“Niah has been a wonderful part of Princeton Antonio’s daily routine, and he gets extra excited whenever she arrives! She’s energetic, caring, and incredibly thoughtful. One of the things I appreciate most is how she always sends me sweet photos of Princeton that I can share with my mother in Chicago (who, by the way, adores her St. Louis-based grand-dog). Rain or shine, Niah shows up every evening without fail. Her dependability and connection with Princeton have been incredibly helpful while I've been recovering from a broken ankle. She has my highest recommendation to anyone who needs a dog walker or pet sitter.”

About: I’ve been into animals my entire life. I grew up with dogs and horses. I knew I wanted to at some point work with them in a greater capacity. I started helping with rescues 15 years ago and then I started doing wild life rehabilitation. I have had over 20 rescue animals in the past 15 years that became part of my family. Cats, dogs, squirrels, etc. I love them and being able to care for them. My daughter is headed to Veterinary school next fall! I’d like to think the love of animals she has seen in me helped her come to such an amazing decision. Let me love on your fur babies like I do on my 2 doggies and kitty cats!! I am currently available at anytime! I’m flexible with your schedule and can change if needed on things. I do remote work 4 hours per day 3 days a week which offers me the flexibility to be available when they need it anytime of day or night! I am willing to do things the way that you feel is best for your individual animals. I do not believe there is just one standard for caring, it needs to be tailored to the needs of the client/animal.

About: I've had my own pets since 1991. I had a rabbit and dog in college and have learned over the decades how to best care for our friends. I've just retired from a busy career, so I know how important it is to find someone to care for your animals when you're away; even if it's just the gym or happy hour after work. I've fostered for several area rescues and know folks have a different idea of appropriate care. I only use fear free methods, because our animals need to know they can trust us. I've had young high energy dogs who need play and long walks and I've cared for my dogs in their last years when they needed additional care or special medical needs including pills, dressings, eye drops and carrying older dogs who aren't as mobile anymore. I would love to get to know your pets and help you give them the best life. I'm currently retired and searching for part time employment. I don't mind early or late night visits since our dogs don't have a 9 to 5 schedule. I do have an active social and volunteering schedule but it's flexible enough to accommodate your needs. I have cared for many dogs who need to be crated or who are door dashers and escape artists. I have a calm energy that helps put pets at ease. I'm a fan of high value treats to make the crate a special place. My personal dogs are crate trained but I know that's not for everyone.

“Lauren did such a wonderful job! It was Dream’s first time getting walked by someone else since she left the shelter, and Lauren was able to help with her distress about being left after the walk! I will definitely be hiring Lauren again.”

About: I have been dog walking at the APA of Missouri every weekend from 12–2, gaining hands-on experience with dogs of all sizes and energy levels. I’m responsible, patient, and always make sure pets feel safe and cared for. I’m excited to bring that same care and attention to your dog! I’m a college student living in St. Louis for the summer with a very flexible schedule. I genuinely love caring for all animals and am available to start right away! I always make sure pets in my care feel safe, loved, and well-attended to. I now have a friendly, 1-year-old spayed female dog who gets along well with others. I provide a calm, quiet environment and follow any specific routines or instructions you provide. Pets in my home will get individual attention, and I’ll ensure they feel comfortable and cared for.

“She’s great with my dog. Has lots of energy”

About: Ever since I was little, I have had a passion for all animals, big and small, of every kind. I have 4 pets of my own, 1 cat and 2 dogs (a Shih Tzu and an American Staffordshire) and a guinea pig! I have been taking care of pets for over 20 years. I have experience with puppies, kittens, birds, bunnies, older cats, and older dogs, (and sick pets too 😞) I have lost a few pets in my life, but all have lived long healthy lives with so much love. I'm familiar and comfortable with giving pets their medicine if needed. I have lots of love to give, to all the animals I meet! Rest assured, your pets will be cared for! **AVAILABLE ON HOLIDAYS!** I am a self employed house cleaner, so my schedule is very flexible. I can and will work around your schedule to provide the utmost care for your pets when needed. I ALWAYS provide photos and keep you updated on your pets!! I understand that time is a valuable thing, so I always make sure my pets, and others are always taken care of. I take pride in my pet care. About: I’ve grew up with big Great Danes as a child so I had to get comfortable with pretty big fur babies really early and I ended up working with local pet shelters and companies for years and I’ve never been disappointed and now that I have one of my own, I want to make other people comfortable with there babies being under other people’s care while out of town because that’s something I didn’t have for a while because I was so far away from family and now I can give that to others and get paid to do so which is amazing. I currently work in hospitality for a apartment complex with daily services and I help with feeding there babies when on business vacations and visits I make sure to give them space and time to get comfortable before meeting my fur baby and making sure that they are allowed to do as they please while around a new stranger and give them as much attention when needed to give comfort

I currently work part time as a birth worker, my schedule is very flexible and open! I can do stop ins and house stays easily. Safety and cleanliness are my top priorities in pet, home care. Making sure things are secure and away so that play is safe and enjoyable.

About: I don't consider myself different from other sitters, i don't have and skill. I have been taking care of my animals for 10 years though. Walking dogs can keep me awake, help me stay in shape, and also make a little bit of cash before and after work so yeah I just spend time with them. I've been living with and dealing with pets my whole life. From birds, turtles, reptiles, dogs and cats lol

Amy H.
“Amy has helped me out with my dogs on multiple occasions, and I've always been very happy with the care she has provided. One of my dogs has a health issue, but that was no problem with Amy, as she made sure everything was taken care of as it should be while she watched her for a week. Whether it be to walk, be a companion, or pet sit, Amy has it all under control, and honestly couldn't think of any one I would rather have help me out.”
