About: Hi there! I have decades of animal care experience both personal and professional and look forward to providing your pet with stellar care, attention, and love (if they prefer). I take pet care seriously and will tend to your pet the same way I would my own. Though I made a career switch from working with animals in a professional capacity I remain knowledgeable and continue to petsit for others and care for my own pets. I have personally owned a variety of pets including cats and dogs. I have a soft spot for senior and special needs pets and also have a long-term chicken sitting position as well :) I look forward to hearing from you and hopefully meeting your pet soon! Im a lifelong pet owner and lover and have recently found myself with a much emptier and quiet home so I am hoping to fill that void with getting to spend time your pets :). I work 2 regular jobs but look forward to having fun with your pets in my spare time I will treat your pets as dearly as I'd treat my own, I have a childless quiet home with no other pets and many years of experience both professionally and personally to provide your pet with a safe and fun experience.

About: I've been walking dogs through the wag walker app for the past several years in Madison, WI. I grew up with dogs and have many animals in my family. I truly love all animals and am very knowledgeable about pet body language and how to approach them with respect. I am located in Superior, WI and currently work at UWS 4 days a week. I am available to stay overnight with your animals or be flexible with lunch visits and multiple walks a day. I have a very flexible schedule! I teach a few yoga classes a week and work from my computer. I do take trips back to the midwest for holidays but not all. I am very respectful of other people's homes. I always leave a clean and tidy space. I am very gentle and detail oriented when learning an animals boundaries. I understand the importance of having a clean living environment for the client and pet alike.

About: I absolutely love all animals. I’ve cared for pets for over 10 years and have always loved being around them. I’ve helped friends, family, and neighbors with walking, feeding, playtime, and basic care. I’m very active, patient, and loving, and I treat every pet like they’re my own. :) I am currently a college student, so I am home for most of the day. On weekdays, I may leave for short periods, only about an hour at a time for classes or errands. But of course I make sure all pets are checked on regularly and their routines are followed closely. I treat every pet as if they were my own. I follow all care instructions closely, keep pets in a safe and clean environment, and make sure they feel comfortable and loved. I’m attentive to behavior changes and always prioritize each pet’s safety and well-being.

About: Have much patience as I helped raise litters of puppies from 17 on, experience with IVDD (intervertebral disk disease) paralyzed, expressing bladders, dog grooming assistant for 2 yrs, cancer/kidney failure, comfort cares, giving meds, behavior/aggression issues and more :) Currently work another part time flexible job. I don’t have a sitter for my dog so I would have to bring him along if it’s for an extended stay. He is very dog and cat friendly. I am a hard worker and learn things quickly. Pets have always been my passion to be around :) I always feed my pets before myself and they go out to use restroom the same most times. Safety is my top priority! Meet & Greets can take place in person or virtually. If you are booking with a sitter for the first time, we recommend in-person Meet & Greets to get a clearer sense of how your sitter interacts with your pet or the new environment.
During the Meet & Greet, you will have a chance to walk through your pet's routine, medical needs, and unique quirks. Take the time to ask your sitter questions about their skills and expertise, and make sure the fit feels right for everyone. sitters on Rover set their own cancellation policy, which you can find on their profile under their contact information. Sitters may set a same-day, one-, three-, or seven-day cancellation policy. Cancelling within your sitter’s cancellation policy qualifies you for a full refund.
Same-day cancellations for recurring services, which include walks, drop-ins, and day care, follow the full refund policy. Otherwise, for pet boarding and house sitting, if you cancel after 12 pm on the applicable cancellation deadline, you’ll receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for any remaining days.
If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means you will get a full refund and our support team will work with you to find a replacement sitter.
