I moved back to the twin ports area in 2019 after living in Boulder, Colorado for two years. While there, I worked full time as a client services representative for a local animal hospital. I’m looking to give all of my love to animals in my spare time! I understand the bustle of life and wanting your furry companion to always have someone there to check in, get out some energy, lend some belly rubs, and maybe a treat or two. Growing up on a farm, I spent a lot of time helping my parents raise puppies. I don’t recall a time where there wasn’t one of my various childhood pets ready to play! In college, I worked at a boarding and doggy day care facility for a year taking care of dogs, cats, and reptiles. While working there I also helped with giving walks and pet sitting independently. I currently work part time and have one cat and one puppy and I’d love the opportunity to get out & explore the beautiful area with your pets!

I live in a home with multiple hiking trails near by for long walks during the day to get energy out! Lots of cuddles & play time will be provided for your animals. If needed, dogs can always be crated as well. If I'm staying at your home, I promise to treat it as if it were my own with respect.

Julia took such good care of my cats, and they warmed up to her right away. It is so nice to get the regular reports and pictures, didn’t have to worry about them at all and could just enjoy my vacation. I will definitely book Julia again when I leave town.

Julia did a great job caring for our dog and home. She provided an update each day, including a picture of our happy dog. The updates were the highlights of our days away! A large snowstorm came through while we were gone and Julia went above and beyond to shovel, making our return home so easy. The care and comfort of our dog was our top concern while traveling, but leaving our home in tip top condition was the unexpected cherry on top. Highly recommend and will use Julia again.
Julia took amazing care of our animals (and home) while we were out of town! She was professional and communicative, sent us updates and pictures and we came home to some happy pups. If you’re looking for an in-home sitter I highly recommend her!!
