect the home as if it were my own. I prioritize maintaining each pet’s normal routine and making sure they feel secure and well cared for.
