About: Love taking long walks or just playing in the yard. Have had a Jack Russell puppy who needed lots of attention and training. With outside help and the willingness to learn it was a good relationship. I work full time but can walk a dog in the morning and after work, if close enough lunchtime. Weekends I am available so my schedule is more opened. Cat Care would be the same. Could give the attention they crave. In the clients home, I would listen and be guided by what the pet needs are. With cats I would make sure to give them playtime while on my visit besides making sure they are properly feed.

About: I've had three dogs in my life. I have some training experience with them and have cared for many of my friends' and acquaintances' pets. About: I’ve grown up surrounded by animals and have spent my whole life caring for dogs and cats! I currently have two dogs, two chickens, and eight cats of my own, so I’m very familiar with different personalities, routines, and pet care needs. I’ve also been dog walking for the past year, gaining hands-on experience caring for other people’s pets. My background in childcare has taught me patience, responsibility, and attentiveness, which I bring into caring for animals as well. Something I actively did before transferring to UCSC. But with this newfound, post-graduate freedom, I’m eager to get back into the gig. All of which have been dog sitting gigs, with one job including an additional 3 cats (if that makes sense haha). And in my time as a sitter I’ve had four consistent clients. About: I've had pets ever since I was born but really started caring for them when I was about 5 years old. We've had every kind of pet from bunnies, birds, dogs, cats, chickens, hamsters, gerbils, rats, mice, lizards, etc etc. I've been doing sits for trusted house sitters for about 5 years. As I traveled around the country. I have five star reviews from every client. I'm not doing trusted house sitters as much now that I'm stationary in Santa Cruz. Fairly new to Santa Cruz. Working a couple days a week at The Bagelry, trying to decide if Santa Cruz is the place for me to put down roots. I make sure to meet the pets beforehand if possible and get as much information as I can about their needs so that I can make sure they feel comfortable and safe with me there while their owners are out of town. I'm flexible with whether or not they want to sleep with me and how their walks are and they're different eating schedules, and habits.
