About: I have always had a love for dogs (and all animals really!). I have been training and caring for my own dogs for over 15 years of my life. I have experience with special needs dogs (my own dog is deaf and I have had a deaf/blind dog in the past), I love to offer basic puppy and obedience training, multi dog walks and hiking adventures! I have experience with dogs of all ages, sizes and temperaments. I use positive only methods and believe that all dogs deserve quality enrichment that lets them just be themselves. I currently work from home but my schedule is very open and flexible. She was a pleasure communicating with and once your pup is in her care, she goes above and beyond keeping you informed on literally EVERYTHING via text, photos and videos. She asked questions when she needed clarification on feeding schedules and supplied a harness after I forgot to pack one in Myla's bag. She even offered the harness for Myla to keep when she thought she didn't have one. Myla is a 7 Ib., 4 month old puppy and I left her with Katheryn and her very sweet, significantly larger 20 lb. dog and found them both to be the best company for her the entire day while I was skiing in Massachusetts. About: I’ve had a passion for animals and pet care since I was a little girl. I have raised litters of kittens, pet sat for friends and strangers, and volunteered at rescue centers. I was a veterinarian technician and surgical technician at an animal hospital for 3 years. I have worked with animals of all kinds and sizes. I am pet CPR certified. Currently I am available week days and weekends, I have a reliable vehicle to either stop in or stay full days/nights while your pets stay in the comfort of their own homes. I do work 8 am - 4pm Monday through Friday. So I can visit before and after work or stay over and be there before and after. I care for my own pets the best I know how, along with giving them lots of love and cuddles. I have worked with healthy pets but also ones that need a little extra TLC, whether that is medication, extra time for introductions to make them feel comfortable, or special diets. I am willing to listen and follow any and all instructions on how to care for your pet. I want you to feel comfortable and confident with who is caring for your pet and how. I understand that your pet is your child and being apart from them can be very difficult.
About: From social to skiddish, cuddly to aggressive, I really have a soft spot for any kitty I’ve gotten to know and taking care of them is second nature to me. Most recently, I’ve lived with a very sweet and very spicy cat Sasha, so patience has been key! For the past few years, I have taken care of an incredible golden retriever named Frieda in Southern Vermont. She is nearly 13— we go on twice-daily walks, I brush and trim her long fur, and I make sure she's comfortable around her two kitty relatives in the house. I will be happy to provide this care for your dogs as well, meeting them where they are at in terms of walking, socializing, and other kinds of care I can provide. I am new to Worcester and beginning a graduate school program at MCPHS. I have both remote and in-person classes, but will have ample time everyday to make room for cat care! I am extremely patient when it comes to pet care and I know that it may take time for your pets to warm up to me. I have a warm and gentle presence that will make your kitties and pups and other pets feel safe and comfortable. About: I have solid pet care experience — in my own home and staying at owners' homes to care for pets and houses. I have cared for dogs, cats, and even farm animals over the years. I live in a large house with two fully fenced yards, a seasonal pool, and walking trails nearby, so pets have plenty of room to run, relax, or explore on leash. I also have two dogs of our own, Loki (7) and Nelly (14), both friendly, well-behaved 50lb mixed breeds — Loki's a bit more active, Nelly's calm and sweet. They may bark when someone new arrives but warm up fast, so we know how to help nervous pets settle in. Whether it's an active young dog or a senior who needs a gentler routine, I tailor the care to fit. Pet care is woven into my everyday life. I work from home, so I'm around throughout the day for feeding, potty breaks, and attention — not squeezing visits in around a job. My own dogs are let out into the fenced yard at least 4-5 times a day, right from the front door, and I take them on a walk daily. With two fenced yards, a pool, and trails nearby, pets get plenty of room to play and explore. Because I'm home consistently, sitting jobs fit naturally into my day — your pet gets frequent check-ins and a routine that doesn't feel rushed. I take pet care in my home very seriously — I consider pets family, and the top priority is making sure they feel safe, comfortable, and at ease from the moment they arrive. My main focus is hosting sits in my own home, but I'm also open to sitting at a client's home nearby. I have done several sits in other people's homes, and I take that responsibility seriously: I make it a priority to learn a pet's routine — feeding times, walk schedules, favorite spots, any quirks — and stick to it closely so there's as little disruption as possible. I'm also a respectful guest in someone else's home, treating the space and belongings with care, just as I would want someone to treat mine. Whether it's my place or yours, pets get consistent routine and full attention.

You just don’t get that from a boarding place even though they promise that. Tootsie is a rather “needy” dog but like a 2nd child. I could tell she was well taken care of.
