“Great family what I like most is that they work as a team to take care of Cody. Great communication, spacious area, very kind to the dogs. I can say Leah is about her business every time I came by she had a dog there so that lets me know that she is well trusted with animals. I want to thank Mara for taken care of Cody cause he can be a handful because he wants all of the attention, and he is scared of other dogs, she sent pictures and responded to my text messages at timely manner. She told me some things that I didn’t realize about my dog while he was there. There young children are fearless with dogs so that was great to see the kids interact without being scared. About: I love all breeds of dogs. I used to walk my neighbors doggies for fun when I was little. I've house sat for many friends with animals & plants for long periods of time. I've raised many puppies in my life time. I have two of my own that are now 2 and 5. They're everything to me. There's absolutely no better feeling than hearing the pitter patter of their feet on the floor as they're coming to attack me with love and kisses. I've never been without at least one dog in my household as long as I've been alive and I wouldn't have it any other way. Each pet will have their own separate crate space to rest safely and comfortably. I provide clean food and water bowls for each pet, along with a cozy blanket. I only give pets the treats, food, and snacks that you send with them, to ensure their diet stays consistent and safe. Daily care includes plenty of attention, potty breaks, playtime, and calm periods for rest. We are outside several times a day for 1-2 hours depending on the weather. I keep a clean, pet-friendly environment and follow any special care instructions you provide closely. My goal is to make sure your furry friend feels secure, loved, and right at home while you’re away!

The environment contains a Cat Cam for close monitoring while away, 7ft cat tree, an automated litter box, free feeding kibble, filtered water fountain, many interactive toys, a window mounted bird feeder for some live CatTV, as well as some cat grass and lemonbalm plants to nibble on. My apartment features a sizable grassy courtyard for pets who like to spend some time outdoors, trips outside will always be closely monitored.
About: I’ve always said that my dream job would be walking dogs and also volunteering at a dog shelter. Welp, after a move I’m semi-retired with a flexible work from home business and need to keep busy. I love dogs and have two of my own. Jennifurkey is a 2 year old papillon we got from the pound. She was 3mo old and her former owner got arrested for DUI and she went to puppy jail (the pound) and was never claimed. She has never felt unwanted since! Her older brother Me-Lo YoPupawitz, Attorney at Paw (chihuahua 11yo) is her parter in crime! They are inseparable. Over the years we have had a mix of dogs and are huge dog lovers. We have had everything from a 3mo old pound puppy to a diabetic rescue dog that was used as a breeder for 7 years with spinal problems that was kept in a kennel for those 7 years… and our last dog who made it to 17 years old with hearing, vision, and other ailments that required special food and medication. If you can’t tell, I am very experienced in a magnitude of dog care and will treat your dogs as if they were my own! I always have a bit of squee when I see cute puppies (all dogs are puppies lol) in public. I am somewhat retired. Recently moved to Granite City from California. I am regularly in Metro East and St. Louis. I don’t mind travel within 15 miles or so. I mostly work remotely from home and generally have a flexible schedule. I am available for one-offs if you’re busy or traveling or ongoing while you’re at work! We live out in the country off a gravel road, yet only 6 miles from downtown St. Louis! We are on half an acre with a fenced in yard. We currently have 2 small dogs. Jennifurkey is a 3yo papillon who is a ball of love and energy. She loves to play and run around in the yard. Me-Lo YoPupawitz, Attorney at Paw is a 11 year old chihuahua who is slow to trust but once he likes you or another dog, will be best friends. We regularly treat our yard with pet safe pesticides for flea, tick, and other unwanted critters. We actively grow lavender, lemongrass, and French marigolds as all-natural pest repellent. Also we walk the perimeter daily to ensure no pup is digging an escape tunnel lol In your home I will ensure that your babies routine remain as close to normal as possible. They can be kenneled at night or if house sitting they can sleep wherever they are used to. They are already stressed missing you, why make it any harder. As long as you have WiFi, I can work and take care of your babies. I am experienced in administering basic medicines and possibly insulin, depending on how used to or your baby is.
About: I've loved dogs and cats since a young age. As I've grown older, my responsibilities have included feeding, walking, playing and even cleaning up after of various breeds of dogs and cats. I am capable of providing medication and other special care for your pets. I believe pets are family and I will treat your animals as my family. About: Although I am new to rover, I have always grown up with a dog in my house and have always been the first to offer my friends help with caring for their dogs whether it’s watching them for a week or just taking them for a walk while my friends are busy! I have experience with both puppies and older dogs. While I am in St Louis over the summer I have a very empty schedule, other than early mornings, so I will have high availability to come and check on your pet throughout the day! I can say Leah is about her business every time I came by she had a dog there so that lets me know that she is well trusted with animals. I want to thank Mara for taken care of Cody cause he can be a handful because he wants all of the attention, and he is scared of other dogs, she sent pictures and responded to my text messages at timely manner. She told me some things that I didn’t realize about my dog while he was there. There young children are fearless with dogs so that was great to see the kids interact without being scared.
