About: I'm a lifelong dog lover with years of experience caring for friends’ and family members’ pups of all ages, sizes, and temperaments. I’ve looked after everything from 14-week-old puppies to senior rescues. I’ve also worked with dogs who need medication, have special needs like blindness or anxiety, or just have tons of energy to burn. I approach every dog with patience, compassion, and personalized care — as if they were my own. As a full-time student with a light class schedule — just a few hours in the evenings Monday through Thursday — I’m available nearly all day, every day. This flexibility allows me to provide consistent care, timely check-ins, and plenty of attention for your pup throughout the day. When boarding dogs in my home, I provide a peaceful, dog-friendly space where your pup can relax and feel at ease. I have a fully fenced backyard for safe outdoor time and live in a quiet, walkable neighborhood that's perfect for regular walks and sniff breaks. I maintain a consistent routine, supervise playtime, and ensure your dog always has a cozy spot to rest — just like they would at home. Being welcomed into someone’s home to care for their pet is a responsibility I take seriously. I’m clean, respectful, and always follow care instructions closely. I create a calm, safe environment for each dog, keep communication open with regular updates, and do everything I can to make sure both you and your pup feel secure and supported.

About: I have experience with both dogs and cats, female and male, kittens/puppies being bottle fed, middle aged animals, and seniors taking medication. About: I work at Metro East Humane Society and have handled both puppies and adult dogs of all sizes. I love all types of dogs and love working with them especially the shy ones! I currently work part time so I am available most of the time when I’m not working. I also have two of my own dogs and make sure I’m up early! I have been walking all types of dogs for the past year at the humane society, even the leash pullers and reactive dogs deserve to have their time outside. I have also learned to properly medicate dogs so if medications need to be given I can handle that as well.

I am well practiced with dogs of all sizes, cats of many temperaments, and critters ranging from fishes to bearded dragons. I am currently working part time at a craft store. About: In my house growing up there were many different cats, dogs, guinea pigs, fish, gerbils, and even a tortoise. I also have experience taking care of chickens and pigs. I love pets and I have been missing mine since I moved to St. Louis in August. I work every weekday from 10-645 so I am free after that. My weekends are open. I am totally free on most Saturdays and Sundays. I will make sure that I have all the information I need before I start watching a pet. The client's contact, neighbors contacts, any additional necessary phone numbers, etc. I will make sure I know all I can about the pet before I am left with them.

About: I’ve been dealing with animals literally my whole life. I went to a technical school and I worked at a doggy daycare for 4yrs.Dogs are my passion/therapy. Im trying to save up enough to continue my education. I’m currently working as a part time dog groomer Mondays/Fridays, a little busier after holidays . I’m still available to do check ins every 2-4hrs for potty breaks on those days. My home is very spacious, plus I have a dog park within walking distance. I prefer dogs that’s kid friendly as I do have a toddler.

About: I’ve always said that my dream job would be walking dogs and also volunteering at a dog shelter. Welp, after a move I’m semi-retired with a flexible work from home business and need to keep busy. I love dogs and have two of my own. Jennifurkey is a 2 year old papillon we got from the pound. She was 3mo old and her former owner got arrested for DUI and she went to puppy jail (the pound) and was never claimed. She has never felt unwanted since! Her older brother Me-Lo YoPupawitz, Attorney at Paw (chihuahua 11yo) is her parter in crime! They are inseparable. Over the years we have had a mix of dogs and are huge dog lovers. We have had everything from a 3mo old pound puppy to a diabetic rescue dog that was used as a breeder for 7 years with spinal problems that was kept in a kennel for those 7 years… and our last dog who made it to 17 years old with hearing, vision, and other ailments that required special food and medication. If you can’t tell, I am very experienced in a magnitude of dog care and will treat your dogs as if they were my own! I always have a bit of squee when I see cute puppies (all dogs are puppies lol) in public. I am somewhat retired. Recently moved to Granite City from California. I am regularly in Metro East and St. Louis. I don’t mind travel within 15 miles or so. I mostly work remotely from home and generally have a flexible schedule. I am available for one-offs if you’re busy or traveling or ongoing while you’re at work! We live out in the country off a gravel road, yet only 6 miles from downtown St. Louis! We are on half an acre with a fenced in yard. We currently have 2 small dogs. Jennifurkey is a 3yo papillon who is a ball of love and energy. She loves to play and run around in the yard. Me-Lo YoPupawitz, Attorney at Paw is a 11 year old chihuahua who is slow to trust but once he likes you or another dog, will be best friends. We regularly treat our yard with pet safe pesticides for flea, tick, and other unwanted critters. We actively grow lavender, lemongrass, and French marigolds as all-natural pest repellent. Also we walk the perimeter daily to ensure no pup is digging an escape tunnel lol In your home I will ensure that your babies routine remain as close to normal as possible. They can be kenneled at night or if house sitting they can sleep wherever they are used to. They are already stressed missing you, why make it any harder. As long as you have WiFi, I can work and take care of your babies. I am experienced in administering basic medicines and possibly insulin, depending on how used to or your baby is.

About: Although I am new to rover, I have always grown up with a dog in my house and have always been the first to offer my friends help with caring for their dogs whether it’s watching them for a week or just taking them for a walk while my friends are busy! I have experience with both puppies and older dogs. While I am in St Louis over the summer I have a very empty schedule, other than early mornings, so I will have high availability to come and check on your pet throughout the day! I care for pets in the same way that I would want my dog to be cared for! I love spending time with animals so I will always take time to play with them, take long walks, cuddle, etc.

I’ve always loved animals and would do everything in my power to make sure you AND your animal have a great experience! 🩷 I am a full time culinary student so I am usually busy in the mornings! But I am only taking online classes this summer so I am free most days. I’ve had cats ever since I was a little girl! My cat Casper has been with me for almost 8 whole years and I’ve had Bigby for 6 months! I just absolutely love playing with animals and making sure they are as happy as they can possibly be.
