“Sabrina was terrific watching our pooch over the holiday break! She was punctual and consistent sending updates and pictures and it gave us piece of mind that our dog was being cared for while we were away. We returned to a happy pooch and a handwritten note which was a nice personal touch. Will book again!”

About: Hello! My name is Jason, and I have been caring for animals for over 20 years. My passion for pets started at a young age, and I have dedicated my life to ensuring they receive the best care possible. Whether your furry friend needs daily walks, overnight stays, or just some extra love and attention while you're away, I'm here to help. Looking forward to meeting you and your furry friends! I offer flexible scheduling to accommodate your needs. Whether it’s a last-minute trip or a regular pet care routine, I am happy to work with you to provide the best care for your beloved pet. I understand that pets are family, and I treat each one as if they were my own. I am reliable, trustworthy, and experienced in handling pets of all temperaments and sizes. My goal is to provide peace of mind while ensuring your pet stays happy, healthy, and comfortable in your absence

About: My husband and I have taken care of family dogs since childhood as well as sitting for other family members in adulthood. We go for daily walks with our six year old husky and two young childen. I (Jenna) am a stay at home mom to our young children (2 years old and 4 months old). This allows me the ability to continuously care for your pet and give as many outside breaks as needed. When the weather is nice, we are in our backyard for hours. We have two dog chains, one connected to a post and another runner lead that connects to the garage. We have a six year old husky who loves to play and will keep your dog company. We also have a toddler boy who is a dog lover. Our yard has a small fence but your dog would need to be on our chain or runner for extra precaution.

About: My passion for animals has led me to engage in pet sitting. For many years, I aspired to become a veterinarian and dedicated time to volunteering at various animal shelters. Having always been surrounded by various breeds and ages of dogs—sometimes three at a time—and having rescued several strays, I deeply appreciate the significance of choosing a suitable caregiver for your cherished furry companions, as they are truly apart of the family. Currently, I do not own any pets, and I feel the absence of that companionship in my life. I am eager to introduce some additional joy and fulfillment into my routine through pet sitting. I currently work full-time during the day, with an occasional day off every few weeks. My evenings and weekends are free and available to care for your pets! I will ensure the upmost safety for your pets! I make sure to use collars, harnesses, leashes and any other equipment. Making sure the pets are always in reachable distance on walks and watched closely when playing outside.

“Kate is the best! Makes us feel good she takes such good care of our rabbit!! The pictures and fun updates mean everything! Also went over and above and put our packages inside for us. Thanks Kate 💕”

About: In my 41 years of life I’ve never not had a pet living in my home. I was raised with our dogs being just another member of the family and treated like so. My experience ranges from fresh new puppies to senior doggos who need a little extra love. I work from home and I am able to offer side moments throughout the day of play, potty breaks and snuggles. In the evening my two sons usually have a practice or game but we are rarely too far from home (as we have our own pets) so there is always time for potty breaks and play time when your doggo is visiting. I have a small non fenced in backyard which fetch is possible, and a lovely neighborhood for walks. In our home there is one energetic 3 year old Irishdoodle to play with and one elderly cat who keeps to herself upstairs. My home also consists of my two sons (12 and 7) who also enjoy pets and caring for them as much as I do.

About: I thought I would update after a year on Rover! I cannot believe how much I have enjoyed watching all the pets I have met over the last year! They truly have become family. My husband and I both work from home and really enjoy “friends”. We have many repeat friends, and always welcome new ones! I think our favorite part is how each one has a different personality. We truly enjoy getting to know each and every one of them. We have previously owned dogs and cats, but losing them is so hard we are not getting any more. Rover has really given us the opportunity to love and enjoy pets. We truly welcome each and every one like they are our own. We go for so many walks, as I really enjoy walking. I get stopped all the time asking why I have different dogs. We have become popular in the neighborhood. 😂 I don’t have any formal training, but I am a kind loving person and would love to share that with others pets! I work full time from home Monday through Friday. I have a very accommodating schedule and am very flexible. During the summer we camp a lot and love being outdoors. I am very flexible. I can adapt to what needs a pet may have. I live in my home, no other pets. I have a yard, not completely fenced in but very private. If I was to go into someone’s home, it would be treated with the utmost respect.

“Ashley was wonderful to work with! She did drop-in visits for us while we were out of town, and we couldn't be happier with the care/communication/etc.”

“Fabulous as always!”

“Nina is the best sitter we have ever had. Went far above and beyond for us. Our pets love her and booking with her is a no-brainer. See you soon Nina, God bless you!”

“Julia is amazing. It has been great to have her helping with my dog Finn. She loves Finn and the cats like her own. She has been coming to help for a couple years now. Would highly recommend her.”

About: I have had animals a majority of my life, and have always had multiple animals in my current home, between mine, roommates and friends. I occasionally give a relatives diabetic cat her insulin shots, and my dog is on pain pills, so can administer those types of things if needed. I work full time, mostly in Superior, so moat days can stop home on a lunch break to let the animals out and check on things. However, I do work out on the ountry on Mondays and Thursdays, so don't have an option to stop home during the day on those days. But otherwise, having animals of my own I already plan around being able to feed them and of course give all the loves and potty breaks. I have a cat and a dog, so the house is already set up for animals! I do only have 1 chain set up outside but can easily set up more if needed, as well as space for crates if you use them, and pet gates to give or limit access to certain parts of the house.

About: I have 6 years in animal care 2 years of that is working animal control for the city! I love caring for other pets and animals. I treat them as my own ! i work Thursday- Monday working animal control and then I come home and care of my personal pets. I’m constantly surrounding myself with animals as they are a big part of my life! I love other animals and treat them all as if they were mine. I have two fantastic dogs, a lab and a German Shepard lab! They are very nice dogs and love hanging out with other pets. I don’t typically do overnights as I work quite a bit. But I’d love to come walk your dog, and drop in for potty time!

“Thanks Rachel!”

About: My goal is to make your time away from your family member as stress free as possible for both of you. I honestly didn't create this account solely for a few extra dollars, although that's a nice bonus. I just love having extra dogs around, and my dog appreciates the company too. Socialization is (should be) a life long process after all. I have a fully fenced yard for potty breaks and we get out for walks daily. A little about me...I'm 37 and I've been in Duluth for 19 years. I moved here to attend college, and loved it so much I never left after graduating. I work from home full time for UnitedHealth Group, which my dog, Copper, is a huge fan of. I adopted him in April of 2023 and I'm looking forward to showing him a lifetime of adventures. I'm well versed in the areas of dog training and behavior, as well how dogs communicate with us and with one another. A little about my pets... Miss Nala, who's pictured in some of my photos, passed in February of 2023 after almost 14 years of being the best bud I could've asked for. I absolutely think Pitties are the best dogs out there, but decided on a breed that would be a little more hardy for our MN weather this time around and that's how Copper came into my life. I'd be happy (perfer) to set up a meet & greet before hand for everyones peace of mind. Just like people, two friendly dogs may not always get along. Of course, there's no fee for this! See my calendar for availability. Please note, although I work from home, weekday availability begins at 3pm unless the pet is okay being crated or trusted unsupervised during my work hours (to be let out for playtime/potty breaks while I am on break). Your pup will be treated like family and will have my undivided attention while in my care. Lots of space for playtime in my fenced backyard and plenty of comfy furniture inside to relax on. :)
